二、做好后进生转化工作

作为教师，应该明白任何学生都会同时存在优点和缺点两方面，对优生的优点是显而易见的，对后进生则易于发现其缺点，尤其是在学习上后进的学生，往往得不到老师的肯定，而后进生转化成功与否，直接影响着全班学生的整体成绩。所以，一年来，我一直注重从以下几方面抓好后进生转化工作：

1、用进展的观点看学生。应当纵向地看到：后进生的今天比他的昨天好，即使不然，也应相信他的明天会比今天好。

2、因势利导，化消极因素为积极因素。首先帮助后进生找到优、缺点，以发扬优点，克服缺点。其次以平常的心态对待：后进生也是学生，厌恶、责骂只能适得其反，他们应该享有同其它学生同样的平等和民主，也应该在稍有一点进步时得到老师的肯定。

3、真正做到晓之以理，动之以情。首先做到"真诚"二字，即教师不应有丝毫虚伪与欺哄，一旦学生发现"有假"，那么教师所做的一切都会被看作是在"演戏"。其次做到"接受"，即能感受后进生在学习过程中的各种心理表现和看法，如对学习的畏惧、犹豫、满足、冷漠，错误的想法和指责等，信任他们，鼓舞他们自由讨论。最后做到"理解"二字，即通过学生的眼睛看事物。因为做到了以上几点，所以我在后进生转化工作上，效果还是明显的。

在这个20__高二面临着升高三的学期。回首今年的教学工作，真是时光短，压力大，任务重。为了做好新一轮的教学工作，我对一年的高二英语教学工作进行反思和总结。

一、合理制定复习计划并注重计划的落实与完善

要想搞好高二英语教学，没有合理的教学和复习计划是不行的。我对《考试说明》及历年的高考试题认真研究，深刻领会其中的精神，把握测试要求，分析好高考知识点的考查资料和测试角度，明确高考发展的变化趋向，制订切实有效的复习计划，并在教学的过程中不断改善和完善。我从以下两个方面入手帮学生备考。

(一)立足课本，精选练习，巩固强化基础知识

复习伊始，全面重点复习高一高二的语言点。强调学生掌握课标词汇，并适当扩大词汇量的积累。利用早读时光小测抽查，重点对语法知识进行系统的复习;同时教会学生利用语境做好情景交际题;并让学生建立相应的错题集，减少错题再错机率，做到真正掌握所学知识，灵活解题，以不变应万变。

(二)加强高考题型的专项训练，提高学生应试本事

二单项选择、完形填空、改错、阅读理解、书面表达的限时训练应贯穿高考复习的始终。

单项填空的特点是：资料覆盖面广，考查范围包括中学英语教学大纲所有的语法及词汇知识：重点突出，强调动词用法的考查;突出语境的作用，利用语境间接考查语言知识的运用，应引导学生分析具体的语言情景，运用所学的知识，注意词的搭配，词语辨析等，从而找出正确答案。故此时的单项填空的强化训练十分必要，且应注意及时讲评，进行归纳总结，并引导学生加强探讨，设立错题集。尤其对解题方法进行重点讲解。

完形填空：侧重完形填空方法指导及训练。因为完形填空主要是测试学生综合运用语言的本事，所以我从以下几个角度来引导学生：从惯用法和固定搭配的角度来分析;从上下文的角度来分析;从文章的中心句、关键句、关键词来分析作者的观点和态度;从词汇的意义和用法的角度来分析;从逻辑推理、常识等角度来分析。

书面表达：让学生明确高考书面表达的五档评分标准。尽可能对学生的书面表达详批详改，整理归纳，针对不一样的学生给予合理的指导，对全体学生有明确的要求：

1、句型繁简适度

2、有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构

3、开门见山，层次分明，承上启下

4、细读提示，写全要点

5、书面干净、整齐、规范。同时让学生背诵范文，做好语言积累。

阅读理解：在整张卷面中，阅读理解是重中之重，学生在做阅读理解练习时，必须要限定时光。根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求，我们限制在40分钟内读完5篇短文。在选择正确答案时，要充分利用平常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句，猜词，推理，跳读，略读等等获取所需要的信息，并对照题干，反复揣摸作者意图及思路，并要求学生在每一天限时做一篇完形填空或2-3篇阅读理解，坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，并及时评讲，学生的阅读速度和正确率也日渐提高。

