其次，上课仔细听讲，弄懂每一个问题，按时完成作业，课前做好预习，课后做好复习。课余时间要"少玩一会儿游戏多看两本儿好书"。扩展知识面，提高阅读以及写作能力。

第三，"好记性不如烂笔头。"记好每一次笔记，认真对待每一次口头作业，只有基础扎实了，才可以积累更多。

(1)我们在背单词的时候要学会"重复和积累"。大多数人的记忆力都差不多，我们每天背单词，都会有一定比例的遗忘。所以，我们每天要尽量多背一些单词，增加积累并及时复习。单词要"随时"背。我们可以把生词做成手抄本，有空就拿出来看看，这样既很好的利用了时间又不觉得枯燥。人的记忆周期是7天，一个单词经过7天的记忆，会掌握得牢固。

(2)语法在小学阶段并不是考试的重点，但语法却影响我们读书的质量，同学们要"多听、多读"。我们没有英语语言环境，只能自己创造，每天抽出一定的时间听和英语有关的东西，听不懂没关系，重在提高"语感"，要养成习惯。此外，"开卷有益"对学习英语同样适用。读英文小故事、小短文，有助于我们掌握句子的结构。虽然我们学习英语没有母语一样的完美环境，但每天要坚持大量的听，大量的读，也是非常有效的方法。看过的文章，要争取在读书、理解的基础上背下来。

分析：面对自己不擅长的领域，任何人都会表现出不自信的一面，英语学习更是如此，具体体现在：考英语四级前，给自己预留出过于充分的准备时间(一年以上)，不断向后拖延考试时间，总想等准备“充分”了再上考场。殊不知，“no

(没有截止日期，永远无法完成!)而且，经历过大学生活的人都有这样的切身体会：进入大学后，很多人的英语水平呈直线下降趋势。一方面，大学中的公共英语课排课比较松散，一周一节大课很正常，可同学们早已习惯了高中填鸭式教学，不会自学，也没有方法，而语言终究是工具，不说不听不读不写，水平只能下降。另一方面，大学英语课程和高中英语课程有着本质区别：高中英语针对高考，大学英语不针对四级。习惯了用考试促进学习的同学很难把课程内容和四级考试联系起来，也很难将课上学习到的语言能力成功地转化为四级需要的应试能力。

对策：趁热打铁，乘胜追击!

方法：保证每天至少学习英语半小时。重温高中语法，进一步夯实基础。背熟高考英语要求的3,500个单词后再背四级词汇，辅以历年四级真题讲解，背诵效果更好。强化听力练习，可以从listen

to this初级入手，再逐步过渡到四级真题。尽早确定考试时间，尽早参加四级考试。

标准款：从六级到考研，一个都不能少

特点：英语一向是个人的强项，而且自己也属于考试型选手;学习英语的兴趣更多地来自英语考试中的好成绩，喜欢并希望用成绩证明自己的实力;立志考研，并且坚定地认为英语将毫无争议地成为考研中的优势项目。

分析：一般来讲，非英语专业的学生通常是先通过四级考试再报考六级，而考研英语更是到了大四方能派上用场，这两项考试总给人以“遥遥无期”的错觉，很多人会因此不自觉地推后考试的准备工作。殊不知，“凡事预则立，不预则废。”针对考试的英语学习更是如此。当你回望大学四年的学习生活，感觉就是“眼睛一睁一闭”的事儿。在所有人都会为此做最充分准备的时候，我们想赢，还要赢得漂亮，只能比别人快，而且比别人早。

对策：知己知彼，百战不殆!

特点：英语是强项，成绩不错;相对于考试，更喜欢生活中鲜活的语言;学习英语的兴趣来自能够与国际友人交流带来的新鲜感和满足感;不那么在乎英语成绩，无六级、考研等硬性的考试需求;希望用“强悍”的英语能力帮助自己找到理想工作。

分析：职场竞争日渐激烈，只有武装好自己，才有机会在未来崭露头角。学历也好，证书也罢，往往是好工作的敲门砖。敲开门后，一个人能走多远，则取决于个人在工作中展示出来的潜力、执行力、领悟力、学习能力等。商务英语不难，但需要花时间积累。职场如战场，与其到战场上再做准备，不如在平日里多下功夫。

对策：职场竞争，能力先行!

