任何一门语言，或者说任何一门学科的学习都是有技巧的。对于英语的学习经验及方法，我想从以下几个方面来谈。

记

第一项要记的就是单词。

学语言，无疑要记很多东西。词汇是一门语言的基础。学习英语的重中之重就是词汇的掌握。有了单词，才会有句子，有了句子才会有文章，最终才能掌握这门语言。那么海量的单词，记住才是关键。方法有很多，找最适合自己的。我背单词的时候，有很多方法，最主要就是根据读音来拼写。只要记住它的读音，基本就能掌握它的拼写。特殊的情况再特殊记忆。在写单词的时候，脑子里先反映出来的是它的读音，自己根据它的读音“写”出来，而不是背出来。如果单纯地机械地背字母组合，很容易忘记。很多同学背单词都是一遍一遍地重复字母组合。比如：背单词“and”，他就会一遍遍地念and,and ,a,n,d,and我个人不主张这种方法。比如说音译、联想等等。比如这个例子：灰尘(dust)。我把它联想为“打死他”的音译，这样就很好记了。还有，根据已有的简单单词，记住新的单词。比如这个例子：知道猴子(monkey)这个单词，把“m”换成“d”就成了驴子(donkey)，就变成了一个新的单词。还有很多这样的例子，在此不再列举。除了抽出专门的时间背单词，平时应该利用好琐碎的时间来学习单词，积少成多。

第二，就是记一些固定的词组和搭配。每一种语言都有它自己的语言表达系统，只有记住了这些，才能把握外国人的语言习惯，才能学好英语。这些没有别的法子，只有多看多记。

听

听力。随着四六级考试听力比重的增加，我们也应看到英语听力的重要性。其实抛开考试不说，学语言无非要掌握“听说读写”。如果连听都听不懂，其他方面就算是学好了也没什么意义。我第一次和外国人对话是在很小的时候。其实都算不上对话。那时在北京故宫玩，走在我前面的游客掉了东西，于是我捡起来还给她，这时，听到个黑皮肤大眼睛的外国人说“thanks”。那时还小，不知道怎么回人家，只是笑笑。现在听外国人说话仍然有困难，但我一直在努力。其实英语的听力不是枯燥地听考试题就可以，相反，如果强迫自己去听，会越来越反感，最终对英语失去兴趣和信心。根据自己的程度不同我们应该选择适合自己的听力材料。平时学习累了，多看一些美剧，其实那里面的英文对白很美的。比如说《暮光之城》、《吸血鬼日记》等等。我尤其喜欢《吸血鬼日记》里女主人公的发音。她纯正的美音听起来简直是一种享受。除了英美电影，还有英文歌曲、英文广播也可以来听。当然对我们大多数人来说，BBC(英国广播电台)还是很有难度，里面大多都是政治性的观点，和中国的新闻联播相似，感觉枯燥。我选择慢速VOA，我觉得还这个比较适合我们。

说

对于语言来说，一个整体的语言氛围与环境是很重要的。当然，大多数的我们只能在中国学习英语，本身就缺乏英语的语言氛围。而且和外国人对话的机会也是非常有限。在这种情况下，我们就更应该多和外国人交流，哪怕是一句简单的“hello”(你好)、“How are you?”(你好吗?)。

记得在中学的时候，学校也开过Eglish Corner(英语角)，就是老师和同学们在一起，围绕一个话题畅所欲言。不用顾忌语法，不用顾忌句型，重要的就是开口说。但是这和真正的外国人对话是有很大差别的。虽然有外教，但是一周也只有一节，所以和她相处的时间非常有限。所以，从高中开始，只要见了外国人，我就会在恰当的时候和他们对话。

记得有一次，我在商场选手表，旁边有三四个白人，也在看手表，他问售货员“How much?”(多少钱?)，售货员一愣，在旁边的我忍不住就当了翻译，告诉她，那个外国人在问价钱。而后我又简单地和那个外国人聊了几句，得知他们来自德国，来这里是参加一个会展。虽然他们没买那块表，但是临走时还是给我道谢。当时心里挺激动的。

那以后，我和外国人交流的次数越来越多，有的问路，有的在超市找他们想买的东西，虽然都是简单的几句话，但是看到自己能为他们提供帮助，所学的英语终于有了用武之地，心里还是暖暖的。于是自己也就越来越喜欢说英语，即使词汇量有限，语法不甚规范，只要开口说了，对自己来说都是很大的进步。

