三、对公司的影响

因《投资意向书》对各方不具备法律约束力，终止该意向书之前及之后均不会对公司产生任何负债、义务或潜在的义务，也不会对公司的生产经营和利润产生不利影响。

本合同甲方为专业艺术家，乙方为专业艺术商。本着推介、提高中国当代艺术的目的，双方经友好协商，现就乙方出资委托甲方以甲方所特有的艺术风格为乙方创作一件作品(以下简称“本作品”)，甲方同意接受乙方的委托，订立本委托作品合同。甲乙双方充分明了下述条款的含义，兹一一列出，共同信守。

第一条 甲方同意按照________(草图、模型)的形式创作本作品初步设计方案。乙方同意在本合同签字时就创作该初步设计方案向甲方交付初步方案设计费_______元人民币。甲方同意根据下列作品标准和要求创作本作品的初步设计方案：

乙方发出批准初步设计方案书面通知后交付百分之________，本作品完成百分之____后交付百分之____，本作品全部完成后交付百分之____。本作品创作过程中，甲方所付出的下列费用应当由乙方及时交付：________。

本作品是否正式完成应由甲方决定。甲方应及时将创作进度通知乙方，乙方在收到进度通知两周内，按本条规定的付款方式付款，逾期未能付款，未交付部分款项应按百分之____利率计算利息，乙方在向甲方发出合理的通知条件下，有权视察正在创作中的本作品。

第三条 甲方同意在收到乙方初步设计方案书面批准书____日内完成本作品。遇有甲方因疾病延误作品的创作情形，及材料短缺等甲方无法控制的情况发生时，本作品的完成日期顺延。

第四条 在本作品交付乙方前，作品因火灾、盗窃或其他损失风险的投保费用由甲方负责。本作品受到火灾、盗窃等损失时，甲方应利用保险金重新创作作品。作品完成后，应运往________，交付乙方。

作品的运输费由________承担。甲方应协助乙方完成安装本作品任务。

第五条 在下列条件下，可以解除本合同：

1.根据本合同第一条规定，乙方未批准初步设计方案，甲方有权保留已收取酬金，解除本合同。

2.乙方在根据本合同第二条规定按照作品的完成进度付清相应的酬金后，有权解除本合同。乙方可以要求甲方就本作品的情况提出准确的评估报告。

3.乙方延期60日未按照本合同第二条规定的时间向甲方交付应当交付的酬金，甲方有权解除本合同，同时还可以对乙方的行为提起诉讼。

4.甲方在本合同第三条规定的本作品完成日期届满90日后仍无正当理由未能完成本作品，乙方有权解除本合同。在此情况下，甲方应当向乙方返还根据本合同第二条所取得的一切酬金。5.根据本合同第三条规定，甲方因疾病推迟完成本作品超过6个月，或者因甲方无法控制的原因逾期1年后仍未完成本作品，乙方有权解除本合同。但是甲方可以占有根据本合同第一条和第二条规定所取得的酬金。

6.甲方(艺术家)死亡，本合同自动终止。但甲方的财产继承人可以占有根据本合同第一条和第二条规定甲方所取得的酬金。

7.根据本条规定行使合同解除权时，须书面通知对方，以作为解除合同的凭据。

第六条 甲方未取得全部酬金前，本作品所有权归甲方。根据本合同第五条第1、2、3、4款规定解除本合同时，甲方保留本作品的一切权利，并且有权继续完成、展览和出售本作品，根据本合同第五条第5、6款规定解除本合同时，不论本作品的完成情况如何，本作品的所有权归乙方，乙方有权继续完成、展览和出售本作品。

第七条 本作品为委托作品。甲方在按照第二条规定取得全部酬金后，甲方对本作品、本作品初步设计方案只享有署名权，其他权利由乙方享有。

第八条 乙方在按照第二条规定向甲方交付全部酬金后，在涉及本作品、本作品的初步设计方案的复制和销售方面，可以利用包括展览、广告、销售等各种形式，在任何媒体上，以任何方式使用甲方的姓名、照片、肖像，不构成对甲方的隐私权和其他人身权利的侵犯。

（一）

宿舍是我家

走在学校的林荫路上，抬头望着枝繁叶茂的夏天，细数这过去的日子，仿佛又流年倒转至去年第一次走进北外附校时的场景，这才发现，如今，我已经在这个学校生活近一年了。

一年，这个数字对于我来讲有着太多的内容，其中一部分便是我以作为住宿生如此之久的时间了。在这里，我品味到了另一种家的感觉。

这是个大家庭，家里有位“妈妈”，她可爱风趣，不辞劳苦，她，边是郑老师。

郑老师卷卷的头发，大眼睛，笑起来的时候颇有喜感，常是带动感染周围的人。举个例子吧，因为是在宿舍，老师进房间时难免会碰到女同学换衣服，每到这时，郑老师便会急忙捂住自己的眼睛，说：“我可啥都没看见，没看见，只是想提醒你们……”边说着，边摸索着退出房门。可就是这样一个平时笑呵呵的老师，背后对我们的照顾却是你所想不到的入微。还记得有一次，我的胃不舒服，熄灯之后在床上翻来覆去的睡不着，实在痛得受不了了，我便敲门进了老师房间，老师见我捂着胃，便急忙招呼我坐下，语气满是焦急的问这问那，有时帮我拿衣服披上，有时帮我灌热水袋，忙完了这些就叫我先坐一会儿观察观察，到这时，我用余光暼了一眼表；至少有凌晨一点多了！我问老师：老师，这么晚了，您怎么还没睡呢?”

