(一)学生情况分析

1.学习水平不均

有的学生对小学英语比较重视，学得很好，基本上可以很快进入初一的英语学习，但有的学生或学校不重视，学得很不好，特别是在农村学校，还有几个甚至完全没有学过。因此，整个班级的英语水平很不平衡，给日常教学带来诸多的不便，提高了难度。

2.学习习惯不好

学生刚刚从小学进入初中，处于一个衔接的阶段，学习任务加重，学习的习惯可能不是很好，没有形成一定的适合自己的方法，或者以前的学习方法不再适合初中繁复的学习，所以学习方法都还有待改善。

三.教学模式：

采用学生主体，教师主导，任务中心，活动载体的任务型语言教学的套路。

四.教学管理措施：初一年级是英语学习的基础阶段，也是最为关键时期。基础打不好，直接影响学生整个初中阶段，乃至高中、大学，以后的英语学习。所以做好初一英语的教学工作至关重要。对此我制定了以下措施：

(一)注重发音教学，加强语音教学的趣味性。利用直观教具和教学辅助媒体，激发爱好，增加容量，整体优化课堂教学。

(二)以旧引新，重视中小学英语知识之间联系

(三)在导入新课中教学词汇。为了巩固，每日进行单词竞赛，值日报告，学唱英文歌曲等。

(四)重视后进生的培养。多与差生沟通，帮助他们克服自卑，增强信心，利用课余时间辅导其学习。

(五)教学上和生活中注意因材施教，做到“一视同仁”关心差生，对其循循善诱，耐心教育。

(六)团结协作，共同进步。教师之间互相学习，勤学好问，做好初一年级的教学工作。

(七)课堂纪律：像学生在课堂上讲话，睡觉等，我会采取作为朋友的方式的提醒，在必要时会给予适当的批评。

(八)作业处理：会根据学生自身的情况，给于适当的惩奖，对于做的好的学生会当全班面给予口头表扬;给于做的不好的学生，前三次会当全班面进行侧面的提醒，不直接进行点名;对于不做的学生，会单独问他没有做作业是不是有其他原因，一切以朋友的角度进行处理。

(九)考试：整个学期一共要做4到5个测试，是以几个单元为单元，在每次考试后，都会进行分析，当然是要根据学生的考试情况做分析，比如，很多同学错的是那些知识点，从学生实际掌握的角度出发，进行分析，讲解。

(十)沟通：要每个月的与家长和学生进行沟通，也要让家长和学生之间进行定时的沟通。与家长之间可以采用电话沟通，家访，以及家长到学校。于学生之间可以采用单独谈话，在作业批改的后面写上一些话。

二、参营内容及安排

乙方须如实、完整地填写报名信息，向甲方履行告知义务，并保证学员身体健康，无隐患疾病(如心脏病、高血压、传染病等)，同时还应承诺：保证乙方学员的身体状况能够适应甲方主办的夏令营活动，如在活动期间乙方因自身疾病而引起的医疗、抢救和住院等费用，全部由乙方自行承担。

乙方必须遵守团队行程活动计划，全部行程必须随营集体活动，未经允许，不得擅自离营单独活动。如出现违反上述规则或甲方规定现象，责任自负。甲方将不承担或退还任何费用。

乙方如违反国家相关法律法规以及社会治安管理条例或不遵守夏令营纪律和相关规定，乙方应自行承担因此而产生的一切责任，同时甲方有权对其进行劝导，情节严重的可令其提前离营并不退还任何费用，所产生的一切后果和费用乙方自负。

在夏令营活动期间，如果因乙方学员个人原因而对他人造成伤害或对他人及公共财产造成破坏、损毁，乙方应自行承担因此产生的一切责任。

乙方不允许带贵重物品、大量现金参营，违反本协议强行带入夏令营者，发生丢失或损毁事故，甲方不负任何责任;乙方应注意妥善保管自己的证件及行李物品，如发生随身携带行李物品遗失、被盗等情况，应在第一时间报告甲方辅导员老师，并保护好现场，等待有关人员处理。如果有涉及保险相关的问题，乙方应保留所有相应的单据和证明文件，以便进行保险理赔工作。

