1、将货物运送至甲方指定交货地点交付给甲方指定收货人之前，货物运输由乙方负责，相关的运输费用，保险、保管、货物丢失及毁损的风险亦由乙方方承担。

2、货到卸货地点由甲方负责卸货(含吊车、叉车及人工搬运)，乙方应指导协助安全卸货及承担卸货费用。

七、产品验收

1、乙方必须严格按照甲方要求供货，以确保货物的质量。施工过程中甲方如对乙方所供产品品种、型号、规格和质量有异议，乙方应于接到甲方通知后24小时内到甲方施工现场核实，并将不合格的货物及时回收，同时必须按甲方要求在 48 小时内更换合格货物送达至甲方指定的工地，由此产生的一切费用及因产品质量问题给甲方造成的相关损失均由乙方承担。

2、乙方应在送货的同时向甲方提供产品质量保证书、产品合格证、检验报告、送货清单(送货清单应包含产品的生产批号、名称、品牌、数量、型号、规格等内容，并加盖乙方公章)等在内的完整的报验资料原件。

3、甲方指定人员初步验收只是对货物数量、重量、包装等验收，不是质量验收，质量以当地消防部门送检结果为准。

4、因甲方使用、保管、保养不善等造成产品质量下降的，不得提出异议。 5、产品已开箱使用或已安装以及交货时间超过二个月的不允许退货。 6、系统未通过消防验收甲方提前使用的，有关责任由甲方承担。 八、结算办法及付款方式 (一)结算办法：

十二、争议的解决