读

多读英文读物也是重要的方面。现在的阅读题目在各类考试中都占了很大的比重。中学的时候订阅了各种英语学习的报纸，除此之外，还买来英语广场等等读物来读。多读书可以巩固自己学过的知识，而且还可以学到比课堂中更丰富更地道的英语。朗读出来也能练习自己的发音。古人说：“书读百遍，其义自见”，可见读的重要性。

写

写是一项综合的考核。它是词汇、短语、句型等等的综合应用，可以说要求是比较高的。所以，平时除了要把单词记准确意外，还要有一定量的句型和短语。然后在考试的时候，恰当地运用到作文当中。除此之外，多看一些美文，也可以提高自己的写作。针对考试，还有一项要求，那就是字体的工整。一篇内容平平但字迹工整的作文往往比一篇内容丰富字迹潦草的作文更能得到老师的青睐。

运用多种管道学习

英语是一门活的语言，光在课堂上听老师讲授是远远不够的。这就要靠我们通过多种管道学习。除了前面提到的美剧和歌曲外，我还尤其喜欢看中央电视台每年的希望之星英语大赛。虽然我的水平远不如他们，但我会努力。还有一档介绍中国美食的英语节目，让你轻轻松松地就能记住英文搭配。

当然，这一切都是以兴趣为前提的。如果对英语不感兴趣，从心里抵触它，那是不可能能学好的。

以上就是我学习英语的一点心得体会。仅仅是个人的一点拙见，有不当的地方请老师批评指正。

为期三天的英语教师暑期培训结束了。在这三天里，我聆听了专家的讲座和市教研室辅导老师邓老师、朱老师的精彩讲授，我受益匪浅，通过学习，我有以下感受：

一、英语教师必须培养学生良好的学习习惯

作为一个小学英语教师，为了培养学生良好的学习习惯，我们首先应规范学生的书写习惯，要从学字母开始，要让学生认识什么是书写体，什么是印刷体。在书写的时候，胸要离桌子一拳头，本子要成10角;其次，要有准确模仿的习惯，大胆开口的习惯，把英语作为一种交际工具，还要有及时复习的习惯;最后还要养成勤于积累，实践的习惯。只有这样，学生良好的学习习惯养成了，才能对英语学科感兴趣，才能愿学，乐学，善学。

二、对英语课堂教学也有了一个新的认识——课堂教学强调从问题入手

英语课以语言对象，强调以任务入手，放眼看周围世界，培养学生的英语能力，这个就是知识点。教师必须从以下几个方面来培养学生好习惯：

1、养成根据发音规律记单词的习惯。

教师教学中要教记忆单词的方法，使每个学生知道元音字母在开、闭音节中的发音规律、字母组合的发音规律、音节的划分，促使学生养成按发音规律记忆单词的习惯。

2、每天自觉听、读、背、说英语的习惯。

要形成良好的英语语感，必须强化听读说的习惯。每天至少半小时读背英语，有条件的学生与家长用简单的英语进行交流，班级每星期确立一天为英语日，使学生养成自觉说英语的习惯。

通过培训，让我明确了教学过程不仅是一个特殊的认识过程，同时还是一个师生情感共融、价值共享、共同创造、共同成长、共同探求新知、共享生命体验的完整的生活过程。

因此，教师教学行为将发生巨大的转变，尊重学生人格、尊重学生选择，要超越书本，发表独立见解，教师要大胆创新，使教学成为充满创意和激情的过程，要解放学生，为学生创设自由思想和自由选择的空间，学会容忍学生的错误，鼓励学生质疑，学会以孩子的眼光看孩子。还要注意向学生学习，师生共同成长。

短暂的培训结束了，我觉得还有很多地方需要学习，我会尽我所能将我这30多天学到的东西，吸收并转化为有自己风格的教学方法，让孩子们主动地去学习，开心地学英语。

一.学生的困惑

1. 高中的各科很难学。尤其数学和英语，而这两科最容易拉开高考成绩的差距，这两科都好考大学就有90%的把握。而我校学生的入学基础普遍不好，那应该怎样抓呢?2.高中有9门科要学，按新的高考方案，至少有6科要考，高考的录取控制分数线是看总分的。那么如何在高中有限的时间内争取总分最高? 3. 学习很苦，厌学情绪严重，那又应该怎样提高学习兴趣?4. 高中要记的东西太多，记不住?比如英语单词，政治，历史，地理，生物知识。到底有没有比较好的记忆方法?今晚就谈谈这些问题。

