反思一、靠持续不断的语言知识，而不是“玩”来培养学生持久的兴趣

初中英语教学是要重视培养兴趣，但单靠唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过，孩子们就会厌倦。所以，唱歌游戏应该作为初中学生学习英语语言知识、技能的一些手段，而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词，多学习语言规则，并尽可能多创造模仿的机会，提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学习中，听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行，读写跟上。光听说不读写，很难收到高效。只靠模仿不培养学习能力，也难减轻学习负担。所以初中学生还是应当认真进行语言学习。

反思二、英语应用能力需要相应的词汇

“不学习语言规则、不掌握相当数量的词汇，英语应用能力就是空中楼阁”。目前在中学的低年级的英语教学中，不要求学生掌握词汇，而只要求学生能根据提示或图片说出该单词，其本质无非是要学生们死记硬背，鹦鹉学舌。由于学生们没有相应的读音规则训练，不熟悉词汇的拼写规则，单词的音、形、意三者不能有效的结合在一起，因而导致了单词记忆的困难，并成了中学生学英语的瓶颈。

反思三、中学英语教师应有发展意识

一向以来，人们中学英语教师的语言知识能力要求不高，认为中学英语简单，不需要太好的语言功底，只要有良好的教学技能就可以了。其实时代在进步，社会在发展，同样英语作为人们最广泛的交际用语之一，更是随着高科技的迅猛发展而日新月异地变化着。如果我们的英语教师故步自封，不求进取，那么不但自己的语言知识很快陈旧落伍，误人子弟，而且会被时代所淘汰。

反思五、中学英语教师应有情感意识

从教育心理学的角度看，学习过程中影响学习效果的最大因素之一是学习者的情感控制。近几十年来，人们越来越意识到在英语学习过程中，学习者的情感因素，包括动机和态度等对英语学习的效果乃至成败起到相当大的作用。如何将素质教育理论引入外语教学是当前外语教学战线的一大课题。英语学习成功的因素中，除了智力因素外，更重要的是那些非智力因素的作用。

英语教师的教学重点是放在教学内容，教学大纲和考试形式上呢，还是将教学注重点转移到学生的性格、兴趣、情绪等方面的培养和控制 这是，现代教育思想转变的重大原则问题。事实证明，认为自己“民主、开放、平静、友好、体贴、乐于助人、聪明、富于逻辑性和快乐”的人，一般来说，其学习英语成功的可能性要大于与上述性格相反或相差极大的学习者。另外，在外语学习过程中，由于外界因素的影响，学习者会出现焦虑沮丧烦躁不安等情况，英语教师作为教学活动的组织者，应注意对外语学习者情感因素的培养和控制。尤其是在中学的低年级阶段，英语教师要培养对学生的亲近感。在课堂教学中英语教师要十分尊重学生，注意激励学生，关注学生学习过程。在当前“减负”工作中，英语教师尤其要注意体察学生在课堂上的心理感受，亲近学生，使学生喜爱英语教师和英语课，从而提高英语课堂教学的效益。

时光如梭、岁月蹉跎、又是一路风尘仆仆、又是一夜星光灿烂、又是一味苦乐酸甜、又是一曲人生凯歌，问世间志愿为何物，只叫人百感交集。

由于第二天就要开课，所以当天晚上我们就投入分班，管理制度，选组长，备课等一系列准备工作。寺里总共有七个班，分别是《古兰(大)班》、《古兰(小)班》、《安麦(大)班》、《安麦(小)班》、《字母(大)班》、《字母(中)班》、《字母(小)班》、由于我和大学生两个人负责带得是这七个班故事课，我们俩就分工，大学生带、而我带、《字母(小)班》由于年龄都太小了、所以我们决定不设故事这门课、其他三个教师分别带三个字母班得字母兼班主任，组长由大学生担任，一天上八节课，早上四节，午时四节、住宿得晚上还要上晚自习，我得课安排在早上第三节，和午时第三和第四节，安排好这些之后我们就各自进入备课状态，正如那句话所说的：‘你明白不必须能讲出来，能讲出来不必须能讲清楚，能讲清楚不必须能够讲好。’在真正即将踏上讲台的这一瞬间我才感觉到了这一句话的准确性。或许那天晚上大家都有和我一样的感受，我们备课一向备到晚上十二点。俗话说：‘是骡子是马你得拉出去溜溜’。第二天就看我们的了。平生第二次以教师的身份站在三尺讲台上，望着台下数十双充满渴望的眼睛，还真是有些许紧张，幸好事先熟悉了所要经过的程序，内心便渐渐平静下来。自我介绍十分简略，因为我们得知寺管学

