为贯彻和执行《安全生产法》，明确双方在甲方所属港区内进行生产经营活动的安全保卫管理职责和应当采取的安全保卫措施，确保码头生产有序、安全、高效地进行。甲乙双方经友好协商，特签订本协议。

第一条管理职责及措施

一、甲方职责：

1. 甲方提供的生产设施、现场办公场所和工属具等应具备符合《安全生产法》和国家标准或行业标准，保证乙方的安全生产条件。

2. 建立、健全安全生产和社会治安综合治理责任制。

3. 制定甲方与本协议相关的安全管理规章制度：

(1)安全生产管理条例;

(2)治安管理规定;

(3)人员车辆进出港管理制度;

(4)车辆进出闸口通告;

(5)道路交通事故预案;

(6)厦门集装箱码头集团《集装箱拖车、驾驶员进港管理办法》;

(7)其他相关安全保卫补充规定。

4. 甲方安保部负责对港区的安全保卫综合治理工作统一协调管理，负责组织现场的工作监督、检查和违章违纪考核。

二、乙方职责：

1. 乙方必须遵守《福建省安全生产条例》和国家有关安全生产法律法规。

2. 乙方必须设置安全管理组织机构，配备专职安全管理人员，对装卸、运输作业的流程实施安全管理和督查，并建立相关的安全管理制度和应急救援程序。

3. 加强对从业人员进行安全生产教育和培训，组织所属人员认真学习甲方港区安全、治安管理的规章制度，保证安全生产、依法办事。

4. 为从业人员提供符合国家标准或者行业标准的劳动防护用品，并监督、教育从业人员按照使用规则佩戴使用，如安全帽、工作制服(带反光条)、雨衣、劳保鞋等，保证务工人员的安全与健康。

5. 集装箱拖车驾驶员应取得国家合法有效的驾驶执照，参加甲方组织的安全教育培训取得进港作业资格后方可进入甲方港区参与生产经营活动。

6. 乙方对甲方安保部的评价记录、事故处理意见应予高度重视，积极整改和处理相关人员并作出相应的反馈。

7.乙方在组织生产作业过程中，必须遵守甲方的各项安全要求，严禁违章作业。

第二条违章责任及事故处理

一、安全事故、治安案例处理：

1. 甲乙双方明确甲方安保部为事故处理的业务主管部门。

2. 任何人尤其是事故当事人不得对事故隐瞒不报、谎报或拖延不报。

3. 事故调查处理应按照实事求是，依照法律、法规办理的原则。对于安全事故、治安案件，甲乙双方应及时召开必要的事故、案件分析会，查清事故原因、查明事故性质和责任，总结事故教训，提出整改措施，并对事故责任者提出处理意见。事故的处理乙方应尊重甲方的意见。

二、责任划分：

由于对管理规定落实不力造成的一切后果，如货物丢失案件应查明原因、分清责任后，由甲、乙双方承担相应的经济、法律责任。其他违章违约处罚标准参照甲方相关管理制度，执行对拖车单位车辆、驾驶员进行纠正、处理、追究事故责任同时进行违章积分处理(标准见附表一)。

1. 拖车一次有两种以上违章行为，应当分别计算，累加罚款及分值。

2. 拖车司机因违章违规行为造成事故的，除按照违章行为记分外，还应按照下列规定追加记分：造成轻微事故的，追加1分;造成一般事故的，追加3分;造成重大事故的，追加6分。事故等级按码头事故处理办法划分。

3. 积分周期为一年，拖车每年12分，所属车队每年6分，分值达到相应档次的按相关规定处理。一个积分周期期满后，该周期积分分值给予消除，不带入下个积分周期。

4. 拖车司机违章积分，依车队车辆总数不同分档追加所属车队记分。具体为：以15部车辆为基数，车队车辆数在15部以内(含15部)，司机违章积分每3分追加所属车队记分1分;16部—30部，司机违章积分每6分追加所属车队记分1分;依此类推。

5. 拖车积分管理：

(1)拖车积分扣罚一次性6分的违章，码头开出书面警告通知拖车单位，同时禁止该拖车进入码头14天。拖车积分累计扣罚达到6分，码头开出书面警告，同时禁止该拖车进入码头7天。

(2)拖车积分扣罚累计达到9分后，码头开出书面警告通知拖车单位，同时禁止该拖车进入码头1个月。

(3)拖车积分扣罚累计达到12分后，码头开出书面警告通知拖车单位，立即吊销该司机《拖车进港证》，同时该拖车禁止进入码头3个月。

6. 拖车单位积分管理：

(1)拖车单位所属拖车数量15部(含15部)以内的拖车，累加扣罚3分将扣罚车队分1分，拖车数量15部以上的，累加扣罚6分将扣罚车队分1分。

(2)拖车单位累计扣分超过3分，码头开出书面警告通知拖车单位，并要求限期整改。

(3)码头向拖车单位开出书面警告之日后3个月内，如拖车单位继续存在扣罚车队分的情况，将对该车队下属所有拖车进行禁止进入港区作业1周的处罚。

(4)拖车单位在年度内扣罚分数累计达到6分，拖车单位下属所有拖车在收到安保部通知后即时暂停进入港区作业，甲方将根据实际情况及整改结果，决定禁止该车队全部或部分车辆进入港区作业1周到1个月的处罚。

