时间如梭，20xx年即将离我们而去。回首开学的各方面工作，似乎总是忙忙碌碌，防甲流，迎接城乡综合治理突袭检查，立秋后的避酷热放假，迎国庆中秋双节日等等，剩余的教育教学时间寥寥无几，因此导致中期检测效果可想而知。后期，除了继续抓好防甲流等学生安全工作外，基本上没有大的放假时间，这里就教学工作做适当的调整，并制定如下的行动计划，一是对学生负责，再是为即将逝去的20xx年里自己的教育教学工作画上一个圆满的句号。

首先分析一下本人任教的八年级两个班的学生状况：

本期开学伊始，本人接替八年级一班的英语教学工作，经过与其班主任协商，决定将本人所带班主任的班与之一起进行适当的调整，调整的依据是两班学生上期末的考试成绩和日常的行为习惯表现。至今，通过几个月的教学观察，两个班学生在英语学习方面存在很大的问题：一是学生对英语学习严重缺乏兴趣、主动性和积极性；二是严重缺乏正确的英语学习方法；三是由前导致的两个班整体英语学习氛围不浓厚。

针对以上的状况，本人在后期的英语教学中决定从如下几方面入手，力争通过如下的方式循序渐进的来改变学生学习英语的现状，并逐步使其在英语学习方面取得进步：

首要的是精心设计课堂教学内容，以调动学生学习英语兴趣为主要目的。针对我们学生的基础，必须将课本后期六个单元的内容进行简约化设计，不能想象将课本所涉及的一切都教给学生。那么如何简约化呢？我想首先是给学生呈现学习目标，围绕学习目标点对点的展开教学；二是根据学生的基础适可而止的进行延展，不能搞跨越式传授知识；三是借助于网络，搜集网络上适合学生口味的有关教学单元内容并借鉴过来。

第二，加强学生英语课堂学习行为习惯的调控。两个班的学生，课堂上都懒于动口动手，尤其是动口，正如我和学生开玩笑：大概是因为冬季来临，枯水季节，电力不足，要么是录音带受潮，他们嘴里放出来的声音极不流畅。在后期的教学中，学生该动口的，必须动口，与同学间课堂内容的口语交流，课本语篇的背诵，包括利用早读课；该动手的，要求学生必须做笔记，记录下那些重难点和关键，督促学生课本上不能干干净净，至于作业、练习，就更不用说了。

第三，随时注意学生英语课堂学习效果的信息反馈。通过学生参与课堂学习的积极性，思考回答老师提问的准确性，作业完成的质和量等来把握。课课有听写，堂堂有上节课内容的口语展示。根据反馈情况给予学生关注、提醒和教育，并要求学生及时整改。

第四，合理安排后期的教学时间，上好余下的新课内容，制定周密详实的期末复习计划。

后期还有六个单元的新课内容，力争在六个教学周内完成，除此外还余下三周的复习时间。在复习期间，一是引导学生对课本知识进行系统复习，包括每个单元的词汇、短语、句子和篇章以及语言目标的运用；二是利用学生手里现有的教辅，通过练习、检测，督促学生巩固单元知识；三是利用一周时间，对学生本期掌握知识情况综合评估测试，并查漏补缺。

总之，做教师的，为学生而工作，不是为了应付繁琐的所谓上级任务而奔命。

四、创新形式，提升税收志愿服务活动的品位

(一)举办志愿者税法咨询活动。我局派出20名业务骨干，先后在法制广场、宜陵镇、双沟镇等多个咨询点开展了不一样形式的税收咨询活动，以“税收促进发展，发展为了民生”为主要资料，重点宣传与公民生活密切相关的税收收入、税收政策、税收管理和纳税服务等有关资料，加强了优化纳税服务和整顿、规范税收秩序的宣传。志愿者服务队派发各种税收宣传单1000余份，解答现场咨询，吸引了广大纳税人踊跃参与，取得了良好的社会宣传效应，树立了江都地税的良好形象。

(二)组织开展学雷锋”礼貌交通志愿服务周周行活动，城区六个分局80余名志愿者们利用周六休息时间，统一佩戴志愿者标志到交通要塞维护交通秩序，劝导行人与非机动车礼貌同行，以自身的具体行为，影响和带头身边人，为营造礼貌交通新秩序，做出地税人应尽的贡献。

