第一阶段 夯实基础

2、精选习题。复习阶段靠多做题来提高成绩的题海战术，效率极低，效果极差。为了更全面、系统地掌握、巩固所学知识，适当的强化训练完全有必要，但必须精选习题，否则，学生如果不加选择的做提，做得越多越糊涂，头脑越乱，反而不利于更好的掌握知识。所以，在第四阶段采用了归类复习，充分利用课外练习中的好题，系统的复习，以求达到最好的效果。

复习内容：所有字母的听说读写以辩音为重点，所有词汇以三会内容为重点；所有日常交际用语并以其答问训练为重点进行听说训练。

三、阶段复习的实施办法：

第一阶段：围绕各单元重点句型展开复习，检查各单元的单词和课文对话的背诵情况，并且注重口语交际训练。

第二阶段：字母复习并检测，包括默写、单词拼写，并辅以游戏以激发学生的学习积极性。短语及句型进行英汉互译练习，答问训练并与连词成句、寻找答句等能力性题型结合练习，以提高学生的实际运用能力。语音：26个字母的语音归类及简单的单词辨音。

第三阶段：在学生进行自主归类复习的基础上，设计一些综合练习，集听力、语音、词汇、短语、句型及对话于一体进行由浅入深的测试巩固型训练，发现普遍性问题，集体解决，结合个别辅导，力争使每位学生都得到提高。

第四阶段：利用一切资源如网上试题、以往的期中考试试卷进行期中模拟测试，以便查漏补缺，发现问题及时解决。

1.多听、多看、多想、多做、少说

要知道自己是否能胜任这份工作，关键在于你自己对待工作的态度。态度对了，即使自己以前没有学过的专业知识，也是可以在工作中逐渐掌握的。态度不好，就算自己有基础也不可能吧工作做好的。比如我刚到一些岗位工作，根本不清楚该做些什么，并且这和我在学校读的专业并没有太大的联系，刚开始我觉得很头疼，可是经过工作中不断的学习，多看别人怎么做，多听别人怎么说，多想自己又该怎么去做，然后自己亲自动手实践。终于在短短几天对工作有了系统的认知，慢慢的自己也可以完成相关的工作了，这光靠嘴巴说是不行的。所以我今后干什么都要端正自己的态度，才能把事请干到最好。

2.少埋怨

在条件艰苦的地方实习，也许有的人会觉得这里不好、哪里不好的，同事的相处工作也不如愿，经常埋怨，这样只会影响自己的工作情绪。不但做不好工作，还增加自己的压力。所以，我们应该少埋怨，要看到好的一面，对存在的问题应该想办法去解决而不是去埋怨，这样才能保持工作的激情