7.事故若造成码头财产损失，所属车队将承担由此造成的一切损失、违章违规违约处理金额不计入赔偿金内。

8. 每一起违章违规违约行为，甲方安全管理人员会开出“违章处罚通知单”，当事人签名后，第一联由甲方安保部存档，第二联交给责任当事人，第三联由甲方财务部存档。

9. 对于拒不执行甲方违章处罚或者屡犯者，甲方会根据实际情况采取加重处罚措施，以确保甲方生产顺利进行。

第三条附则：

一、安全规章制度和操作规程采用甲方最新的版本规定。但经甲方或甲乙双方认定的“补充规定”或“会议纪要”未纳入最新版本时，可优先执行。“安全生产规章制度和操作规程”是双方安全生产和责任划分的重要依据。甲方应无偿提供相关文件，以便指导工作，但乙方应保护甲方文件的保密性。

二、双方对在改善安全生产条件，防止生产安全事故、参加抢险救护等方面取得显著成绩的单位和个人其奖励办法参照甲方相关制度奖惩办法执行。

第四条本协议一式二份，甲、乙双方各执一份。自双方签约之日起生效。

初为人师，总是有些紧张。我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时，尽管我做了很多预备，但当我真正面对那么多双眼睛时，我还是紧张了。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教Unit3的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令课堂生动，活跃，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。讲到“quarter”时，又把半圆剪成一半，那么剩下diyifanwen.com来的就是圆的四分之一，也就是“quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习“what’s the time? 一个老师告诉我：备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实;教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。

以上就是我的工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足。

总之，我觉得教育是一个互动的过程，不单老师要认真投入教学，还需要学生的积极配合，才能达到做老师的目的—把知识真正传给学生。这种过程是很开心的，也是辛苦的，但要做个知识的传播者—人民教师，我要努力学习，将来当一个出色的老师。

一、课堂教学

英语的作业主要是英语周报以及课课练的试卷。初中的课程很注重练习。每天都必须一定量的练习训练。英语作业大都是选择题，所以改起来不算麻烦。不过还是发现了自己改作业的缺陷，同样一个班的试卷，别人十来分钟就批完了，自己恁是要花上个把个小时。后来还是朱老师教了自己，原来批改作业也有方法讲究的。若将答案写在另一张纸上，abcd答案与试卷答案的间隔一样，批改起来只需将不一致的划掉就可以了，这样批改起来效率果然可以高很多。批改时发现有些题目学生错的比较集中，甚至答案都错到一个选项上，说明那个题目很容易被误导到那个错选项上。这样讲评时便需要着重讲解。批改作业主要也就是为了了解学生的掌握程度，以及查漏补缺吧。

大概是第二周的时候，自己有幸终于走上了三尺讲台，开始紧张异常。这真实讲课可与微格教室里的不同，下面真真切切的有六十多双眼睛看着自己呢。我讲的是第三单元的welcome to the unit. 备课时从网上找了很多的课件，然后整理了半天。走到教室时学生齐刷diyifanwen.com刷都将目光投向了我，先是一小会的骚动，铃声响了教室也安静了下来。随着good morning的进入，自己渐渐不再紧张，只是讲英语时还是眼睛离不开备课笔记，终究还是对自己没有自信。初二的学生还很活跃，教他们讨论问题时都很快的讨论起来，只是还是很难主动自己站起来回答问题。任何时候点名回答问题还是必须的。本来预计将welcome讲完将reading也提下的，结果还是没赶上。课后老师说自己讲的还好，学生也挺配合我的，心里面甜丝丝的。后来又讲了两节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲习题时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。还有一个就是任务型阅读。这是高考新增的题型，初二也开始训练。说白了，任务型阅读主要就是main point的概括，朱老师讲做任务型阅读先要看空，分析出应当填什么词性的单词，然后在原文中找出类似的表达，变换下也就能写出答案来了。特别要注意首字母的大小写。

讲课时时间的安排要紧凑，发现自己讲课时说话太慢，讲的内容少而杂乱，没有形成程序。以后还是要注重锻炼自己的速度，思维要敏捷，做事情要干练。

二、班主任工作

带我的班主任工作的指导老师也是我的曾经初中时候的班主任，一向欣赏她工作作风的我有幸跟着她学习。做实习班主任期间，曾老师教会我如何培养班干部的能力以及如何凝聚班集体。我自己也常常观察学生，了解他们的变化并在需要时给予辅导 。

三、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结

1. 课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或“PPP”教学法等。

2. 课堂上教态自然，教学耐心;常微笑，常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁，平等对待。

3. 讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

4. 板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句

5. 讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结

6. 声音要再洪亮一些，有升降。

7. 对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些

8. 在讲解知识点时，要按照考试大纲分轻、重。

四、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考

在听课与讲课的过程中，我听取其他老师的意见，结合自己的心得体会，觉得作为一个好老师，不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握，还要对考纲、考点十分了解，更重要的是弄清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中。这样在讲课过程中，让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时，考试也能考出好成绩。

考试、中考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰恰是本末倒置。考试，重知识，轻技能;重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。