郑老师拍了拍自己的肩膀，说：“这不才躺下么，你就来了啊。”我不好意思的看着老师，又是一惊，老师的眼睛里竟满是血丝……

大家庭中不仅是有这样一位“妈妈”，还有姐妹们。平时大家难免会有小打小闹，而真正在你难过的时候，朋友却是你最温暖的避风港。

前阵子，我和妈妈闹了矛盾，每次打完电话都会大吵大闹，而同宿舍的舍友们，却没说我什么，也没有多埋怨。有一次，我因为和妈妈又是电话里一阵大吵，又是哭的稀里哗啦的，我不禁吐出了我的难受和委屈，同宿的王音侠见了，摸了摸我的脑袋，并轻轻的抱住了我，说：“没关系，有我们就可以了，我们都很爱你啊。”听到这话的时候，心里似有一阵暖流把我侵袭，所有那所谓的坚强都在瞬间瓦解，我把所有的委屈都倒在了这个拥抱里面，她也没有因为我把眼泪鼻涕都抹在了她的衣服上面而松开我。其实，我不曾对她说过，她抱住我的那一瞬间，我有一种感觉，就是我拥抱了我的全世界……

这便是我的家，在这个家里面，我体会到了真正的酸、甜、苦、辣，那是我那独生女的家庭中所体会不到的。对不起，我从未跟你们说过一声谢谢，而在这一篇文章里面，我是真心的，想对你们深深的鞠上一躬，谢谢老师！谢谢同学们！谢谢我的家人！

我的宿舍我的家

微风习习，随风摇摆的树枝被皎洁的月光映出几分婆娑的倒影，晃动间，煞是美丽。明亮的灯光照在路上，烘托出静谧的气氛。而在宿舍楼某层的某个宿舍，我们正忙得不亦乐乎。

“呼，”我长出了一口气，“终于换完了，和浦，你搞定了没？”“没有。”“那我帮你吧。”“好啊，谢谢。”“没事。”

在这个不算很大的宿舍里，我和张和浦开始了“艰难”的换床单工程。张和浦先把床单铺平，他在床头，我在床尾，吾二人一前一后，岂不“快”哉！我们飞快的把床单上的褶皱压平，随后把褥子从床板上抄起，再把床单和褥子贴合上，最后把褥子一压，“蓬”，床单带着褥子，落在床板上，发出一声轻响，似乎在庆祝着我们的小成功。我又沿着床边，把垂下来的床单都一一塞到褥子底下，最后双手将褥子压平，并把褶皱的床单向两旁一扽，大功告成！

我们一击掌，和浦脸上露出一丝笑容，我也笑了一下。看到李公仔的床单还在床上散乱的扔着，我对和浦说：“和浦，咱们帮公仔把他的床单也铺了吧。”“好啊。”和浦不假思索的答道。随后，我们又以迅雷不及掩耳之势铺好了公仔的床单。这时，公仔披着浴巾，推门走了进来。目光扫了一眼床上，“呵，这是谁帮我铺的床单啊。”“远在天边，近在眼前。”我和和浦异口同声的道。我们三人相视一笑，公仔感激地说道：“谢谢两位大帅哥！”

窗外，依旧微风习习，不时间传来的一声声虫鸣，似乎在奏着一首首交响曲，为这静谧的夜，又添几分温馨。宿舍楼的某一扇窗户里，高兴的笑声不时传来，那月亮，似乎也露出甜甜的笑脸。“呵呵……”

我的宿舍，温馨的宿舍，我的家，也是我们的家。

Hi, my name’s Harry, H-a-r-r-y, Harry. It’s such a pleasure for me to introduce myself to you.

I’ll soon graduate from Guangzhou University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. As a student, my major is International Economics and Trade, I like it a lot, and I’ve got a pretty good academic performance. My English grade ranks NO.2 in the class of 55 students, and my classmates would always like me to give English speeches in class.

For the professional courses I learnt, some impressed me most, like the ones “Marketing” and “International Business Negotiation”, both teachers gave me high compliments in front of class which then encouraged me a lot and I appreciated it by putting more efforts into studying.

Well, for one thing I’m most proud of, is my English performance. I got 100 full marks once in “The University English 4”, and got As in oral tests. Plus that I’m tall and white, many people may say that I’m a foreigner. Well, I was an English DJ in a broadcast station back to high school, and I also worked as an English translator in the Canton Fair once. So here I would like to say that my English ability is fully competent to the position applied.

Besides having a good academic performance, I was actively involved in student activities. First, I was in charge of Class Athletics member of committee. Then I joined the Debate Team, and meanwhile I also joined the New Oriental English Club in our school. For my outgoing personality, I served as Communication Department director in both departments and dedicated my hard work to both teams. During my tenure, I learnt co-working and enjoyed lots of fun there.

Outside the campus I did some practice jobs. I had a two month internship in Shenzhen Glory Trading Cooperation a month ago. I worked as
