大家早上好，本周我们将迎来期中考试。所以今天我在国旗下讲话的主题是“诚信考试”。

所以，树立正确的应考理念是我们应当重视的一个问题。有的同学正是因为功利心太强，缺乏自信或者迫于来自家庭的压力，忽视了对自己能力的考查，铤而走险，使自己原本纯洁美好的信誉沾染污点，本应平和的心境也蒙受阴影。诚信是一个人的立世之本，只有清清白白做人，堂堂正正做事，灵魂才能够坦然无愧。我们在学校中苦读，在书山题海中挣扎，不过是为了“炼心”，使自己的灵魂更加强大，何必为了一次平凡的检测而忘记自己最初的梦想，舍本逐末，去追求虚无的名次?

在此，我向全体考生发出如下建议：

在刚刚结束的期中考试里，我犯了很多不该犯的错误。

我知道老师对于我有着很大的期望，可是我还是没有考好。对于这点我感到十分抱歉。但是既然犯了错误就要改正，所以，通过考试我也想了很多以后一定要学习的东西。

首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了，但是却错了很多。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。总之，通过以后的练习，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误。

其次，我还要加强英语的习题强化。通过考试，我终于明白山外有山，人外有人。平日大家都聚在一起做一样的题目，感觉不出来有什么明显的差异。可是一当考试，才发现原来那么多考试题目是我从来看都没看过的(你就先编着吧)。只怪自己买的练习题做的少。不能允许自己再继续这样下去，所以，我一定要加倍努力，从这次考试之中汲取教训，增加力量，为下一次考试做好准备，打好基础。

考试技巧贵在练习。生活之中，我还要多多加强自己的练习和复习，考试之前制定周详的复习计划，不再手忙脚乱，没有方向。平日生活学习中学会积累，积累英语好词好句，积累英语难的题目，积累英语语法项目。对做完形填空等练习题也是提高英语的好方法。

期中考试毕竟不是期末考试，我还是有机会的。下一次考试，我要更努力，争取不让老师、家长和同学们失望。不让自己失望。

对于老师，我希望老师不要对我失去信心，虽然我这次考得并不理想，但是我相信自己的实力。下一次考试，我一定会努力的!

终究不如自己写的好，自己写才能真真与老师共同交流，找出自己的不足此次考试总体来说可以用三个词来形容“闻者伤心，见者流泪，惨不忍睹!”试卷发下来的那一刹那间，我屏住了呼吸。面前两个鲜红显眼的数字令我目瞪口呆。上帝啊，我的语文成绩有了历史性的“突破”!离及格只差那短短的一步之遥了。这个成绩是空前的，可不知道是不是绝后的。

拿起试卷一看，触目惊心!那一个个错叉好似一把把尖锐无比的刺刀，扎的我快要窒息了。该对的没对，该会的不会。今晚即将上演家庭不定项式乒乓比赛，男子单打，女子单打或男女混合双打。啊，吾命休矣!

小小的考试透露出我内心的那一份自满，那一份狂傲。让我知道自己在众人之中是多么渺小，多么不堪一击!这也算是对我一个小小的惩戒吧，为我敲响了警钟，也提前给我打上了预防针。一次失败算不了什么，失败也许是成功的前兆。一次成功也证明不了什么，它终究要成为历史。我们不可能未卜先知，只能凭着自己的那一份付出，去期待丰硕的收获!

卷面考题设置

三年级本次仍是校内检测，共分为两部分：面试和笔试，面试和笔试各占50分。笔试分为听力和书写两部分。听力占25分，书写部分占25分。考虑到三年级学生初次接触英语，面试题目侧重于考察学生的综合运用语言能力。笔试题目则侧重于考察学生对基础知识的掌握情况，以及本阶段所应具备的英语综合运用能力。英语的学习离不开听、说、读、写，以及好的语言环境。因此，倡导学生熟练掌握基础知识的同时，注重在日常生活中多运用英语，注重语用能力的提高。

教学计划

在接下来的教学过程中，一方面，句子的听说认读和运用能力继续提高。课堂上多采用情景教学法和角色扮演，让学生多参与课堂活动，敢于说英语，多说英语。另一方面我应着重培养学生书写习惯的培养。尤其是对26个字母的读、写，注意一些字母的笔顺。26个字母是最基础的，是学生必需掌握的。正确书写，掌握书写方法对于学生学习英语非常重要。课下当然也离不开单选、选答语、根据情境选择合适句子等相关题型的练习。再接再厉，争取将三年级学生基础打得更牢，为四年级做准备。

“君不见黄河之水天上来，奔流到海不复回;君不见高堂明镜悲白发，朝如青丝暮成雪。”伴随着这句开场白，我们结束了初一下学期的期中考试。在同学们的脸上显出或悲伤或喜悦的心情，而时间也正在我们的手中悄悄溜走。

考试是对自己这一阶段学习的检测，我们不必那么悲伤或兴奋，你要知道，大的挫折在不远处等着你，你唯一的选择就是现在，抓紧一切学习的时间，为今后努力拼搏，我相信美好的未来一定在等着我们。

The year end is coming, before we move on to the new year, it’s high time for all of us to do a review for the year. To me, doing this annual review is like getting a report card. It’s no different with my annual review – except these results aren’t for my studies – they’re bigger. They’re for my life.

