三、劳务人员工资发放办法

乙方每月须编制一份有关劳务费用分配细则及工资表（须落实到个人），在每次结帐后付款前交甲方财务人员。

四、乙方须编制每月用料计划提前一个月报甲方有关人员审核后，共同商定供料计划，合理安排周转材料，减少损耗，严格按施工有关部门制定材料损耗表控制。如超过损耗率（______%），则超过部分按材料原价赔偿。

五、双方职责

（一） 甲方职责

1.全面负责现场施工的月、季生产计划和劳动计划的编制，安排协调工作，保证该任务能连续、合理均衡的施工。

2.负责现场施工技术问题的指导和质量监督，及时用书面形式传达作业指导书、安全交底书。

3.负责工程周转材料的及时供应（作业面500米范围内，且应按定额限额发料，辅助材料乙方自理）。

4.负责向乙方提供离开作业面40米内，水平或垂直距离的水电源（随机电箱或水龙头），并保障作业班组施工道路通畅和垂直运输设施要求。

5.必须按施工组织设计和施工方案要求，保障作业班组施工现场安全设施齐全和机械设备安全的要求，并根据作业班组申请向作业人员提供安全文明施工所需的一切设施。

6.应负责及时办理因甲方原因造成乙方损失的赔偿费用手续和因乙方原因造成损失的处罚手续。

一.与他人和睦相处，加强和同事以及他人之间的沟通
