讲课时时间的安排要紧凑，发现自己讲课时说话太慢，讲的内容少而杂乱，没有形成程序。以后还是要注重锻炼自己的速度，思维要敏捷，做事情要干练。

二、班主任工作

带我的班主任工作的指导老师也是我的曾经初中时候的班主任，一向欣赏她工作作风的我有幸跟着她学习。做实习班主任期间，曾老师教会我如何培养班干部的能力以及如何凝聚班集体。我自己也常常观察学生，了解他们的变化并在需要时给予辅导 。

考试、中考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰恰是本末倒置。考试，重知识，轻技能;重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。

为了落实________________项目工程起重机械施工的安全责任，确保工程其中机械施工安全，甲乙双方达成一下协议并共同遵守。

一、安全生产目标

伤亡控制指标：死亡事故为零，重伤事故为零，轻伤事故控制在1.2%以下，火灾事故为零，。

1. 安全文明施工管理目标：无安全事故

2. 甲乙双方必须认真贯彻执行国家及建设部办法的有关安全生产法律法规、规范、标准、规程及省建设厅、市建委、市施工安全监督站颁发的有关安全生产、文明施工、消防安全、治安综合治理的有关文件规定和要求，严格遵守安全生产管理制度，落实安全文明施工管理目标。

二、甲方责任

1. 审核乙方的从业资格和安全生产资格，是否符合本工程建筑机械施工的要求

2. 将现场的安全管理制度、安全管理目标、安全生产概况和要点向乙方进行交底，对乙方施工全程进行监督。

3. 甲方和乙方安全负责人，应统一协调工程起重机械施工现场的安全管理工作。

4. 提供本工程目前安全生产的动态，提供相关的安全宣传资料，指导乙方有效地开展安全生产工作。

5. 指导乙方对员工进行安全教育和协助乙方的安全管理，提高乙方施工人员的安全意识和技能。

6. 指导、协助乙方按上级主管部门有关规定，做好安全管理资料的收集和整理工作。

7. 对乙方施工过程中存在的安全隐患，应及时指出并责令整改，整改合格后才能进行施工，如乙方拒不整改，甲方必须采取强硬措施杜绝安全事故的发生。

8. 如发生重大上伤亡事故，必须派人指导，协助乙方做好事故的善后处理工作和救援工作。

9. 根据《建筑工程安全生产措施费管理方法》，控制好本工程安全生产设施费，按进度分阶段验收乙方的安全措施，经安监机构同意、监理通知，收到业主付款和甲方审核安全生产措施费落实情况后，支付乙方安全措施费，支付比例按《建筑工程安全生产措施费管理方法》执行。

三、乙方责任

1. 遵守国家、省、市、建筑公司所颁发的各项安全法规、行业标准和甲方的安全管理制度(程序、应急预案)，建立和健全与现场安全管理相适应的安全管理制度和安全生产责任制及操作规程。

2. 应按有关规定保证安全生产措施费专款专用，遵守有关工伤保险的缴费规定，为所有施工人员办理工伤保险，降低生产安全风险。

3. 严格按照劳动保护法，定期发放工资。

4. 进入施工现场后，服从甲方的管理，落实施工人员的安全生产责任，指定安全生产责任人，成立安全生产架构，配备专职或兼职安全管理人员，开工前把指定的安全生产责任人和安全管理人员名单报甲方项目部。落实安全管理职责，指定安全管理措施，不违章指挥，不违章作业，积极开展安全生产教育培训工作，不断提高员工的安全意识和安全生产技能，保证员工持证上岗，减低安全事故的发生几率。

5. 开工前将指定的各项安全生产制度、方案、措施报甲方和监理按相关程序审批，审批后严格按制定的安全生产制度、方案、措施施工。

6. 进场前将施工中需使用的设备、设施书面报甲方项目管理部，同时遵守设备设施的安全施工规定。

7. 施工中需要搭设、安装安全设施、临时用电、使用设备、施工方案的编制、材料的检验、装拆资质、施工人员的从业资格、完工后的检验、检测等，必须符合国家、行业标准和安全管理要求。