二、适时模拟，查漏补缺

我认真分析历年来的高考试卷，并在每次模拟考试后进行认真讲评，并做好最终的归纳工作。我将学生在以前所做的试卷中普遍存在的错题进行分析归类，为学生分析指导错误根源，提高学生识别错误的本事和语言领悟本事。并要求学生不断回头看以前自我做过的作业和错题集，减少错误再现率。

三、实施分层次教学，注重辅差导优，效果良好

针对学生的现状，实施分层次教学，因材施教，对优生和差生分别组织辅导。高考成绩证明，这个措施是有力的，学生基本上都发挥出来了。但对我们的这种生源，我觉得已经不错了。

仔细回想，高二教学工作的顺利完成是与我们在工作中能结合我校教学实情，切实搞好备课

期末考试终于结束了，这也意味着这一个学期终于结束了，我也可以放下紧张的心，让自己稍微休息一下了。在这一个学期里面，我担任高二年级的英语教师，共带了高二__班和__班两个班。其中前面一个班级为学校的清北班，后面面一个班为学校的前进班，两个班级的成绩有一定的差距，清北班的成绩教优于前进班。所以我在这一个学期里面，同时用着两套教学方法在教这两个班，现在我将我高二上学期的教学情况介绍在下面：

一、班级介绍和不同的教学措施

我们高中会根据高一下学期的期末考试成绩，将班级分为成绩较好的清北班，以及成绩还需进一步努力的前进班。这一个学期，我同时带了一个清北班和一个前进班的英语课。因为两个班级学生的英语基础不一样，所以我也就不能用同样的方法去叫他们，不然不仅起不到好的作用，然而影响了他们的成绩。所以我就分别向他们的班主任请教，根据他们之前的英语成绩情况，制定了两套教学措施。

清北班的基础较好，所以我在讲课上面会稍微快一点，并且我自己专门买了一套以前历年高考的辅导书，在上完课之后，根据那一天讲课的相关内容，选出类似的题型提问，帮助他们通过习题加深基础理解。

前进班的基础会差一点，所以我在讲课的速度上面，自然也会慢一点，不然学生们容易因为听不懂而对英语产生厌烦心理。在教学上面，我也更加注重他们的基础建设，所以给他们布置了，除了主要作业之外，还布置了每一天记三十个英语单词的作业，第二天的中午再让班级的英语课代表进行听写，错的太多的，就要在英语课上上台表演节目。通过这种惩罚措施，增加了他们的进取心，在通过课堂的节目表演，活跃了课堂气氛，大大提高了他们的学习效率。当然，高考题的提问，无论是什么班级，我都会在班上问的，这都是很好的帮助他们理解上课内容，和了解高考题型的有效措施。

二、听力练习

在教科书每一课里面，都是有听力的，在上课的开头，我都会先放一遍听力，带领他们熟悉一次，之后，就会让他们自主上台，然后分配度化角色，让他们进行朗读。通过听力部分和朗读部分，增加他们的听说能力。

在每一天的第八节课是自习的时间，我就跟他们的班主任，分别要了一天的第八节课，对他们进行听力练习。学校发的教科书里面，是有一本专门练习听力题的部分。我就分别在他们班的第八节课，拿着录音机给他们放听力，之后就给他们改题目，看他们对错情况。之后再慢放一次，告诉他们，那一题为什么选哪一个选项。

听力题在英语考试里面属于比较简单的题目，是不能够错过的，所以我通过具体的听力练习，来增加他们的听力能力。

三、作文练习

中学应该是全国都比较有名的一所中学，他们学校的本科上线率一直都是全国的前列，他们是有出了一本作文考题的书的，上面都是各个作文题的优秀学生作文，我就自己买了这一本书，然后从上面选一些好的作文题目，让它们练习，之后在给他们看看别人是怎么写的，综合分析写英语作文的方法，可以用那些句式等等。

这一个学期，我的工作应该数做的不错的，清北班的英语成绩稳步提升，我教的这个前进班英语平均分，在这前进班分班里面排在第一位。在下一个学期，我就要对这个前进班增加压力了。

(一) 指导思想以新课程改革为动力，以全面提高教职工思想素质和班主任班级管理水平为突破口，认真贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》和省、市、县有关德育工作文件精神，解放思想，实事求是，坚持不断创新，按照肥西县教育局和学校总体工作计划的要求，紧紧围绕《中学生守则》、《中学生日常行为规范》及《公民道德建设实施纲要》，结合当前德育工作的新形势，不断改进工作方法，提高我校德育工作的实效。

