英语是高一年级学生的必修课，学得好能为学生的终生学习奠定扎实的基础。笔者在教学实践中发现，很多学生都觉得自己在初中是英语成绩挺好的或还算能够，但到了高中却发现“退步”了，考试时总是达不到初中时的分数，变产生灰心甚至放弃的心理。其实，并不是退步了，而是没有适应高中的英语学习。

导致学生这种学习状态的原因主要有以下方面：

1、对高中英语产生畏惧心理。很多学生对新环境、新老师、新方法一下子很难适应，再加上英语课程的难度加大，词汇量增大，课文中句子结构长而复杂，学生更是束手无策。很难应付。前一两次的考试成绩更是把相当一部分学生尚存的自信大得烟消云散。这时，很多学生就会对英语产生畏惧心理及厌烦情绪。

2、学习方法不得当。很多学生还是沿用初中的学英语习惯及方法，殊不知，高中英语与初中英语有很大差异，学习方法也就应随之而改变；还有很多学生爱用学理科的思维及方法学英语，很多东西爱问为什么、特较真，殊不知，英语有时更多的是习惯问题，没有为什么。

那么如何采取有效措施帮忙学生克服学习障碍，尽快适应高中英语学习呢?

一、帮忙学生克服对高中英语产生的畏惧心理，树立学好英语的信心。

首先，教师不要急于教授高中新课，先花大约两周左右的时间，帮忙学生梳理以下初中的语法、重要的单词、短语及句型，让学生自然地向高中英语过度。同时，能够让学生在这个过渡过程中尽快地熟悉新环境、新老师。教师也就应透过学生在课堂上的反应及学生作业状况尽快了解学生的学习水平。而且更重要的是，就应课下与学生多交流，除了多关注他们的学习状况还应多关心他们的生活及思想状况，这样能够拉近与学生的距离，让学生对老师产生亲近感，从而喜欢老师及英语学科，为学好高中英语奠定基础。并且。在这一过渡期，组织一次尽量简单些的小测验，让所有的学生都对自己在高中能学好英语充满信心，而且，教师在平时英语课堂上尽量多表鼓励学生，让他们经常感觉到成就感。对于高中英语与初中英语的差异，教师不要过度地渲染夸大，或者过分强调。让同学们相信，任何同学只要努力就能学好高中英语。

二、向学生简介初、高中英语特点，帮忙学生转变学习观念，调整学习方法

初中是打基础的阶段，各种学习主要是侧重知识的记忆和积累，一般侧重简单的听、说、读、写的训练，知识点教浅，靠背背记记就能够学好。而高中英语则是再提高的阶段。进入高中后，如果仅仅是记单词、学语法是学不好英语的。因此，教师要及时促使学生的学习观点改变。高中英语的重点转向读后理解，转向实际运用，强调运用潜力，高考正是体现了这一点。学生要想办法扩大自己的阅读量，在此基础上，还要训练自己对语言材料的理解潜力、写作潜力和听说潜力。

三、帮忙学生养成良好的学习习惯

1、养成朗读和背诵课文的习惯

根据多年的外语教学经验，我们认为到了高中，学生能不能继续学好英语，全面提高自己的潜力，良好的朗读和背诵的潜力起着关键的作用。只有能流畅的按正确的语音、语调朗读课文和背诵课文，同学们才能有了进一步学好英语的最基本的条件。我们认为，在高中，在某种程度上，语调比语音更重要。事实证明，只有按正确的语调朗读才能真正提高听说潜力，只有按正确的语调朗读才能真正提高学习英语的趣味。很难想象，一个不会用正确语调(升降调、重读、轻读、连读等潜力)读一句英语的人能真正学好英语。

2、养成课前预习和课后复习的习惯

课堂教学是学好英语的主渠道。学生要想上好英语课，首先要做好预习。就阅读课而言，一般来说，要把课文中的生词、短语学习以下，然后结合注解把课文通读一遍，对其资料做初步的了解。这时，需要把自己遇到问题和难点标出，待到课堂上注意教师的说明和讲解或是请教老师，使问题得以解决。这样，从听课的角度而言，在课堂上就能抓住自己学习上的重点，做到有的放矢。课前不做准备，对课文没有大概的了解，听起课来就没有头绪，似乎什么都是新的东西，似乎什么都成了难点和重点。这样的学习不会有好效果的。所以说预习不仅仅仅是时间上的问题；而且是效率的问题。除了阅读课，写作及练习课也应如此。

课前预习的第二个好处还在于知识和技能的再次认识和操练上。也就是说，语言材料经过预习和课堂上讲解与练习有两次接触机会，要比不预习的学习操练效果高出一倍以上，所学资料和技能务必扎实、牢固。知识和潜力积累的实效性与时间和次数成正比，这正是英语学习的特点。

课后复习是上好英语课又一辅助要素，也就是说是另一个先决条件。因为只有牢牢把握住先前的知识和技能才能进一步深入地学下去，获取新的知识。否则，前后脱节，新的资料不能很好的理解和掌握，旧的东西又离你而去，最终不会取得好的学习效果。

