高一下期是学生逐渐认识和适应高中外语学习的关键时期，我们计划在上期的基础上，继续拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力，特别是理解、分析和阅读的能力，让学生尽快适应高中学习。

一、教育教学指导思想

树立新观念,钻研新大纲,探索新教法。

二、教学工作

1、必修课。本期教学课时仍然紧,教材内容多，知识覆盖面大，在上好教本的同时，要特别考虑拓展学上的课外知识，人文知识，加强课外阅读的补充和指导，具体方法如下：

a) 狠抓单元教学,突出单元教学重点。把握好各个环节如：warming up-speaking; reading; explanation of language points, unit exercises，listening. 让学生不仅学习知识，而且得到能力的培养。

b) 增强教改意识。要整体提高学生的思想认识和文化品味。要将“教法指导”转为“学法指导”,重视指导学生思维方法的学习,要引导并鼓励学生的创新意识。相对淡化知识系统,强调运用语言的能力和语感能力的培养,重视积累,感悟和熏陶。新教材中的“口语交际”要让学生充分活动,还要采用多种形式拓展学生的英语实践活动,努力提高学生学习英语的兴趣。

2、课内课外阅读。

a) 教师指导阅读,教师除了课文中阅读材料，还要指导学生的课外阅读，备课时要对其内容,重难点,方式方法等都要作通盘考虑。另外还要注意“教本”和“课外阅读”的相关延伸,即“课外阅读”和“教本”具体课文的相关衔接。同时，教师还要对学生进行阅读策略方面的指导。

b) 学生单元小结 1.积累词语，对课文涉及的重要词语，要抄写、查字典解释重点记忆。2. 阅读报刊文章写点评；3.每单元写一百字左右与课文内容相关的作文。

c) 课堂交流,课堂内除了individual activity, pair work, group work, discussion, debate这些活动，还有课外的 team work ，duty report，这些材料都以书面形式和口头形式呈现，最后由教师收集作资料保存。

d) 英语学习小组活动,每个小组每学期都有机会在课堂展示对一篇文章或一个专题的理解，质疑,评析,欣赏.这是学生自主学习和“研究性阅读”的尝试。

3、写作

a) 根据教材的编写体例,把教本上的"写作"内容与学生练笔结合。

b) 本期拟作作文每单元1次。

c) 作文批改要讲实效,要调动学生参与,可先由学生自评或互评,再由老师点评,对其得失进行分析总结,并提倡学生写后记或重作,以期不断提高写作能力。

d) 对优秀的作文可进行交流。

4、充分利用电脑,投影仪,磁带,录像,影碟机等电教手段,适当的时候使用多媒体教室,使英语课堂更加形象,生动活泼。搞好我校的网校工作,制作各单元的电子文本。

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995 I entered the Nanjing University of Science &Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999 I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.

At the period of my graduate study my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth

In retrospect I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. 五、双方义务与责任

1.甲方的义务与责任：

1.1 甲方应提供与评价项目相关的下列资料，并对所提供资料的可靠性和准确性负责：

1.1.1 建设项目总平面布置图、车间平面布置图。

1.1.2建设项目工艺流程简介和工艺流程图。

1.1.3原料辅料使用情况(组成、用量等)，生产工艺流程中存在化学物料名称和接触情况。

1.1.4建设项目设备情况。

1.1.5 建设项目职业卫生防护设施：如通风除尘排毒系统设计性能、车间通风换气(全面通风换气量、空气调节及洁净区参数)、事故应急求援设施(紧急救援站的面积、冲洗装置等)、污水处理系统等。

1.1.6 职业卫生管理措施：生产制度、劳动定员、安全操作规程、应急救援预案、作业工人的个人防护、年度职业病防治计划、培训制度、健康监护制度、有害因素监测制度等。

1.1.7 卫生辅助设施：工作场所办公室、更衣室、盥洗室(盥洗水龙头个数)、浴室(淋浴器的个数)、宿舍、食堂的设置情况。

1.1.8其他资料：该项目职业卫生监测档案，职工健康监护档案等。

1.2 根据本合同规定向乙方支付评价费用。

1.3 为乙方到现场工作的人员提供相应的必要的个人防护装备。

2.乙方的义务与责任：

2.2 乙方对评价报告文件质量负责。

2.3 乙方对甲方提供的技术资料负责保密，未经甲方许可不得向第三方泄漏。

六、评价费用和支付方式

2016年10月英语专业大学生实习报告

今年1-3月份，我正式走进东莞市博森塑胶地面材料有限公司，开始了自己人生中的第一份实习工作。实习期间，我的工作职位是英语外贸业务员，工作的主要任务是进行海外客户的开发与维护。

实习期的工作内容，前期主要包括浏览本公司的网站，掌握和熟悉本公司产品的主要特性与应用。同时参考国内外同行业各相关公司的网站，对本行业与产品有一个更深刻、更全面的了解。中期的工作内容是集中进行海外客户的搜索与整理，挖掘一切相关的潜在客户的资料信息。并针对不同客户的需求与产品的不同功能，撰写多封客户开发信，然后进行分类与修改。后期便是利用公司分发的邮箱子帐号，耐心给客户一一发送开发邮件。如果客户对产品有兴趣，要及时跟客户进行沟通与交流，尽可能促成客户下订单。

