第三条?乙方享有该保密信息的所有权。甲方同意接受乙方向其透露的保密信息，并应当采取足够的措施保护乙方的保密信息不泄露。

第四条?保密信息属于乙方所有。除第六条规定的情形外，未经乙方事先书面授权，甲方不得以泄露、公布、发布、出版、传授、转让或者其他任何方式使任何第三方知悉乙方的保密信息。

第五条?甲方可以向需要知悉保密信息的其工作人员透露保密信息，但应当告知该工作人员此信息的保密性质，并与该工作人员签订一份与本合同内容基本一致的保密合同，要求该工作人员履行保密义务。甲方应当对其工作人员泄露保密信息的行为向乙方承担法律责任。

第六条?甲方因工作上的需要所持有或保管的一切记录着乙方保密信息的文件、资料、图表、笔记、信件、传真、磁带、磁盘以及其他任何形式的载体，均应当归乙方所有，而不论这些保密信息有无商业上的价值。若记录保密信息的载体是甲方自备的，乙方应当给予甲方一定的经济补偿。

第七条?在合同目的终止、撤销、完成或者以其他方式解除后，甲方应根据乙方的要求将保密信息销毁回返还乙方。

第八条?如果甲方根据法律程序或行政要求必须披露保密信息，甲方应当事先通知乙方，并协助乙方采取必要的保护措施，防止或限制保密信息的进一步扩散。

第九条?甲方履行本合同规定的保密义务自收到乙方的文字作品之日起_________年内持续有效，并且不因合同目的的达成而终止。甲乙双方另有约定的除外。

第十条?下列信息不属于保密信息：

第十一条?通知

第十五条?不可抗力

甲方交付作品的内容，应当符合双方的约定或者乙方的编写要求。

2.体例、格式正确、统一;

3.使用标点符号、数字正确;

4.文字清晰;

5.引文准确无误(引用法律、法规、规章或者司法解释以及行业标准的，必须准确有效)。

如果甲方交付的作品不符合上述要求，乙方应当退还甲方予以修改或者补正，修改或者补正期限不得超过一个月;经修改或者补正仍不合格的，乙方有权解除合同。

第八条 作品的交付时间

所谓实质性的修改是指：

1.改变作品的观点或结论;

2.改变作品中的事实或者个别情节;

5.其他实质性改动。

第十条 排版、校对和审读校样

排版和校对由乙方负责。甲方要求审读校样的，乙方应予同意;但甲方应在乙方规定的合理期限内完成审读，而且不得对作品进行影响版面完整性的修改(如大量增减内容、修改版式等);因甲方的不适当修改增加的版面费用，由甲方承担，但因法律、标准、科学方法或事实的变化而必须进行的改动除外。

第十一条 装帧、封面、印数、定价

作品的装帧、封面、印数、定价，双方有约定的，依照约定。没有约定的，由乙方根据本作品的出版计划和出版行业同类作品的通常标准决定。

第十二条 出版时间

甲方拒不实施修订的，乙方有权自行安排修订;实际修订人对于其修订的部分享有著作权，甲方无权干涉。但甲方对于原作品的著作权应受尊重。

第十七条 原稿的处理

作品出版后3个月内，对于手抄稿件，乙方应当将原稿退还甲方;甲方声明不要的，乙方有权自行处理。

第十八条 违约责任

甲方违反本合同第五条约定的保证义务，给乙方带来损失的，应当赔偿乙方的全部损失。甲方非因不可抗力原因，未经乙方允许逾期两个月后(含两个月)才交稿的，应按本合同约定稿酬的30%向乙方支付违约金;甲方拒不履行本合同约定的义务，擅自毁约的，应按本合同约定的稿酬标准向乙方支付违约金。

乙方非因不可抗力原因拒不履行出版义务的，应按本合同约定的稿酬标准向甲方支付违约金;乙方因不可抗力原因不能履行出版义务的，应按本合同约定稿酬的30%向甲方支付补偿金。乙方因过错丢失原稿致其不能履行出版义务的，视为违约，应按本合同约定稿酬的30%向甲方支付赔偿金。

第十九条 纠纷的处理

It’s my great pleasure to be here.first,let me introduce myself. I’m dingqibing,from Zhejiang Shaoxing,as everyone kowns,it’s the hometown of luxun.

My three-year study in the university as a student,I have build up a solid foundation of professional kownledge.I think I like study.For example,teachers may not explain a point of kownledge clearly in class.After class,I’m very happy to study it ,especially its derivation.( 推导过程)

I’m fond of automation,I find it in my third year in the college.After some experiments about programming,I fall in love with it.Maybe it is dull for someone,but I’m patient,when it comes out,it’s so exciting.

In my spare time,I will play basketball,read books or go to somewhere by bike.I do like climbing.In my opinion ,it’s meaningful to climb up one step by one step. So far,I have climbed Zijin Mountain many times.And I like to challage myself.In May,I joined in 5000’s meters running,and I enjoy it.

During three years,I attended association of psychologic.And from last term to now,I’m the senior assistant.Through those ,I get a rich experience of socia activities.

All in all,when I determine to do something,I will try my best.