课后复习的作用还在于能够使学到的知识得以深化和完善。由于课堂教学所包含的知识量及其活动时间有限，因此，想透过课堂听课解决自己学习上所有问题是不现实的。从传授知识的角度而言，不管是从教师的主观努力来讲还是从课堂教学的客观来讲，都不足以包含每个学生实际需求量。这一不足应依靠于我们学生自身的努力，透过适时的复习，查漏补缺，从而全面、深入地掌握所学资料。

3.养成课下阅读的习惯

高中英语课程标准明确指出：“要透过提高学生阅读潜力，单纯透过教科书中的课文教学是不够的，还要根据学生的具体状况，有计划地指导学生在课外阅读必须数量的读物。”这是因为：第一，先行的课文教学担负着语言知识教学的任务，故课文生词和新结构的密度大，不是用于流畅阅读的训练；第二，精读实质上是综合训练，超多时间用于为语言点的复用掌握而安排的听、说、写操练上，读的专门训练不够。那里所指的课外阅读即泛读。首先是让学生独立阅读，但又不是“放羊式”的阅读，而是在教师有计划的指导下进行的课外阅读。所以，泛读既是阅读材料的问题，又是阅读方法的问题。

课程标准对于语言技能目标(七级)的要求是：“除教材外，课外阅读量应累计到达23万词以上。”那么，对于一个高中学生来说，每一天，务必坚持200多单词的课外阅读量(包括节假日)，才能到达此目标。教师就应给学生推荐一些适合他们阅读的报刊、杂志及原汁原味的文章。学生在超多阅读的状况下，能够拓宽自己的知识面，增强语感，提高阅读速度及理解力。对于高考高强度的阅读是十分必要的。

4.要养成及时总结并建立错题档案(本)的习惯

同学们在学习过程中，要善于探索、善于研究、善于总结。个性是对于一些有代表性的题目，做过后要有总结，如命题的思路、解题的方法及一些规则等。此外，还要准备一个笔记本，将每次作错的题和不会做的题目记录在本子上，并将作错的原因和正确答案一并记录在案。以后还要不断地翻阅，加强记忆。这样就能够有效地避免再犯类似的错误。

在一学年里，本人在学校的工作安排下，担任了教学工作。一学年以来，在学校领导的关心、支持下，尽职尽责做好各项工作。现具体总结如下：

一、 班主任工作

在担任*班班主任工作中，做到认真完成学校布置的各项工作，重视班风、学风的培养，深入了解每个学生的思想动态。严格管理，积极与家长配合，研究教育学生的有效方法。及时发现问题及时处理。在担任班主任工作期间，针对学生常规工作常抓不懈，实施制度量化制度的管理。培养学生养成学习、清洁卫生等良好的习惯。努力创造一个团结向上，富有朝气的班集体。该班在各方面的表现都比较好，并在体操比赛中荣获第一名。

二、教学工作

在教学工作上，根据学校的工作目标和教材的内容，了解学生的实际情况通过钻研教材、研究具体教学方法，制定了切实可行的学期工作计划，为整个学期的教学工作定下目标和方向，保证了整个教学工作的顺利开展。 在教学的过程中，学生是主体，让学生学好知识是老师的职责。因此，在教学之前，贯彻《九年义务教育教学大纲》的精神，认真细致地研究教材，研究学生掌握知识的方法。通过钻研教学大纲和教材，不断探索，尝试各种教学的方法，以如何培养中学生创造能力教学实验专题。积极进行教学改革。积极参加市教研室、及学校组织的教研活动，通过参观学习，外出听课，等教学活动，吸取相关的教学经验，提高自身的教学水平。通过利用网络资源、各类相关专业的书报杂志了解现代教育的动向，开拓教学视野和思维。艺术需要个性，没有个性就无所谓艺术。在教学中尊重孩子的不同兴趣爱好，不同的生活感受和不同的表现形式，方法等等，使他们形成自己不同的风格，不强求一律。艺术的魅力就在于审美个性的独特性，越有个性的艺术就越美，越能发现独特的美的人就越有审美能力，越有创造力。所以，在中学教育中，有意识地以学生为主体，教师为主导，通过各种游戏、比赛等教学手段，充分调动他们的学习兴趣及学习积极性。让他们的天性和个性得以自由健康的发挥。让学生在视、听、触觉中培养了创造性思维方式，在进行艺术创作时充分得以自由地运用。

三、第二课堂的开展

因材施教，做好培优工作。 抓好第二课堂，实施素质教学。根据本校学生的基础，发掘有兴趣、特长的学生组织他们在第二课堂进行培养，并按年龄、基础等情况分为兴趣小组初级班和创作班。按实际情况采用不同的计划、步骤，方法，进行有效的培训教学。学生经过一个学年有计划、有步骤的培训后，水平有了很大的提高。在学校的支持下建成本校特色的，各方来宾对我校学生的有着较高的评价。并在精神上支持我们的做法。并在一定程度上提高了我校的文化氛围。 四、其它工作 除了日常的教学工作之外，负责校内大部分的宣传工作，为了能做好学校的宣传工作，不计酬劳，任劳任怨、加班加点，按时保质完成工作。如 在这一学年的工作中，通过和同事共同的努力，提高了我校的水平，取得一定的成绩。但在教学工作中，自身尚有不足之处，还需继续努力提高自身的能力。
