这是因为每个人都有自己的一套评价体系，即所谓的“人人心中都有一杆称”。每个人都会用自己的尺度去衡量他所受到的待遇是否公平。而每杆称的准星都不一致，可能在主管看来已经很公平合理的方案，到了不同的当事人看来便一无是处。所以，往往是主管很想做包青天，最终却四面楚歌，很是尴尬。这其实也不难解释。

公司团队管理一、主管与下属掌握的信息量不一样。作为主管，接触的范围广，能掌握绝大多数下属的信息，并从中作分析比较。而作为下属，接触面相对较狭隘，仅能作非常有限的比对。

公司团队管理二、主管与下属的出发点不一样。作为主管，要从部门的全局出发，考虑整体的协调。而下属则更多地是从自身的角度考虑问题。

公司团队管理三、比对的基准不固定。在潜意识里，人都有趋利避害的本能，一般都会有意无意地拿自己的强项与别人的弱项去比，从而将自己的优点不断扩大，同时将对方的缺点也不断扩大。

一旦员工感觉到不公平，一般不会马上说出来，而是将这种忿恨压在心里，并在“疑邻偷斧”的心理作用下不断累积和扩大，最终只有两个后果：一是消极怠工，二是卷铺盖走人。可见，“不公平感”的累积和蔓延对部门的破坏性非常之大。那么，如何解决这一问题呢?

首先、要让大家都用同一杆称去衡量，即将标准统一化，公开化，透明化，并设法让全体员工掌握和认同。只有采用同样的标准去衡量，才能从源头上保证公平。而要使标准统一化，则要广泛地征求成员的意见，并使用科学统计的方法成形。

其次、标准一旦确立，就必须不折不扣地执行。

再次、一旦出现员工自感不公平的迹象，要及时采取措施消除影响。坏情绪具有极强的感染性，一旦有员工感到不公平，为了寻求心理上的平衡，便会四处找人倾诉，负面的情绪便会蔓延开来。这时候，管理者要通过与当事人的沟通，动之以情，晓之以理，作深入的分析使，之接受自己的意见。同时，采用会议或发文等形式作适当的解释。

此外、加强对员工价值观的培育。作为主管，要给下属客观地分析当前的现状并作思维上的引导。一个主管若能使下面员工的想法与自己的想法一致，那也就不存在所谓的不公平了。

其实，从辨证学的角度出发，公司团队管理不公平是绝对的，公平是相对的。整个社会的发展也就是由不公平到追求公平的奋斗史。到目前为止，无论是从整个社会的宏观上讲，还是从公司团队管理部门的局部上讲，没有一个层面能够做到完全的公平。所以，一方面，我们要尽量地追求公平，另一方面，也不能苛求公司团队管理绝对的公平，要允许“合理的不公平”的存在。

大家早上好!今天我讲话的题目是《理性面对考试，在反思中进步》

紧张的期中考试已经结束，大家都非常关心自己的考试成绩。是啊，在我们学生时代，考试成绩是非常重要的，但是，同学们，你们有没有想过，分数的背后，还隐藏着许多的内容呢?一次考试，可以检测、衡量我们一段时间的学习效果，能发现我们平时学习上的不足与缺陷，考试就像捕鱼，每一次考试都会发现鱼网上的漏洞，只有经过一次次的修补，我们用知识与能力编成的鱼网，才会是牢不可破的，也才能保证我们取得优异的学习成绩。那么如何对我们的考试进行正确的分析和反思呢?

首先，要对考试中的失误或错误进行认真分析，反思自己平时的学习态度和学习习惯，这是很多同学在考试后往往敷衍对待或不屑一顾的。成功一定有成功的方法，失败也肯定有失败的原因。有两点是可以肯的：第一， “态度决定一切”，如果你在考试中，记忆性知识的题目失分过多，这起码是你时间投入不足。如果许多简单的知识应用、运算出错较多，则反映出你平时训练不够，知识迁移、应用能力不强，这些都与学习态度有关。书山有路勤为径，要学习真本领没有勤奋的耕耘是不行的。人常说，“梦里走了许多路，醒来却还在床上”，意思就是，“不勤奋，理想永远是梦想”。第二，“细节决定成败”，如果考试中你总是审题时看错题目的条件、或在有正确思路的情况下而不能正确解决问题、或书写时丢三拉四等等，显然是你平时就缺乏专注、顽强的意志力、踏实严谨的学习习惯。