通过实习，我对国内外橡胶地面材料行业的基本状况和发展前景有了大致的了解，对外贸的实际操作流程和外贸业务员应具备的基本素质和能力有了一定的掌握。也准备努力学习更多相关的理论知识，提高自己的专业水平，为正式工作做好更充分的准备。

根据《中华人民共和国民法典》、《中华人民共和国广告法》和有关法律规定，甲乙双方本着平等互利的原则，经充分的友好协商，就甲方委托乙方承担其项目的广告推广事宜，一致达成如下协议，并承诺共同遵守。

一、服务内容和范围

甲方委托乙方承担______设计工作，具体服务内容以平面设计服务为限。

二、合同期限

本合同有效期为(______个月)，自______年______月______日至______年______月______日止。

合同结束之界定以完成______工作为准，但总体工作认定时间不得超过合同期限，若有相应延迟，以双方口头商定时间为准。

三、服务费用及支付方式

(一)服务费用

为确保项所服务之品牌形象的完整性和系统性，同时保证双方利益，合同采用分阶段计费方式。

(二)支付方式

四、甲方的权利和义务

1、甲方有权及时对乙方所提交的广告方案、设计稿和其他书面工作文件提出口头或书面修改意见和建议，乙方据此进行修改、调整。

2、甲方应积极配合乙方工作，按双方约定的项目进度计划及时提供乙方服务所需的各种图片、文字原形资料和相关信息，并对以上资料的合法性、真实性负责，如因使用甲方提供的资料而引起乙方的任何法律纠纷和违规行为，一切责任均由甲方承担，乙方不承担由此产生的直接责任或者间接责任。

3、甲方应出具授权委托书确定甲方的对口衔接人，全权代表甲方对委托项目的总体设计风格及功能要求进行控制负责，并有对所有稿件签字确认的权利和义务。

4、甲方对委托项目各阶段整体设计方案、创意稿等有权提出书面或口头修改意见和建议，并对乙方修改后最终认可的设计方案予以书面确认。

5、甲方在各阶段整体设计方案确定后，有权提出局部修改完善意见，但每次提出的修改意见不应超出上次提出的原则性修改意见。

乙方的工作成果经甲方签字认可即为合格。

6、为配合乙方工作，经双方协商一致后，以清单形式列出阶段工作及时间要求，双方签字确定。

7、甲方有权每季度对乙方进行考评，如考评不合格则甲方有权对乙方提出明确的整改意见。

8、下季度如果考评再不合格，则甲方有权终止合同。

五、乙方的权利和义务。

1、乙方承担甲方广告推广服务，应尽职尽责为甲方服务，乙方根据甲方提出的总体设计风格及功能要求，按照本合同约定为甲方提供设计方案和完成甲方委托的各项事务。

2、乙方由于使用甲方指定文图资料而侵犯他人肖像权、知识产权等权利的，甲方承担全部责任。

3、乙方需安排专门人员组成项目工作组，人员如有调整，乙方须提前三天书面通知甲方。

4、乙方在履行本合同时可以使用甲方的名称、商标、域名、企业标识等，但使用时不能损害甲方的利益。

5、乙方对甲方提出的修正意见，应在甲方发布实施、制作执行等允许的时间内进行修改、调整，直至甲方签字认可方可定稿。

6、乙方承担广告推广服务的各项内容以及文案等应以电子文件或打印稿形式向甲方交付设计稿。

乙方在最终设计方案确认后，应严格按照设计方案进行推广执行工作。

7、由乙方单方面原因所产生的额外费用，由乙方负责。

8、甲方应尊重乙方的专业经验和知识，并应考虑乙方工作周期等因素，在乙方提交有关文件后，应及时、完整的以书面形式提出明确的意见，以便乙方有足够时间保质保量完成各项业务。

六、知识产权的约定

1、甲方承诺对于未支付费用的乙方的创意、设计作品，在未征得乙方书面同意的前提下，不得在任何环境或条件中使用，亦不得以任何方式直接或者改动、模仿使用，否则乙方有权向甲方追究违约责任或者侵权责任。

2、甲方依照本合同约定的服务费用和付款方式支付全部服务费用后，即拥有本合同约定的创意/设计作品的所有权和专有使用权。

因本合同需要变更或者解除的，双方另行协商。

3、所有经甲方签字确认的提供给乙方供设计使用的图片、文字应不存在任何权利缺陷、法律纠纷，若乙方因采用甲方所提供的图片、文字而产生的法律纠纷及其造成的乙方损失由甲方负责。