(三)组织开展礼貌社区志愿服务活动。开展敬老助残、结对帮扶、维权帮教、心理辅导、信息传递等志愿服务;开展社区便民利民、礼貌劝导、环保宣传、植绿护绿、法制宣传、青少年成长服务等方面的工作，透过志愿服务传递人与人之间的关爱，促进社会和谐。围绕公民道德、礼貌城市建立、礼貌礼仪等相关知识，，广泛普及礼貌知识和幸福理念，倡导礼貌新风。

(四)组织开展环境维护整治志愿服务活动。区局组织广大团员青年投入到邵伯母亲河的保护活动中，参与了团委组织的植树护绿、清洁家园、环境整治活动，让广大居民了解保护环境的重要性，提高环境整治在群众心中的配合与参与意识。

(五)开展“一帮一”活动，支持和服务新农村发展。志愿者服务队响应区政府的要求，开展了“一帮一”活动，走进农户、走进农民、服务“三农”。在活动中，以办实事、求实效为工作方针，深入开展了思想共建、文化共建、绿色共建、平安共建、和谐共建活动，为新农村建设带给智力支持、致富支持，有效地促进了新农村建设。

作为一名教师，我始终把“教书育人、为人师表”作为已任，兢兢业业,勤勤恳恳。教学中，我坚决贯彻因材施教的原则，始终把学生的“学”放在教学的核心位置上，尽管有的班级学生基础差，但我相信每个学生都有各自的兴趣、特长。在教学内容和目标的实施上，不强求“齐头并进”，而是正视事实，追求“差异发展”。在教学方法的设计上，我注重激发学生的主体意识和求知欲望。我每一节课都要设计学生参与的问题，来引导和训练学生学习。为适应新世纪的教学要求，近几年来，我积极投身教学改革，并取得较好的成绩。20xx年被大丰市教育局授予“初中英语教学能手”。20xx——20xx年度，我所教的初二(4)班，在中考综合指数和英语学科上都获得了全校英语同年级第一名。在近五年年度岗位考核中，我4次被评为优秀，1次被评为合格。

三、深入钻研，提高自身业务水平

自任现职以来，我始终把教研放在重要的位置，把成为一个学者型的教师作为自己的奋斗目标。不断鞭策自己，勤奋学习，努力提高自己的理论水平，把握英语学科最新的改革趋势，理解普通初中英语课程改革的发展方向。20xx年至20xx年期间，我撰写的多篇教育教学论文在省、市获得一、二等奖。20xx年，由本人主持的《小班英语教学的形成性评价研究》获得大丰市优秀课题。20xx年，我在大丰市初中英语教学基本功比赛中获得一等奖。

四、尽心尽职，任劳任怨

作为教师，我深深意识到，教育的过程是创造性很强，又极富挑战性的，只懂教书不会育人，不是一个合格的教师，我谨记陶行知先生的一句话：“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去。”我全身心地投入到教育教学工作中，对待学生坦诚而不鲁莽、关心而不骄纵、信任而不包庇，因而在学生当中树立了良好的师长形象，使学生“敬而亲之”。我在德育管理方面形成了一些独特的方法，管理水平不断提高，取得了较好的成绩。我的管理方法赢得了学校领导、同事、学生和家长的理解和支持。班级工作也取得了一定成绩，所带班级师生关系融洽，班级管理井然有序，班级凝聚力强并曾多次在校常规考核中获得优秀班集体称号。

五、精心施教，形成特色

首先，作为一名普通的教学工作者，我能够严格要求自己，始终以一丝不苟的工作态度，切实抓好教学工作中的各个环节，特别是备、辅、考三个环节;

备——备教材、备学生、备重点、备难点、备课堂教学中的各种突发因素;

辅——辅优生、辅差生、重点辅“边缘”学生;

考——不超纲、不离本、考题灵活、开发思维、迅速反馈、及时补漏。

教学过程中，我能根据学生的具体情况，及时调整教学计划和状态，改进方法，自始至终以培养学生的思维能力，提高学生分析、解决问题的能力为宗旨，根据学生的个性差异，因材施教，使学生的个性、特长顺利发展，知识水平明显得到提高。其次，在切实抓好教学管理和教学调控工作的同时，我坚持奋斗在教学一线，与其他教师共同探讨各种教学问题及解决问题的方法，提高教学管理水平。再次，我坚持有目的、有计划地听课、评课，以事实为依据，以客观的态度，从教学理论、教学创新和教学效果的角度进行评价，促进其他青年教师教学水平的提高。

六、坚持学习，完善自我

任现职以来，我能积极参加各级各类教师继续教育学习培训，截止到20xx年12月已达400学时。20xx年8月又顺利通过了职称计算机考试。同时，我还积极参加了学校工会和教育系统组织的各种活动。