另外，不管这次考试满意与否，我们每位同学都要给自己设立新的起点，确立新的学习目标。如果这次考得好，我们要继续坚定信心，以更加饱满的精神、更加认真地态度投入到学习中去，从而保持优异的成绩;即使这次考试考得不好，我们也不能一蹶不振、灰心丧气，我们要静下心来重新找到自己的新起点，而后奋斗、前进。我们经常见到这样的同学，这次考试没考好，当时他非常有动力，列出了一大堆的学习计划，下了一大堆的决心，然而几天后就又像以前一样了，又失去了前几天的动力，这样的同学，学习终究进步不了。所以对待学习，我们要坚持不懈，要有水滴石穿的毅力。

同学们，让我们以这次期中考试为契机，积极行动起来，认真总结、反思自己，从现在抓起，从基础抓起，增强自信，提高效率，相信大家在月考和期末考试中就会收获成功的喜悦。

早上好!本学期的期中考试如期而至了，这是我们检验半学期来学习、工作成果的最好机会，也是展现我校学风、考风的重要窗口。这一次考试，不仅是教师教学效果和学生学习情况的评价手段，也是同学们正确评价自己、勇于承认学习上失误和不足、能严于自我约束的一种考验。可以说，考试是衡量教学效果的准则，更是鉴定考生诚信品质的标尺。

考试不仅需要纪律的约束，更呼唤公平与公正的竞争。在上周的国旗下讲话中，高一年学生代表已经向我们提出了倡议：诚信做人，诚信应考。同学们应该积极响应，在各自的考场中争当诚信考生。诚信理应是学生道德规范的重要内容，是新时代做文明公民的需要，更是我们做人的道德底线。每一次考试后我们需要的不仅仅是那一纸成绩，更需要的是一个健康的人格和那端正的人生态度。考试失败了你仍将有补考的机会，而考试作弊不仅对自己能力的否定和蔑视，让自己丢掉了信心，丢掉了做人的尊严，更会让作弊者的生活套上繁重的精神枷锁，这有损个人名誉，有损班级名声，有损学校形象!因此，在本次考试乃至今后的每次考试中必须严肃考试纪律，拒绝考试作弊，并让它成为一种养成、一种教育教学常规。

高一学生马上就要开始期末考试了，考试后学生都要做一个高一期末考试总结，下面是高一期末考试总结范文，供参考。

时间如同白驹过隙，弹指一瞬之间，整个高一生活已经悄悄地离我们而去了，紧张的期末考试也暂时告一段落，现在，我要针对这次考试做出如下总结，高中期末个人总结。

言归正传，这次期末考试算是我这学期准备的最充分的、最重视的一次了，虽然各科的成绩都还不知道呢，但我认为考的并不理想。

其实上了高中，我才发现自己压根儿根本就没有属于自己的“所谓的”优势学科，每科都基本在十几名左右，语文学科曾经还有考过倒数前十的悲惨历史。那么就请先允许我天真地把数理化当作“优势学科”好了。

我自己对物理这次考得其实并不满意。这是因为前几次考试中所暴露出啦的问题仍然存在——面对一道貌似简单的解答题，总是因为着急而不好好读题，从而白痴地导致计算的多次错误，我通常会在这道题上会浪费很多时间进行计算过程的检查、重新理解原题以及重新选择合适的方法解题。因此，我总结了一下不光是在物理这一学科上，而是要在整个理科上面要加强的三点是“读题认真而仔细，做题不慌而不忙，计算慢而求稳”。再有，第二点就是在做选择题是，由于多选题与单选题是混合在一起的(这次例外)，所以我老是不敢多选，害怕因为自己的错选而导致扣更多的分数。虽然这是一个在考场上的策略，但这还是说明了我对概念的不熟，因此我以后要在课上更加专注于对概念的强行记忆，个人总结《高中期末个人总结》。第三点就是选择及填空题的做题时间慢的问题，都是不好好读题导致的，所以我应该在提高自己的做题速度的同时加强自己的准确率，保证做一道对一道