4、所有由乙方签字确认的提供给甲方使用的图片、设计应不存在任何权利缺陷、法律纠纷，若因甲方采用此图片、设计而产生的法律纠纷及其造成的甲方全部损失由乙方负责。

5、乙方协助甲方从第三方购得的设计素材，包括涉及他人著作权、肖像权的图文资料等，甲方对其使用范围将按照甲方实际支付购买的版权使用空间和时间加以限定。

6、乙方保证不侵犯任何第三方的知识产权(含著作权)，否则自行解决由此产生的一切纠纷并承担全部责任，同时赔偿甲方因此受到的所有损失(包括但不限于律师费、诉讼费、差旅费等)。

7、乙方因自身宣传之需而需采用甲方资料和图片图纸等须先征得甲方的认可,不得将为甲方提供的等设计方案和文件用于任何第三方。

8、乙方在不影响广告效果的情况下有权在设计作品和载有该作品的媒体广告、印刷品上署名。

七、保密约定

1、甲乙双方应保守因履行合同而知悉的商业秘密，乙方对于为履行本合同所知悉的甲方的一切业务信息和资料以及乙方完成的工作成果等相关信息，乙方应严守机密。

2、未经甲方书面同意，乙方不得向与履行本合同无关的任何第三方披露此类信息资料。

3、乙方对甲方提供的素材和合作期间获悉的甲方商业秘密(包括但不仅限于中德置业及中德英伦联邦项目的所有策划、创意、营销策略和销售状况等)负有保密义务，并不得将甲方提供的素材和商业秘密提供或泄露给其它第三方，亦不得将其用于本合同项目服务以外的其它目的，否则，乙方须按照合同总金额的______%向甲方支付违约金，同时，乙方还应当赔偿甲方因此造成的全部损失。

此外，甲方有权单方面解除本协议并不再支付后续款项。

八、违约责任

1、在规定付款时间里没有付款，属甲方违约。

若甲方逾期未付款，乙方提交工作成果时间亦相应顺延，同时，每逾期一日，甲方应当支付乙方总金额______%的违约金，逾期累计达______日的，乙方有权解除本协议，甲方应当支付乙方合同总金额______%的违约金。

如经甲乙双方协商一致延迟工作进度，则付款时间相应顺延。

2、乙方无合理原因/或非不可抗力，在规定时间里推迟交付稿件，属乙方责任。

3、未能事前采取(或通知甲方采取)合法手段取得第三方版权、肖像权或其他知识产权，而导致向甲方提供的作品侵犯第三方合法权益的，属乙方违约。

4、甲、乙双方未经对方书面同意而向任何第三方透露本合同内容及相关资料，属透露方违约。

5、如双方任何一方严重违约，另一方有权变更或终止合同。

一方因另一方严重违约需要变更或终止合同的，一方必须提前一个月书面通知另一方，并就变更或终止合作事项达成书面协议。

在就终止合作事项达成书面协议前,双方的一切权利义务仍然依本合同,包括但不限于完成甲方已授权进行的服务等等。

6、若乙方提供的稿件不能达到甲方要求(甲方应提出明确的书面要求，否则视为满足甲方要求)。

若由于乙方提供设计方案经过多次修改后仍达不到甲方要求，致使甲方工作进度延误。

甲方有权终止合同。

7、双方因“不可抗力”而未能履行本合同的全部或部分时，将根据不可抗力的影响，免除双方全部或部分责任(“不可抗力”是指我国法律所明确规定的各类情形)。

8、除合同已经有约定的以外，无论任何一方违约均应依照《中华人民共和国民法典》向对方赔偿损失并承担相应的违约责任。

9.由于乙方工作原因出现失误导致甲方遭受实际经济损失的，乙方应承担全额赔偿责任。

如乙方在工作过程中出现重大失误，且乙方未在______个工作日内采取令甲方满意的弥补措施的，甲方有权解除本合同，乙方应按照合同总金额的______%向甲方支付违约金并赔偿甲方的实际损失。

九、人才保护制度

为保障乙方的正常发展，甲方在本协议签订之日起至本协议有效期结束后的______个月之内，不得雇用乙方的工作人员。

同时，甲方也不得安排第三方人员在乙方工作环境内工作。

十、争议解决

因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，双方协商或者调解解决。

协商调解不成的，由合同签订地法院管辖。

十一、其他

1、根据项目进程和广告服务内容制订工作计划，双方协商定期召开工作协调会，乙方每月向甲方提交本月工作清单，甲方应按实审核并签字确认,月工作清单作为本合同的附件，与本合同具有同等法律效力。

甲方不得无故不对乙方提交之本月工作清单签字确认。

无故拒绝签字的，视为其认可该工作清单。

2、经甲方签字确认后的稿件，制作为成品之后如果发现错误，由甲方承担损失;如乙方没有按照甲方书面意见进行修改，由乙方承担损失。

因没有履行法定广告审批手续或者广告内容不实造成发布广告违规的由甲方承担责任。

3、在履行本合同过程中，双方认可的报价、工作计划、工作任务书(单)、协议均为本合同的有效组成部分，与本合同具有同等效力。

4、由于甲方特殊需要而发生的差旅费用，由甲方实报实销;

5、本合同经甲、乙双方协商一致，可以变更或解除。
