小学英语师范毕业生实习报告

为期一个月的实习生活在不知不觉中落下了帷幕。在这段时间里，我学到了很多在大学课堂里学不到的东西，也体验到了很多人生中从未有过的经历。下面我从英语教学，实习班主任两个方面对自己的实习工作做一个简要的总结。

首先，在英语教学方面。实习的前两周我的主要任务是听课和评课，从中学习指导老师的教育精髓。第三周开始，我体验了几节正规的英语教学课。此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的知识结构是十分紧凑的，只要一个环节出错或者中断，就会影响自己的整个教学流程。因此我在讲课的前一天就开始上网搜集材料，准备课件，为上好第一节课做好准备，刚开始有点紧张，但是慢慢的看到学生们那可爱的充满求知欲的目光，我的紧张就转变为动力了。课后，指导老师王老师帮我分析了一下这一堂课，在肯定成绩的同时也指出了我的缺点所在，比如，知识模块的衔接上还不够自然，学生的积极性还没有充分的调动起来，经过王老师的指点，我在后几天的教学过程中加以了改进，课堂教学的效果比之前有了较大的提高。这也让我明白了，教学成绩的提高不是一天两天的功夫，而是一个长期积累准备的过程。

其次，在实习班主任工作方面。在做班主任的日子中，我主要是检查他们的早操和早读以及值日生打扫卫生的情况。另外，我还召开了一次主题班会，对学生进行情感方面的教育。通过这一次的实习班主任工作，自己初步地领略到了如何去引导教育学生，不仅是在学习上，还包括思想文化品质方面。总结起来说，我把自己从第一节课开始意识到的不足都一一列了出来，包括：声音不够响亮，时间安排有时不够合理，教学重难点不够突出，引导学生进行讨论时表达不够详尽，给予学生独立思考的空间不够大„„我小心翼翼的记录着每一点，虽然看起来很多，但我并不为此失去信心，因为只有找出自己的不足，才能够有针对性的去改进，看到了自己的进步，我的自信自然就增加了。我决定要自我教育，扬长避短，把我的不足一一攻破，在不断进步中逐步完善自己,努力成为一名合格优秀的人民教师。

Education background In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. 高一(X)班.担任实习班主任工作的班级是高一(7)班,高一年级两个理科班之一,与我那时的理科班大为不同,现在理科班的学生不像我们那时那么沉闷,就像班主任唐老师所说,对于老师来说是喜忧参半吧,毕竟调皮的学生太多,比较不容易控制.一进教室就看到教室后的墙壁上贴满了奖状,看的出来这个班级在学校里也是相当活跃的,学校里评选的各个之星,几乎7班也每个都有份.班上同学的性格很活泼,几天相处下来,就建立起了不错的关系,谈谈班级同学,日常琐事,甚至也有同学会来找我解答问题,谈谈理想,也让自己渐渐有了的确是个老师了的觉悟.

听课.实习的必经阶段,听课不仅能够学习带教老师的教学方法,也能熟悉自己将要教学的班级.高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同,尽管自己以前高中时也上过牛津的教材,现在的教学要求又有新的变化,也因老师的不同,教学方法上有很大的差异.带教的王老师教态相当严谨,备课很充分,听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课规划的很好,让学生知道这节课要完成的内容,就算有突发状况的发生,也能自行控制好时间等等.学校规定的听课是10节左右,自己基本上能去听的课都去了,为的是想了解整个章节上课的完整过程,每个部分都有不同的上课手段和形式,都是值得学习的地方.大学里所学的英语教学法课程,提及不少教学方法,光纸上谈兵当然不行,真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样,教学的内容就算一样,方式也可以有很多种,可以老师自己授课,可以让学生回答问题,可以结合练习加深印象,对于学生的回答,老师给予的鼓励也可以有很多种,比如: ‘Do you think there is something else?”, “I appreciate your answer”, “I think you must have a lot to say.”还要注意是否自己会漏掉一些没有专心听讲的学生,适当地抽他们回答问题来让他们集中注意力,板书的排布也不能天马行空,而是要让学生一看就明僚…这些都是书本上很难学到的东西.一周的听课下来,我们几个实习生进行了小小的交流,感触都很深,除了以上提到的这些,光是 “Sit down, please.”这一句,一个老师一节课就要说上几十遍,教学的内容固然重要,学生与老师间基本的尊重,也是我们今后教学中需要注意的地方.