数学虽然还不知道确切的成绩，但我并不满意，但还是肖老师的那句话，“这次考试比较简单……”我对自己的“长项”毕竟有自知之明，我必然不是最聪明的，但确实是在用心地、努力地学习数学——这一个我认为非常难的科目。不过至于在考试中是否能够取得优异的成绩，我觉得并不是最重要的，我觉得这个成绩作为一个学期结束后的回报，应该是和自己的付出是成正比的。

就自己个人感觉而言，化学这次考得也似乎比较不错。但一些老师上课讲过的概念性的内容，我却好似第一次听到，完全没有印象，因此提高课堂效率是下一步一定要做的，这一点同样适用于上面提及的物理学科。化学学科我同样可以问心无愧地告诉自己说：“下了很多功夫”，虽然不像英语数学那样经常做课外题，但却是认认真真地对待老师所留的每一项作业，认真就着答案核对每一道题，把每个不懂的知识点，每道模糊不清的题都想尽办法弄明白。但我发现我的记忆是个老大难的问题，大脑经常自动地超某个知识文件夹摁下“Delete”键，而且倒霉的是考试恰恰就考那些被无情地“删除”的知识。这个知识今天明白了，可能过几天学了新知识，就和新知识混淆了，而且容易忘。所以复习是必不可少的，我在接下来的学习中要加强自己的复习，在学好新知识的同时，要巩固，记熟旧知识。着同样适用于每一个学科。

英语这次出地简单了，大部分考题都出自原书，所以我就根据课文，回归了基础，几天的复习时间我认真背诵了所有的课文，对我考试帮助很大，我要继续保持对英语的信心，毕竟英语，我认为，是目前高中课程中最有实用价值的科目了。

终于轮到语文了。经过一学年的努力，语文这学科有了很大的进步，大阅读题终于有了思路，议论文写作和记叙文写作终于可以上一类了，这些都是非常可喜的进步，希望我能继续保持背诵默写的优势，保证基础题不扣分。

最后再说一句，在高一十班的一年是难忘的，虽然十班要解散了，但十班那永不放弃的精神值得我们一生铭记。

妈妈，是一个多么伟大的人，怀胎十月，孕育生命。无论我们多大，妈妈总是为我们操碎了心。妈妈的一句话，一个眼神，一个拥抱，总是温暖着我们的心。妈妈，有句话在我心中总没能说出口。今天，我要大声地对您说一句：“妈妈，我爱您!妈妈，谢谢您!是您给了我慢慢的爱，是您让我学会了如何去爱，是您让我学会很多很多。”

还记得那是一个夏天的夜晚，我躺在床上，翻来覆去，总也睡不着觉，感觉到头好热。这时，妈妈走了过来，轻声的问：“怎么了?”说着便去摸我的脑门，手刚刚触及，妈妈的的神情顿时变了。接着，跑出卧室，飞快的去药箱里拿出温度计，为我量体温。很快，体温测出来了，39度。妈妈一看顿时慌了神。妈妈的头发也不细心打理了，背着我就去了医院。在前往医院的路上，我趴在妈妈的背上感觉是那样的温暖，是那样的幸福，是那样的甜蜜。好想就这样趴在妈妈的肩上一直睡下去。这时候我看见了几滴晶莹的汗水从妈妈的额头上滑落下来。好想帮妈妈擦一擦额头上的汗水，让她不再流汗。经过一番颠簸，我们来到了医院，妈妈准备背我去坐电梯可是电梯却要很长时间才会下来。这时妈妈也顾不上那么多了，直接背我上了三楼。接着妈妈像一台高速运转的的机器，拿药。交费…直到我把药掉上了的，妈妈才长长地舒了一口气…