二.偏科如何补

案例：我的高中在四川一个乡镇上一所普通中学度过的。高一时很多科目出现问题，最难的是数学。高一上半期考试总分100分拿了37分。到后面，越学越吃力了。真正开始补是从高三上学期开始的。高三数学突飞猛进，最后高考总分150考了121分。高三是两极分化的时期，高三开学初有一个男生发展热头很猛，好几次考试总分比我多40多分，他也非常自信，但是他没有笑到最后，高考总分应届生中我最高，仅少于班上的复读生2分。我为什么能成功呢?

大家想不想了解我是怎样自己补习数学的呢?我想：我为什么数学会比别人差?因为我的基础差，现在很多东西看不懂。那我就去补基础，高一时没学会，我现在是以高三的智力还学不会，没道理。基础抓上来了，不就可以赶上那些好成绩了吗?久的账太多，很多东西要抓，难度又大，一本书一下搞不懂，我一章应该可以搞懂吧。毛主席说：伤敌十指，不如断其一指。好，我就各个击破。于是我开始投入大量的时间来学数学。教导主任讲过：数学和英语是高考中最容易拉开差距的科目。只要有一门偏科，就很难考上。我看准了：只要我的数学抓上去，成功的机会就很大。于是我开始看高一数学第一章：函数。一个小节一个小节突破，书上的练习题全部做完，包括很基础，很弱智的题全部做，快不得，一快就没有效果。高三上学期第四周，一个同学发现我还在做第一章的基础题，还不是单元练习，很吃惊地问：你还在看这里?我说：是啊，我不懂嘛，但是我已经知道该怎样补数学了。接着我就看了一本练习册。北京市海滨区教师进修学校出的，很好，对我的提高很大，主要就是靠这本书，选好资料也是一个关键。这本书例题经典，题也配得好。然后，我再拿出高一时的试卷，重新做。我保存了以前的资料，这个资料对我来说就是最好的资料。我很吃惊地发现以前自己居然连基本概念也不懂，我知道自己进步很大。如果还不懂，就说明复习没有效果，还要调整。我对数学的兴趣越来越高了。我已经很自信了，因为我知道怎样补弱科了，我不怕别人跑在我的前面，我有信心赶上他们，甚至超过他们，因为我从中掌握了补习差科的方法，而他们不知道。

我高中换了四个数学老师。高一一个，高二上学期换了一个全校共认最厉害的数学老师，高二下学期又换了一个年轻老师。高三又换老师了，这次是老教师，教法旧，例题也很陈旧，教学水平很一般。我就感慨：老师很好，但是我的数学成绩一塌糊涂，老师不好，我是数学却学得很好。

思考：从这个例子我们可以得出哪些结论?

1. 成绩好的学生一样会遇到很多问题，关键是怎样解决它。

2. 弱科完全可以补上去，并不是一件痛苦的事，苦中有乐。其实：英语，数学都可以很快突破上去。只要你满足三个条件：抓好基础、注意方法和投入大量的时间。你英语能学好，但数学不好。说明你不笨，只是说明你还没有找到数学的学习方法。英语和数学相比，哪一个更难?数学，因为它强调的是逻辑思维能力。而英语懒人是学不好的，要大量的听说读写译。

3. 最好不好有弱科，有偏科现象要及时补，为什么?它会用掉你大量的时间，影响其它科目的学习。

4. 文科生数学好，就占便宜。理科生英语好，就占便宜。为什么?因为文科生一般数学不好，理科生一般英语不好。只要你看准这一点，你就成功。

5. 学习关键在于自己。自己占90%的作用，老师只占10%的作用。有些人成绩跟不上去了，就开始怀疑老师不行了，老师教得不好。而没有想到是自己的学习方法没有进步，没有调整造成的。

6. 我们知道兴趣是最好的老师。感兴趣的科目，学起来不累，效果又好。有的同学说：我对英语，数学没有一点兴趣啊!其实：兴趣是可以培养的。某个科目成绩进步了，自然就有兴趣了，苦中有乐，这是别人体会不到的。