一、工作范围

______________项目进行职业病危害现状评价工作及报告书的编制。

二、工作内容

1.总体布局、生产工艺和设备布局、建筑卫生学要求、职业病危害因素和危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响、职业病危害防护设施及效果、辅助用室基本卫生要求、应急救援、个人使用的职业病防护用品、职业卫生管理等。

2. 现场职业卫生学调查，了解建设项目生产工艺过程、劳动过程、生产环境，确定所存在的职业病危害因素，检查职业病危害防护设施的落实及职业卫生管理的实施情况。

依据国家有关职业卫生的法律、法规和技术规范、标准，以及操作规程、职业病危害事故案例等，通过对拟评价项目的详细分析和研究，列出检查单元、检查部位、检查项目、检查内容、检查要求等，编制成表，逐项检查符合情况，确定拟评价项目存在的问题、缺陷和潜在危害,必要时可进行量化分析。

3.依据国家相关技术规范和标准的要求，通过现场检测和实验室分析，对拟评价项目作业场所职业病危害因素的浓度或强度以及职业病危害防护设施的防护效果进行评定。

三、进度要求

乙方应于合同签订后，在____年____月_____日前完成______________项目职业病危害现状评价报告书的编制工作。

四、文件份数

乙方应向甲方提供职业病危害现状评价报告书8份。

五、双方义务与责任

1.甲方的义务与责任：

1.1 甲方应提供与评价项目相关的下列资料，并对所提供资料的可靠性和准确性负责：

1.1.1 建设项目总平面布置图、车间平面布置图。

1.1.2建设项目工艺流程简介和工艺流程图。

1.1.3原料辅料使用情况(组成、用量等)，生产工艺流程中存在化学物料名称和接触情况。

1.1.4建设项目设备情况。

1.1.5 建设项目职业卫生防护设施：如通风除尘排毒系统设计性能、车间通风换气(全面通风换气量、空气调节及洁净区参数)、事故应急求援设施(紧急救援站的面积、冲洗装置等)、污水处理系统等。

1.1.6 职业卫生管理措施：生产制度、劳动定员、安全操作规程、应急救援预案、作业工人的个人防护、年度职业病防治计划、培训制度、健康监护制度、有害因素监测制度等。

1.1.7 卫生辅助设施：工作场所办公室、更衣室、盥洗室(盥洗水龙头个数)、浴室(淋浴器的个数)、宿舍、食堂的设置情况。

1.1.8其他资料：该项目职业卫生监测档案，职工健康监护档案等。

1.2 根据本合同规定向乙方支付评价费用。

1.3 为乙方到现场工作的人员提供相应的必要的个人防护装备。

2.乙方的义务与责任：

2.1 乙方按第三条规定按时向甲方提交评价报告。

2.2 乙方对评价报告文件质量负责。

2.3 乙方对甲方提供的技术资料负责保密，未经甲方许可不得向第三方泄漏。

六、评价费用和支付方式

根据《 省卫生防疫收费标准》中“劳动卫生学评价”有关规定，经甲乙双方友好协商确定合同总价款为人民币：_______万元整(_______元)，合同生效7日内，甲方向乙方支付合同款的50%，即人民币：______元整 (_____元)，作为前期工作费用。在乙方交付职业病危害现状评价报告，并通过甲方验收后，甲方一次付清合同余款，即人民币：____元整 (______元)。

七、违约与处罚

1.甲乙双方的任何一方不履行或不完全履行合同中规定的义务均构成违约。

2. 本合同生效后如某一方单方面解除合同，应由要求解除合同方赔偿对方的经济损失。

1.经双方代表签字并加盖公章后生效，合同价款结清后自动失效。

2.合同一式肆份，甲方执贰份，乙方执贰份。

3.在合同执行过程中发生争议，双方应协商解决：协商不成的，向甲方所在地人民法院提起诉讼。