方法：保证每天至少学习英语两小时;除听说读写基本的英语学习外，学习重心应放在积累商务词汇及商务表达上，注重听说，保证基本顺畅的交流;找机会参加商务英语(bec)或托业(toeic)考试，在争取好成绩的同时，还可以系统化地学习商务知识;紧紧抓住在校期间的每一次实习机会，具体做什么不是最重要的，怎么做才是我们应该关注的焦点，充分实践，在工作中不断总结提高、积累经验;注重积累商务知识，提升跨文化交际能力。

豪华款：雅思托福gre，志在天下

特点：英语是强项，对英语的热爱引发个人对海外留学的无限向往;英语成绩一直不好也不坏，但却憧憬海外独立自由的学习生活，准备一试身手;英语不是强项，奉父母之命，筹备留学事宜……

分析：有越来越多的人选择在本科期间或本科毕业后留学深造，他们往往家庭背景相似(家业殷实，有经济实力接受海外教育)，但英语实力却相差悬殊(高考英语满分150分的情况下，他们的分数可能从40分到140分不等);目标相似，态度不同。终点一致，速度不同……这种情况之下能够达到的理想状态一定是：有目标，就去做;一步步稳扎稳打，逼近胜利的终点!

对策：天道酬勤!

方法：保证每天至少学习英语四小时。突破词汇难关，雅思7分对应7,000词汇量，新托福(ibt)需8,000词汇量，gre最低要求15,000词汇量，另有sat、lsat、gmat等考试对词汇量均有详细要求，不再赘述。加强听说，国内英语考试有重读写的特点，而在以上几类留学类测试中，听说读写四项往往占有相同比重，如雅思单项满分各9分，新托福单项满分各30分。应用真题练习听写，找同学或语伴练习口语。阅读除了细做官方指南、真题外，可以配合学术期刊、英文报纸的泛读。写作多读多写多改多总结。

2020年英语师范生实习报告

一、课前准备要充分

充分的课前准备是上好课的前提。因此，做好课前准备在教师的日常教学工作中占有很重要的地位。所以本人坚持每堂课上课之前分析教材、确定教学目标、设计教学过程、撰写教案等，在传授新内容时还有必要准备一些教具，方便教学，并且可以吸引注意力，引发学生的学习兴趣。只有自己熟悉了课本，对课堂教学的目标就更为清晰、流程更加了然于心，对课堂教学中必需的教具、学具的运用更加恰当，才能上课不慌不忙、有逻辑顺序的带领学生思考。课前的准备，不仅仅是老师的任务，更是学生的义务，如预习教材、准备练习本、学具等。并且认真做好课前准备，使学生明确学习新课程前，自己应该做什么，怎么做；坚持不懈地做好课前准备，学生就会形成学习“定势”，由被动的进行课前准备转变为主动进行，这也形成一种良好的自主学习习惯。

二、课堂教育有点难

老师的生命就体现在上课的40分钟里，要在这短短的时间里，使师生的合作学习得到有价值的引领，很多人还在摸索探究的过程中，我也当然。我在大学里修的都是英语教育，第一次代小学数学，对我而言，是个极具挑战的活。虽然整个英语思维和数学思维大不相同，但是我还是抱着尝试的态度迎面上了。刚开始的一个月，是我最难熬的日子，我用着我自以为的上课模式上着课，用我最常用的口头表达习惯来向学生解释书上的数学名词，用我愉悦的心情来带动学生学习，然而这带来的第一单元的数学考试竟然有17个学生成绩不及格，有两个同学考试得5分，这无疑带给我一次沉重的打击。看着成绩单，我无比伤心，暗自落泪，是我自己学习得不够，使用了一些不恰当的方法，我在误人子弟，我想放弃了。幸好，身边的老师和父母都鼓励我，然而我心里的那股倔强也让我重新站上了讲台。此后，我每每上新课之前，都会认真吃透教本，上网查阅各种资料、视频来进行学习，也经常向其他老师取经。

就在4月13日这个时候学校也组织了一年一次的“教研节”， 以“传承教研文化，打造精品学科”为主题，旨在以教研节为平台，进一步抓好常规课研究，规范教师教学行为，打造教学品牌，强化教师素质，促进教师专业成长。经过此次比赛，观看优秀教师的讲课，我对教学也有了更深一层的理解，找到了一些课堂教学的基本思路，并把一些情景妙用、课堂过渡、讲解重难点的方法给记录下来，便于以后学习。

经过一番学习，我知道了，课堂教育不仅是老师的舞台，更要让学生秀出真正的自己；在数学的教学过程中，最好以生活实例为主，课本为辅，让学生学以致用；要懂得控制自己的情绪，在该放松的时候放松，在该严谨的时候严谨，不能抑制学生的活泼，但要学会严肃的对待问题；点人回答问题要尽量照顾中、差学生，较难的问题留给成绩较好的同学解决；当上课有人开小差时，只用走到他的桌前敲一敲，这样既提醒了那位同学，也没有中断我的讲课……通过注意了细节问题后，孩子们接受了我的教学方式，有了更好的互动，使之学到了的知识，数学成绩跟之前比较也有了进步，我为此感到非常欣慰。

三、 课后也有忙不完的事

“下课时间到了，老师你们辛苦了！”随着下课铃声，我依依不舍的离开教室。回到办公室继续我的工作，例如做好课后总结、批改学生作业、准备下节课内容等事情。通过批改作业可以知道学生学习的情况，做好记载，便于下节课再补充讲解。 1 2