我在xx中学第一个学期就这样结束了.迎来了盼望已久的寒假,细细回想着一年,我心里真是感慨万千。

光阴似箭，回首这半年的点点滴滴，朝朝暮暮，对我来说真是飞跃的半年。在这半年里，无论是学习方法、态度还是纪律都比小学更上了一层楼。下面，我就这几简单的总结一下。

(一) 学习

学习态度比较端正。能够做到上课认真听讲，不与同学交头接耳，不做小动作，自觉遵守课堂纪律;对老师布置的作业，能够认真完成;对不懂的问题，主动和同学商量，或者向老师请教。在这学期的期中考试中，尽管取得一些成绩，但离心中的目标还很远，仍需继续努力，抓紧自己的学习。知识无止境，探索无止境，人的发展亦无止境，我还有很多的知识需要学习。

(二)学习方法及态度

中学的学习与小学有许多不同。小学时代我们被老师催着赶着向前走。而初中更注重自主学习，老师讲的不再满足我们的需要。我能认真对待考试，考前认真复习。另外，积极阅读有关书籍和资料，扩大自己的知识面，有较强的求知欲，学会了自我反省，检查，提前预习的学习方法，获益匪浅。

(三) 纪律

在纪律方面，我可以做到：尊重教师，同学之间可以真诚相待;能遵守学校各项纪律，遵守公共秩序，遵守社会公德;不迟到、不早退、不旷课;上学穿校服;举止文明; 有良好的卫生习惯，不乱扔废弃物。 纪律是学习的保证。没有纪律，何谈学习，下学期，我会再接再厉，争取在纪律方面做得更好。

但我身上还有各种各样的问题，在下个学期中要努力改正，不断以更加严格的标准来要求自己，在各个方面都更上一层楼，扬长避短，深刻地认识，检讨自己，力争做到让老师，家长和自己都感到十分满意。

国际专利许可合同(附英文)

2.4本合同产品不包括乙方外购件的专利技术，但乙方必须问甲方提供外购件的样本和技术说明资料与制造厂商的名称。

2.5乙方有责任接收、安排甲方赴乙方培训的技术人员，乙方应设法使其掌握上述合同产品专利技术。（详见本合同附件五）

2.6乙方负责自费派遣技术人员赴甲方进行技术服务。（详见本合同附件六）

2.7如甲方需要，乙方同意以最优惠的价格向甲方提供合同产品的零件、材料和配件等。具体内容双方另行协商

2.8乙方同意甲方有权使用其商标，在合同产品上亦可以采取双方的联合商标、或者标明“根据售证方的许可制造”字样。

第三条 合同价格

3.1按照第二条规定的内容和范围。本合同采用提成方式计算价格，计价的货币为＿＿＿。

3.2本合同提成费的计算时间从合同生效之日后的第xx个月开始，按日历年度计算，每年的十二月三十一日为提成费的结算日。

3.3提成费按当年度合同产口销售后的净销售价格计算，提成率为%，合同产品未销售出去的不应计算提成费。

3.4在提成费结算日后10天之内甲方应以书面通知的形式向乙方提交上一年度合同产品的销售数量、净销售额和应支付的提成费，净销售额和提成费的具体计算方法详见本合同附件三。

3.5甲方依据本合同的专利许可，销售的合同产品一经付款则视为货已售出。

3.6若在交付专利权使用费后，已售合同产品被退回或折价，甲方有权在以后支付的专利权使用费中扣除因此而多支付的专利权使用费。

3.7乙方如需查核甲方的帐目时，应在接到甲方依上述第3.4款规定开出的书面通知后10天内通知甲方、其具体的查帐内容和程序详见本合同附件四。

第四条 支付条件

4.1本合同第三条中规定的提成费，甲方将通过x银行（此处为甲方的业务银行)和x银行（此处为乙方的业务银行）支付给乙方，支付中使用的货币为＿＿＿＿。

4.2乙方在收到甲方按第3.4条的规定发出的书面通知后应立即开具有关的单据，甲方在收到乙方出具的下列单据后三十天内。经审核无误，即支付提成费给乙方：

a.提成费计算单一式四份；

b.商业发票一式四份；

c.即期汇票一式一份。

4.3按本合同规定，如乙方需要向甲方支付罚款或赔偿时，甲方有权从上述支付中直接扣除。

第五条 技术服务和培训

5.1技术服务

5.1乙方在合同有效期内派遣一名技术专家到甲方，对合同产品的图纸和技术资料进行解释，并就产品设计、制造、调试和检验，以及维修等方面进行技术指导，以使甲方在保证合同产品性能的情况下，能尽快采用国产的材料和元器件，实现合同产品的生产。