甲方拍摄的参加训练营员在训练中的相片、DV等资料，甲方可无偿用于宣传、招生等用途。

夏令营期间，原则上不允许乙方提前离营，若因特殊原因需提前离营者，须由乙方监护人提交书面申请，签字确认后将其传真到z，待甲方确认批准后方可独自离营，乙方若在独自离营后遇到任何安全问题和意外均与甲方无关，甲方对此不承担任何责任。

1、退费说明：乙方报名缴费后，凡因乙方自身原因不能参加夏令营，其夏令营报名费按以下原则进行申请退还。

4、甲乙双方共同组织定期和不定期对水上施工的作业环境、操作设施、设备、用具等认真检查，发现隐患，应立即停止施工，并由有关人员落实整改，合格后方可继续施工。

5、发生事故时，应立即采取措施保护现场，抢救伤员，防止事故扩大。

二、乙方安全责任

1、乙方船舶除持有真实有效的船舶国籍证书及船舶登记证书外，还应符合海事主管机关的其他要求。

2、施工船舶应按《中华人民共和国船舶最低安全配员规则》配备足以保证船舶安全的适任船员。

3、乙方必须按规定配备足够的救生筏、救生圈、救生衣等安全设备，和必要的消防器材。在临水作业或在甲板上行走时，必须穿戴好救生衣。

4、乙方必须在施工过程中严格执行安全操作规程，对被租用船舶设备、人员的安全负责，一旦发生安全事故，由乙方承担一切责任。

5、乙方人员对所在的施工区域、作业环境、操作设备设施、工具用具等必须认真检查。一经作业，就表示乙方确认施工场所、作业环境、设备设施、工具用具等符合安全要求和处于安全状态。作业过程中由于上述因素而导致的事故后果由乙方自负。

6、乙方对船舶载重必须每次检查，不能超载、每次载重必须按有关安全规定执行。

7、租用期间，船舶及船员的自身安全由乙方自己负责。在作业过程中，因乙方原因发生的事故由乙方自行上报、调查、处理、赔偿、结案，并上报乙方上级主管部门，甲方不承担任何责任。

8、乙方必须严格按照国家有关法律法规相关规定及甲方要求制定合理的环境保护措施并有效地执行。

9、参加甲方召集的安全教育培训、安全生产活动。提出改进安全管理、消除事故隐患的建议。

10、严格按照海事管理部门审核同意的航路航行，严格在海事部门指定的位置穿越航道，严格遵守甲方制定的穿越航道管理规定。

11、所有船舶严禁在禁锚区锚泊，严禁在禁航区航行。

12、严格遵守海事部门及甲方制定的船舶避让管理规定，进行主动避让。

13、制定并落实防风、防台、防雾等各项安全措施，严格按照海事部门的要求，采取相关措施，以策安全。

14、认真收听每天气象预报，做好船舶避风工作。当风力达到抗风等级以上，要安排船舶撤离施工现场，到指定的避风水域避风，并落实人员值班，落实防御措施。

15、在冬季施工作业中，要落实好船舶防冻、防滑、防火和用电的安全措施，保障人员和作业的.安全。

16、乙方必须严格执行甲方制定的水上施工安全管理方案、管理制度、规定措施，严格服从甲方安全管理。

17、乙方海上作业必须保证船舶航行安全，如甲方有违反安全之处，乙方有权拒绝航行作业。

18、保险

乙方租用的船舶必须参加保险和第三者责任险并提供保险单复印件。

乙方租用的船舶所属船员必须有人身保险并提供保险单复印件。

三、甲方安全责任

1、甲方对施工现场安全管理负责。组织指挥现场安全生产，向乙方公布企业、本施工现场的安全生产规章制度，对乙方安全生产实施监督管理。

2、在安排乙方工作时针对其施工内容、工艺要求，提出施工方法，以书面形式向甲方施工负责人进行安全技术交底，交底由甲、乙双方签字备案。

3、对乙方安全行为进行日常监督检查，纠正违章指挥和违章作业。发现严重的违章违纪和事故隐患，应立即责令停工，监督整改并按双方商定的管理办法进行处理。严重者终止合同，清退出场，所造成的一切经济损失由甲方承担。

4、一旦发生伤亡事故按规定立即报告有关部门。

四、本责任书经签字后立即生效，直至本船退场后失效。

本安全协议一式贰分，甲、乙双方各执壹份，未经签订船舶不得进入施工现场作业。