There are a lot of lessons which I learn every year. Looking back at my review for , one of the biggest lessons I learned is that our reactions to life’s situations is a choice, and it’s up to how we make out of situations we encounter. This realization came after a highly intense period at my job. At that time I was already a positive person, but the situation was so out of control that it really made me negative. It was after a short period of feeling miserable that I realized that the reality was such and it was up to me to make the best out of it. I could either sit and bi-tc-h about it which would do absolutely nothing to change the situation, or I could take action and make the best out of it. This small shift in my mindset created a big shift in my reality – it made me a lot more proactive and solution-oriented. It made me realize that many of us generate unnecessary baggage with negative situations in life, and it’s all about taking action to create the lives that we want. Happineis truly a choice.

After working for a few years, you’d find that the years sort of just start to blend into each other. Soon it’s hard to tell one year apart from the next. Subsequently, it’s so easy to fall into a routine without being conscious of it. Sometimes I hear people commenting that they’re not sure what exactly they’ve been doing with the past few years of their lives, because everything just seems like the same.

1. (c) Necessary logging roads shall be cleared by the Purchaser only after their locations have been definitely agreed upon with the Seller or his representative, and any trees to be removed in the clearing operations shall first be marked by the Seller.

(d) During the life of this contract and on the area covered, care shall be exercised by the Purchaser and his employees against the starting and spread of fire, and they shall do all in their power to prevent and control fires.

Article 12 Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be responsible for the delay of shipment or non-delivery of the goods due to Force Majeureunder UCP 600. The seller shall advise the buyer immediately of the occurrence mentioned above and within 3 days thereafter the seller shall send a notice by courier to the buyer of their acceptance of a certificate of the accident issued by the local chamber of commerce under whose jurisdiction the accident occurs as evidence thereof. Under such circumstances the seller , however, are still under obligation to take all necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods. In case the accident lasts for more than 60 days the buyer shall have the right to cancel the Contract.

Article 13 Arbitration

高二历史期中考试复习计划

高二历史期中考的复习应该如何计划，除了加强对课本的熟悉程度，还要适度地加强一些习题和模拟题的练习。复习的时候，要针对自己的学生情况要有所重点。

合理安排时间复习

记忆是历史学科要求的最基本的能力，复习周期越短、记忆效果越佳。有些同学每天虽有固定的时间复习历史，但往往是想看什么就看什么，今天中国古代史、明天世界近现代史，或者连续一段时间或复习中国古代史、或复习中国近现代史、或复习世界近现代史，周期相对较长，结果看了后面忘了前面、复习到前面又忘了后面。

每天固定的复习时间里，对中国古代史、中国近现代史、世界近现代史都要有明确的量的规定，具体办法如下：

1.确定在一定的时间段里对教材的复习遍次，再根据每册教材内容的多少确定每天对三本教材的复习量(即每天复习多少页)。

如果我失败了怎么办?我应该先认真反思是：

第一，这次失败的原因是什么?要认真思考，挖掘根本的原因;

The undersigned hereby authorizes __________________________________________ as the undersigneds agent and attorney-in-fact (the “Agent”), with full power and authority to enter into contracts for the purchase, receipt, sale (including short sale) and delivery of, whether directly or indirectly through investments in managed investment products or otherwise, foreign currency contracts, options on foreign currency contracts, and other such forward contracts and options thereon, securities, equity, debt and related investments (collectively “Contracts”) on margin or otherwise, in one or more accounts (“Account”) with IFX Markets Inc. (“Commerce”).

In all such transactions, as well as management decisions relating to the Account, Commerce is hereby authorized to follow the instructions of the Agent; the Agent is authorized to act on behalf of the undersigned in the same manner and with the same force and effect as the undersigned might or could with respect to such transactions, the making and taking of deliveries and with respect to all other things necessary or incidental to the furtherance and/or conduct of the Account.

Commerce shall have no liability for following the instructions of the Agent, and the undersigned shall never attempt to hold Commerce liable for the Agents actions or inactions. The undersigned understands that Commerce does not, by implication or otherwise, endorse the operating methods of such Agent. The undersigned hereby releases Commerce from any and all liability to the undersigned or to anyone claiming through the undersigned with respect to damage, losses or lost profits sustained or alleged to have been sustained as a result of Commerce following the Agents instructions or

for any matter arising out of the relationship between the Agent and the undersigned and shall indemnify Commerce from any and all losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, of any kind or nature whatsoever, arising therefrom. The undersigned agrees to hold Commerce harmless and to indemnify it as to any expense, damage or liability sustained by it with respect to any and all acts and practices of the Agent and attorney-in-fact regarding this account, including all losses arising therefrom and debit balance(s) due thereof.