(二) 总体目标全面贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》，创造性地实施德育教育，继续在突出重点，抓出实效，打造特色上做文章。结合县教育局年工作要点和小庙中学年工作计划，加强教师队伍和班主任队伍建设，不断提高全体教职工的自身素质和管理水平;培养学生良好的行为习惯和道德品质。重视和加强学校的德育常规工作和德育教科研工作，形成全员育人、全科育人、全程育人的良好机制。

(三)工作措施1、 强化师德建设。以强化师德、端正教风为重点，继续组织全体教职工认真学习《中小学教师职业道德规范》、《公民道德实施纲要》、《合肥市中小学教师违反师德行为处理暂行办法》，进一步明确我校教师工作纪律，促使大家自觉规范教育教学行为，把各种制度落实到教师的师德评价上。及时查处日常教学中有违师德的事件，力求使每一位教职工都具有品德高尚、爱岗敬业、热爱学生、教育艺术精湛的师德修养。

1、加强班主任队伍建设。组织班主任学习班级管理理论，积极探索创建优秀班集体的有效途径;对照《小庙中学教职工绩效工资实施办法》和《小庙中学班主任量化考核细则》，进一步细化对班主任日常工作的考评，加大对班级管理的检查力度，使检查评比真正起到表彰先进、激励大家的作用。坚持每周上好一节班会课，记录好《班级笔记》，坚持每月定期汇报交流与学习培训相结合的例会制度，坚持每一学期召开一次全校性的德育工作及班主任工作经验交流会。要求所有班主任必须写好班主任工作笔记，期末连同《班级笔记》上报教导处存档。

2、坚持做好每周一的国旗下讲话。通过学校领导国旗下讲话有计划有针对性地对学生进行爱国主义教育、集体主义教育、劳动教育、法制教育、安全教育、网络教育、基础道德教育与习惯养成教育，培养全体学生良好的道德品质和文明行为，促进学生的全面发展。每周安排一名学生代表进行国旗下讲话，把班级学生国旗下讲话纳入班主任考核范畴，进一步培养学生集体主义荣誉感。

3、组织好学生社会实践活动。我校将结合学校实际，组织初、高中学生参加社会实践活动。初中学生不少于一次，高中学生不少于两次。通过参加活动，撰写心得等方式，促进学生综合素质的提高。

4、进一步强化共青团组织的作用。加强团委班子建设，明确职责分工。改组学校学生会，充分发挥学生自主管理、自我服务功能。学校团委依据学校计划，围绕教育重点，积极开展形式多样、喜闻乐见的活动，带领全体学生从确立远大志向做起，树立和培养正确的理想信念，为学校的“三风”建设做出贡献。积极向党支部推荐符合条件的高中学生作为入党积极分子。

5、 联系学校、家庭、社会，加强德育环境建设。通过走出去和请进来的办法，形成三位一体的教育网络，为学生成长创造良好的教育氛围。家长学校做到计划落实，内容落实，主讲人落实，各项资料齐全。

6、继续重视对外宣传和校园文化。通过不同形式宣传小庙中学，宣传小庙中学“稳步发展高中，大力发展初中”的办学目标。学校板报、橱窗专人负责，班级黑板报定期更换，定期检查;校园广播力争办出我校特色，为广大师生所喜爱;启动特色学校建设，力争一、两年内接受特色学校验收;有计划、有组织地办好校园文化艺术节活动。

7、举办各种德育主题活动。

(1)继续强化文明校园创建工作。

(2)开展爱国主义读书教育活动。

(3)开展高三学生成人宣誓活动。

(4)开展校园古诗文诵读活动。

(5)继续开展学生心理健康讲座，心理咨询室向学生开放。

(6)继续办好“留守儿童之家”，完善各种制度，添置各种文体器材，为“留守儿童” 健康成长服务。

(7)开展年新生入学教育。

(8)做好年高一新生军训工作。

(9)开展年校园文化艺术节活动。

(10)重阳节期间开展孝亲敬老活动。

8、大力开展我校获得合肥市立项的德育市级课题《城市近郊农村中学学生日常生活习惯和行为规范养成研究》的研究工作，以此推动我校德育工作上一个新的台阶。