7. 我发现理科关键在于培养理解能力，数学学得精，物理，化学很容易抓上去。因为理科学习的方法是共同的，数学是理科中最有代表性的学科。

一年又过去了，一届高三学生又要毕业了。我心里沉甸甸地，无法进行形容;自己已送走了十四届高三毕业生。我看这一届一届学生毕业有说不出的成就感，同时也不断反思自己并改进教学。虽没有魏书生那样轰轰烈烈，但毕竟干了十四年的高三英语教学说明学校给自己提供了成长的乐土;再次我感谢我的工作单位为我提供展示自我的平台。下面就自己的工作反思总结如下：

一、应提升课堂效率，打造高效课堂

高三英语教学是一门精品工程。作为英语老师应反复钻研，一轮复习采用预习、展示、合作探究、点拨提升和巩固提高五个环节来完成;其中学生合作探求最重要，老师应抛弃传统“满堂灌”思想大胆让学生自己来完成学习任务。二三轮复习应采取感悟、反思、探讨、点拨和总结五环节来完成英语复习提升工作。英语老师应大胆放手让学生练习各种英语题型完成感悟过程;先不给答案让学生根据已有知识进行反思分析，然后给出答案小组合作探讨;疑难问题老师给予适时点拨，最后让学生就知识薄弱环节进行总结体会达到巩固之效果。

二、应采用休闲式教学，提升学生兴趣

高三英语教学是快节奏、大容量和超强度训练的过程。英语教师应多留出时间让学生消化，不应为了赶进度不求效益;知识容量应适中，巩固训练题应精选精练，让学生在快乐中体验学习英语成功的喜悦。不应追求快、强调多而占用学生的休息时间呈现重负低效之恶果。

三、做好学生思想教育，重视学科均衡性

高三每门学科都很重要，语、数、英各一百五十分，每门都应拿到一找总结以上，综合应拿到二百以上才能上二本线;任何一门课目都应均衡，同时突出优势科目，方能处于不败之地。

四、英语学科应重视听、说、读和写四种基本技能。

英语教学老师应注重这四种技能培养，主抓词汇教学、阅读教学、写作教学和听力教学;听是语言输入的途径不应忽视，词汇是英语学习的基础;阅读写作是英语学习能力的要求。总之，应做到天天听、天天读、天天背诵和天天写;如果这样，英语成绩才能提高。

五、注重学生德育教育，培养德才兼备人才

教师不仅仅是教书而且肩负育人重担。我们应从各方面关心学生为他们成功奠基。作为教师应记住：“良言一句三冬暖，恶语伤人六月寒。”我们应从各方面教育学生，不应讽刺挖苦学生。

历史的存在是为了给后面的人指引和借鉴，而总结的存在就是寻找出最合适和最好的的方向与道路。“一”是一切努力的开始，也是后面叠加的基础。为了更好的做好这个“一”，下面是我这一学期的工作总结：

一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡

高一新学期伊始，可以通过摸底了解学生大致水平，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。可利用上半学期的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复习。要尽快使学生适应高中英语教学，具体做法是：培养学生课前预习、课后复习的良好学习习惯;坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;根据高考要求，从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读习惯;另外，课后要多与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉。

二、高中英语教学要始终贯彻交际性原则，强化学生主体意识

“让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际：

1.建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。如一进课堂老师说：“it’s nice to see you again./it’s fine today， isn’t?/how are you today?”星期一上课问：“did you have a good time in theweekend?”学生会作出不同的回答，引出更多的对话，从而达到交际的目的。

2.适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对近期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后在课堂表演。

3.多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

三、培养学生的自学能力

只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学习方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预习能力、各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力、学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立的阅读，于是新学期开始就要要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤。

四、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂，如举办讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻，然后再到学校进行交流。

五、 巩固教学效果 发展学生智能

教学的一个根本目的，是要求学生学会独立思考、独立自学，最终成为一个能独立工作的合格人才。课内教学的双边活动是至关重要的，但由于学生多，时间少，而学生主动活动机会则不多。所以，课外作业便是学生个体完成作业的独立活动的基本形式。学生在完成作业过程中，需要独立思考、独立钻研，这对学生有充分的实际锻炼机会。课外作业，有助于学生发展智能和创造性才能，有助于培养学生灵活地应用知识解决问题，有助于培养学生的能力，并能培养学生按时完成任务的习惯和责任心，以及克服困难的精神。因此，教师要在作业的布置和批改上下工夫，不仅要重视答案的公平性、客观性和性，还要重视学生的选择性和创造性以及答案的开放性和多样性。