This authorization is a continuing one and shall remain in full force and effect until revoked by the undersigned, or an authorized person on his behalf, by written notice given to Commerce, Attention: Director of Compliance. Such revocation shall become effective only upon the actual receipt thereof by Commerce but shall not affect any liability in any way

resulting from transactions initiated prior to its receipt. This authorization shall inure to the benefit of Commerce, its

successors and assigns. The provisions hereof shall be in addition to and in no way shall it limit or restrict any right that Commerce may have under any agreement with the undersigned. In addition, Commerce is further authorized and directed to deduct from the undersigneds account and pay the Agent the amount of all management fees, incentive fees, advisory fees and/or brokerage commissions to be paid to the Agent upon Commerces receipt of invoices from the Agent.

The undersigned understands that the Agent is solely responsible for the calculation of such fees and commissions and that Commerce has no responsibility or obligation to determine or verify the amount or accuracy of such fees and commissions. The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Commerce and its affiliates and employees from any loss, damage or dispute arising out of or relating to the calculation and payment of such fees and commissions.

All statements, notices, correspondence and the like generated in this account shall be sent or given to the Agent at the address shown for this account and to the undersigned at the address indicated in the Customers Account documents, or to such other person or address as the undersigned may hereafter designate in writing.

In addition the undersigned has provided IFX Markets Inc. with a copy of any disclosure document, managed account agreement, or other such materials executed by and between Agent and the undersigned that concern the Agents advice in regards to the Account.

老师们、同学们：

开学到现在已经半个学期了，近两个月来，一转眼，下周就要进行期中考试了。期中考试是一次阶段性考试，是对前面学习的知识进行一次重要检测，为学习方法的改进，学习措施的调整，学习策略的制定与实施提供全面客观的依据。因此每一个学生都必须以认真、严肃、负责的态度对待期中考试，以强烈的进取心和高度的责任感来端正考试态度，积极准备参加这次期中考试。我们要把期中考试当作对自己的挑战，当作一次磨练自己和提高自己的机会。因为只有努力把握住每一次磨练自己的机会，同学们才能更快、更好地成长、成材!

同学们：今天距期中考试还有几天时间，那么我们如何利用好这几天时间呢?

首先，每个学生要重视考前的复习。孔子说：“温故而知新”，就是告诉我们学习要重视复习，一个成绩优秀的学生肯定是肯吃苦，肯钻研，认真复习并掌握科学的学习方法的人。所以希望每一位同学能够在考试前的这一段时间里，在老师的指导下，学会自我分析，查漏补缺，努力把前一阶段学习的知识认真归纳，梳理知识要点，整理资料信息、检查作业中常出现过的错误原因，归类系统复习，争取做到查漏补缺，熟能生巧，融会贯通。如果发现自己文科学习有欠缺，就应该有意识地多花点功夫，该背的背，该记的记;如果发现自己理科学习有欠缺，就应该有意识地为自己增大练习量，以方法赢得效率。

第二，寻找竞争对手。因为有了竞争对手，学习也就有了对比，自己也能在不断的对比中督促自己不断前进。我们必须清醒的认识到：在比、学、赶、帮、超的氛围中，我们的学习一定能取得更大的进步。 上次月考同学们做的很好，同学们之间的挑战和竞争是浓厚的、积极的，班级之间的竞争也是激烈的，希望这一次各位同学继续发扬你争我赶的拼搏精神，努力考出更加骄人的成绩。 第三，为自己的复习拟定计划很重要，但问题是有的同学不是没有详尽的计划，而是没能让自己的计划得以在过程中落实。怎么落实?接下来的几天，每位同学的学习时间肯定非常紧张，那么一定要学会充分利用看似零散的时间，化整为零。早读(不随意走动、聊天，不补作业，更不抄作业)、中午午休、自习课任务驱动，为自己安排任务，从而创设一个安静的学习环境。

第四，书写问题。整洁的试卷会给阅卷老师以愉悦的享受，反之不清楚的答案只能判错，希望全体同学尽量使用钢笔、签字笔规范答题，将答案写在指定题号的区域内，不要超越答题边界，保证字迹工整，卷面干净、平整，考试结束后将答题卡正面朝上放在桌面上，等待监考老师收齐答题卡后再离开考场。

第五，考试还是一次做人品行的检测。我想同学们并非第一次参加考试，对考试的纪律是清楚的、明白的。考试是严肃的，来不得半点弄虚作假，学习上有付出才有收获，有勤奋才有成果，考试作弊是自欺欺人的做法，是严重违反校纪校规的行为。考试作弊是不能弥补自己学习上的漏洞，相反会让自己失去诚实的宝贵品质。孟子云：“车无辕而不行，人无信则不立”。只有真诚地面对自己，诚实做人，诚实做事才能获得更多的信任与尊重。因此我们切记勿因小失大，为力求考试顺利通过而违背考试的真意。我们应当做一个光明磊落的人，赢要赢得让别人心服口服，输也要输得坦坦荡荡。

同时，我也不得不正告那些正怀有侥幸心理，将考试成绩寄希望与考试作弊的同学：绝对不要有任何考试作弊的想法，因为一旦发现有考试作弊，学校将作出严肃处理，一律按零分处理，并通报批评。

同学们，考试总有成功失败，老师不会要求每个人都成为优胜者，但我们希望每一位同学做一名追求进步、超越自我的勇敢者。最后，祝同学们期中考试考出满意的成绩!