我还是认真完成了自我所担任的教学任务，并取得了不错的成绩。可谓是果实累累呀。

通过这次党的群众路线教育实践活动，我深刻认识到作为一名党员肩负的使命和责任，自觉把参加教育实践活动的过程，变成自我教育、自我提高、自我完善、增强党性的过程。虽然思想境界有明显提升，但在许多方面还存在许多不足。为解决工作和学习中的问题，特制定如下整改措施。

一、整改问题 通过这次党的群众路线教育实践活动，我认真梳理和排查，寻找自身存在的问题和不足，主要有以下几点：

(一)理想信念方面存在的问题

1、对党的群众路线认识不深，宗旨观念有所淡化，还没有真正在思想上、行动上树立起全心全意为群众服务的公仆意识。

2、党员模范的带头作用不够，对于纪律观念意识较淡薄，自己的思想行动与党的要求还有一定的距离。

3、在理论学习上不够自觉。没有把政治理论学习放在一个重要的位置，对学习的重要性认识不足、感受不深、要求不严。

(二)“四风”方面存在的问题

1、工作上有重视领导布置多、重视实际任务少的问题。在实际工作中，把布置当执行，机械照搬照套上级、领导的精神和部署，结合单位实际不够。

2、业务能力有待提高。对常态化工作处于一种应付的状态，没有精益求精的态度;知识透支，能力欠缺，放松了自我学习，忽视了知识能力的培养再造。

3、业务知识学习不够。日常工作中常用的统战政策与理论较为熟悉， 最全最热最专业的文档类资源，文库一网打尽但是准确性和系统性的把握还不足。

4、思想观念需要进一步更新。工作上有时放不开，循规蹈矩，按部就班，缺乏主动性和创造性。

5、对我院发展方向等重大问题，思考不多，办法较少，有等靠思想，没有积极主动地为领导分忧。

6、批评与自我批评搞的不好，对其他同志不愿意提出反对意见，自己的缺点更不乐意其他人正面点出。

7、勤俭节约意识不强，对日常事务性工作的费用控制不严，存在浪费现象。如日常办公中存在浪费纸张的问题。

8、有时犯自由主义。看到社会上的少数不良现象，不分场合乱发牢骚，放松了自我要求。

二、整改目标 通过认真学习习总书记讲话和党的群众路线教育相关资料，我深刻 地认识到自身在工作学习方面存在的不足，特制定整改目标如下：

虽然大部分学生在小学已接触过英语，但学生以前不大重视英语，造成英语两极分化严重，且学习进取性低。所以，现阶段最重要的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣和进取性，帮忙他们增强信心，克服困难。除了从思想上给予引导之外，在教学上，有针对性、目的性、有系统、有计划地上好课。所以我制定了初一英语教学上学期工作计划。

一、教材分析

本套初一教材共分12个单元，每单元分sectiona和sectionb以及selfcheck三部分。

sectiona：1a呈现本单元的重点单词，语法结构与功能;1b呈现任务型听力练习;1c结对练习核心对话;2a，2b是多种听力练习;2c呈现不一样的任务。grammarfocus呈现语法-能重点;3a-4b供给多种课堂活动。

sectionb：1a此会扩展;1b新旧知识综合运用，同时在原有基础上有所扩展;2a，2b为听力练习;3a-3c供给各类练习形式，随着所学资料的加深，逐步扩展成阅读和写作练习。4a为创造性活用所学知识供给各类课堂活动。

selfcheck：使学生对自我的英语水平有明确的认识。自我评价，包括词汇知识的评价，语言应用本事的评价和幽默。

二、教学措施

初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段，也是养成好习惯的关键时期。基础打不好、习惯不良，直接影响学生整个初中阶段，乃至高中、大学的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定以下措施：

1、每一天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每一天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读资料，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持检测等构成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每月给学生检验自我努力成果的机会，让提高的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里构成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小提高、小转变中体味学习的欢乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施”任务型”的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用本事

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学资料，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们进取参与。学生经过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、要充分利用现代教育技术，利用计算机和多媒体教学软件，探索新的教学模式，开发英语教学资源，拓宽学生学习渠道，改善学生学习方式，提高教学效果。
