一学期不知不觉过去了，从学生进校到现在，可以说孩子们的进步是很大的，会学习，会表达，能与老师、同学交流，能主动做好班上卫生，有的小干部也当得有模有样，并能比较自觉地遵守学校的各项规章制度。

四、做好后进生的转化工作