5.1.2.乙方在合同有效期内分两次派遣技术人员赴甲方进行技术服务，共30人日。

5.1.3.第一次技术服务在合同生效后第六个月，乙方派遣技术人员1人赴甲方工厂，提供技术指导12日。

5.1.4.第二次技术服务在合同产品验收期间。乙方派技术人员1人赴甲方工厂，提供技术服务，时间为18日。

5.1.5.乙方负担其人员的旅差费。甲方负担由驻地到工厂的交通工具和膳宿费。

5.2技术培训。

语文期末考试总结600字

期末考试的语文成绩令老师与父母大失所望，也令我也十分震惊，是的，考砸了。我不得不躲一下期末考试后的深刻反思了，反思之后我发现失败的原因有很多。

首先，学习态度不端正，课前预习不充分，学完每一课后没有及时复习，导致考试时碰到以前课程的题目，失分过多。学习习惯不好，没有合理安排时间，作业的质量与效率不高，经常熬夜，上课没有精神。

其次，上课没有积极参与课堂，对于每一个问题没有仔细思考，以致思路不活跃，掌握的知识不具体、不全面，不会举一反三，思考问题所需时间很长，导致作文时间不充裕。做的练习很少，做题的经验较少。

再者，便是课外书的阅读，阅读量过少，导致写作文没有素材，词汇的积累也很少，语言没有逻辑性，文章显得十分杂乱，苍白无力。对历史与人文的理解也很少，对许多文章包括诗词都不能理解，导致考试中的课外文言文失分不少，阅读能力仍有待提高。

最后，则是我的弱点：粗心。总是“大意失荆州”，做题马马虎虎，没有审清题意便盲目做题，不知是语文，所有的科目都是这样，做完试卷后没有仔细检查，导致犯了许多不该错的失误，正确率较低。以后做题一定要仔细，不能因为题目简单而不去在意，学习是一个循环渐进的过程，只有打牢了基础，才能在此之上再去提高，所以，对以前知识的掌握，是必要性的。

通过了对本次语文考试的反思，我了解了更多自己的不足之处，知道了，自己的水平还差得很远，只有下苦功夫，才能取得成功。一分耕耘一分收获，我要继续努力争取下一次的好成绩！

（3）percent of the total contract price for delay exceeding weeks;

9.5 the payment of penalties by party b to party a as stipulated in article 9 shllnot releve party b of its obligation to deliver the said documents.

9.6 whenever the delay in delivering the said documents exceeds 6 months， party ashall be entitled to terminate the contract at its discretion and party b shall beobliged to re- fund party a all its payments together with the corresponding ingerestat the rate of... per-cent per annum.

9.7 if the verification tests fail with the responsibility lying with party b andif，as theresult，party a cannot start normal production with the contract having to beterminated， party b shall erfund all the payments previously made by party a to party btogether with the interest at the rate of... percent per annum.

10.all drawings， designs， specifications and all other technical informationmade available under this contract by party b shall be kept strictly confidential byparty a who.shall not sell， transfer or divulge it in any manner to anyone exceptthose of its own employ-ees who will be using it in the manufacture of the products，without prior written consent ofparty b. party a may. however，supply such technicalinformation to its subcontractor to the extent necessary for such subcontractor tomanufacture parts of contract products，pro-vidingthat party a shall have suchsubcontractor agree， in writing， to hold suchnical information strictly in confidence.

10.2 ln case any part (s) or all of the above-mentioned technical information havebeen madepublic by party b or any third party. party a shall be thus released form theresponsi-bilityfor keeping secret the part(s) or all of the technology already published.

10.3 after the termination of the contract， party a shall have the rigbt to usetheatents supplide by b， i. e. paryt a shall still have the right to design，manufacture，use，and export contract products.article 11 infringement

11.1 party b guarantees that it is the legitimate owner of the patent to thestipulations of the contract， and that it is lawfully in a position to transfer thepatent to party a. of accusation of infringing the rights of a third party occurs，party b shall be responsible for the matter and fully the legal andeconomicresponsibilities trising therefrom