8. 对施工中可能出现的危险或危害，应及时采取防范措施，同时向项目部报告，由项目部通知其他施工单位，共同防范。

9. 必须遵守《建筑施工安全检查标准》和当地建设工程质量安全监督站的管理规定，填写好安全运行记录，定期上交给甲方。

10. 做好现场防火工作，必须贯彻“预防为主，防消结合”的方针，立足于自防自教，自觉遵守《施工现场防火规定》。

11. 发生安全事故时，必须严格遵守中华人民共和国国务院第493号令《安全生产事故调查报告和处理条例》的规定编写事故报告和调查处理。

四、其他约定

1. 乙方在施工时间，必须接受甲方的安全检查，没有达到甲方的安全生产管理要求，每次罚款300元，安全生产责任人不参加检查的每次罚款300元。

2. 乙方不及时编写方案、安全运行记录，每次扣款300元。

3. 乙方必须建立安全生产措施费台帐，填写好安全生产措施费报表，安全生产措施费必须专款专用，甲方对安全生产措施费的使用进行监督，没有建立安全生产措施费台帐或将安全生产措施费挪作他用的，从重处罚。

4. 乙方被国家质量安全管理机构通报，提出停工整顿，造成甲方停工扣分时，在工程款中扣除所有的安全生产措施费。

5. 甲方项目安全员有对乙方安全生产进行监督的权利，对安全措施得不到落实，安全隐患较多，安全隐患得不到及时排除的情况，有进行限期整改和罚款的权利。

6. 乙方必须服从甲方《安全生产奖罚条例》的规定

7. 甲方统一购买安全生产管理资料，施工质量管理资料，安全设备材料，安全管理教育培训资料等发放给乙方(成本费由乙方支付)。

8. 乙方未按施工所在地区建设主管部门要求办理平安卡的，每人罚款50元。

9. 甲方发现乙方的安全员、电工、焊工、装拆工未持证上岗，每人罚款50元。

10. 乙方的施工人员必须参加岗前安全知识考核，未参加人员每人罚款50元。

11. 乙方施工人员进入施工现场必须按规定戴好安全帽，管理人员戴白色安全帽，专兼职安全员戴红色安全帽，生产工人戴黄色安全帽，高空作业必须系好安全带。

第七条 运输和吊装费用及结算方式：

托运人按与承运人商定的价格及方式与承运人结算运输费用。

承运人应自行承担过路、过桥费、车辆罚款、保险费等。

第八条 甲乙双方的权利义务

一、托运方的权利义务

1.托运方的权利：要求承运方按照合同规定的时间、地点，把货物运输到目的地。货物托运后，托运方需要变更到货地点或收货人，或者取消托运时，有权向承运方提出变更合同的内容或解除合同的要求。但必须在货物未运到目的地之前通知承运方，并应按有关规定付给承运方所需费用。

2.托运方的义务：按约定向承运方交付运费。

二、承运方的权利义务

1.承运方的权利：查不到收货人或收货人拒绝提取货物，承运方应及时与托运方联系。

2.承运方的义务：在合同规定的期限内，将货物运到指定的地点，按时向收货人发出货物到达的通知。对托运的货物要负责安全，保证货物无短缺、无损坏、无人为的变质，如有上述问题，应承担赔偿义务。

3.承运人应保证运输司机能及时联系。

4.未经托运人许可，承运人不得将货物委托他人转运。

第九条 违约责任

1.不按合同规定的时间和要求配车发运的，承运方应偿付托运方违约金_________元。

2.承运方如将货物错运到货地点或接货人，应无偿运至合同规定的到货地点或接货人。如果货物逾期达到，承运方应偿付逾期交货的违约金。

3.运输过程中货物灭失、短少、变质、污染、损坏等任何原因所导致的后果，承运方应按实际损失(包括包装费、运杂费)赔偿托运方。

4.在符合法律和合同规定条件下的运输，由于下列原因造成货物灭失、短少、变质、污染、损坏的，承运方不承担违约责任：

(1)不可抗力;

(2)货物本身的自然属性;

(3)货物的合理损耗;

(4)托运方或收货方本身的过错。

第十条 争议解决

双方在履行合同过程中如有争议，应本着诚实应用原则友好协商。如协商不成，可向托运人所在地人民法院起诉。

第十一条 合同期限