六、备课，既备学生，又要备教法

备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。

因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高三个班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学习，争取进步。

一方面，农村的学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们还不能适应。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体，有的比较活跃，而有的同学比较沉静，学习欠积极性，虽然优良生比例大，但中下层面而也广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是帮助班上的同学改英文名，尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，近来更帮部分同学交上了“penfriendinAmerica”，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学习英语。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。我会把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;第二组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力，成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散，学习不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。

英语是语言。因此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。

期中考和期末考是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果，因此应该予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复习，考试后进行学科总结。从中段考试可以看出两个班的平均水平相当，八班的差生面相对较大。所以在中段考后的时间里，我把力量主要集中在两班的差生辅导上，特别是八班，以缩短差距。另外，还发现学生的综合能力不够强，所以以后的教学中要加强这方面的训练。让学生轻松学，容易掌握。而期考结果证明，适当辅导差生对班的整体发展有很大帮助。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高两班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学习，争取进步。

以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足，希望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导老师，前辈的指导下，取得更好成绩。

本人自任现职以来，热爱祖国，热爱中国共产党，拥护党的各项方针、政策，坚持四项基本原则，时刻与党保持一致，立志献身教育事业。勤勤恳恳，默默奉献，对工作尽职尽责，认真完成上级交给的各项任务。对教学不断研究，不断创新，教学成绩显著。现述职如下:

一、做一个政治思想觉悟高的教师

热爱教育事业，对工作不讲任何条件，尽自己最大的能力把工作做好，遵纪守法，有良好的师德师风。认真学习党的理论方针政策，在教育教学工作中努力践行，处处做同事们的表率。

二、做一个科研型教师

俗话说：“小学教师是‘万金油’”，这就要求小学老师具有比较全面的知识与能力。平常我非常注重教学基本功的训练，我认真学习现代教育教学理念，努力钻研业务，积极参与新课程改革，大胆实践，勇于创新，积极参加各级课题研究，满腔热情地投入到小学英语教学中去。

三、做一个富有爱心的教师

没有爱就没有教育。真正的教育其实是爱的教育。任现职以来，我一直担任英语教学和教导主任工作。在执教中为教好书、育好人，不知花了多少心血，特别是我们地方的留守儿童比较多，而这些孩子在家是爷爷、奶奶的宝贝，孩子养成了一些不良的行为习惯，自控能力差。

我根据学生的个性，采取适当的方法教育。平时在教学中，我不但注重学生的知识教学与能力的培养，还特别注重学生的德育教育。从一开始，就重点培养他们的良好习惯，包括生活的习惯、做人的习惯、学习的习惯、思考的习惯和健体的习惯，做到严中有爱、严中有章、严中有信、严中有度。

课外，我经常对学生进行耐心、细致的辅导工作，开展科学性、知识性、趣味性的活动，培养能力、开发智力，同时对学困生都进行了细心的引导，发现问题及时解决。在课堂上，让学生成为课堂的主人，关注学生的个体差异，采用激励性的语言进行教学。我还利用双休日、傍晚、假日与家长取得密切联系，和他们共同教育好其孩子。几年来，我所担任的班级有良好的班风和学风，经常获得“流动红旗班”和“先进班级”。

四、做一个理念新的教师

新一轮的基础教育改革已经全面推开，我在认真学习新课程理念的基础上，转变教育观念，并结合自己所教的学科，积极探索有效的教学方法。在英语课上，我刻苦钻研,勇于探索，把英语知识与学生的生活结合起来，把英语教学和社会实践结合起来，努力构造开放而有活力的英语课堂，同时注重学生的探究发现，引导学生在学习中学会合作交流，提高学习能力，做学生学习活动的引导者和组织者，把解决问题的主动权交给学生，重视课堂教学生命的流动与情感的沟通，在平等对话中教学，珍视学生情感体验。

我还把计算机和网络当作新的教学工具，进一步将英语课堂进行延伸到更广阔的空间去，注重培养学生搜集信息和处理信息的能力。教育是艺术，艺术的生命在于创新。我的理想是不做教书匠，而要做一个教育家。虽然这不一定能实现，但我相信，在我不断的探索和实践中，我会成长起来的。
