本学年度，我担任高一化学(5至6班共2个教学班)的化学教学，兼6班班主任，兼高一化学备课组组长。现在就高一化学备课组及本人的工作作一个小结。 高一化学备课组，是一个团结奋进的备课组，各成员间通力合作，开展了一系列的教学改革工作，取得了明显的成绩，受到学校领导的肯定和学生的一致好评。现简单总结如下：

一、有计划的安排高一第一学期的教学工作计划：

新学期开课的第一天，备课组进行了第一次活动。该次活动的主题是制定本学期的教学工作计划及讨论如何响应学校的号召，开展主体式教学模式的教学改革活动。

一个完整完善的工作计划，能保证教学工作的顺利开展和完满完成，所以一定要加以十二分的重视，并要努力做到保质保量完成。高中化学新教材第一册共分七章，第一学期完成前四章内容的教学，中段考到第二章。在以后的教学过程中，坚持每周一次的关于教学工作情况总结的备课组活动，发现情况，及时讨论及时解决。

二、定时进行备课组活动，解决有关问题

高一化学备课组，做到了：每个教学环节、每个教案都能在讨论中确定;备课组每周一次大的活动，内容包括有关教学进度的安排、疑难问题的分析讨论研究，化学教学的最新动态、化学教学的改革与创新等。一般每次备课组活动都有专人主要负责发言，时间为二节课。经过精心的准备，每次的备课组活动都能解决一到几个相关的问题，各备课组成员的教学研究水平也在不知不觉中得到了提高。

三、积极抓好日常的教学工作程序，确保教学工作的有效开展

按照学校的要求，积极认真地做好课前的备课资料的搜集工作，然后集体备课，制作成教学课件后共享，全备课组共用。一般要求每人轮流制作，一人一节，上课前两至三天完成。每位教师的电教课比例都在90%以上。每周至少两次的学生作业，要求全批全改，发现问题及时解决，及时在班上评讲，及时反馈;每章至少一次的学生实验，要求全体学生认真观察并记录实验现象，课后认真书写实验报告;每章至少一份的课外练习题，要求要有一定的知识覆盖面，有一定的难度和深度，每章由专人负责出题;每章一次的测验题，也由专人负责出题，并要达到一定的预期效果。

四、积极参加教学改革工作，使学校的教研水平向更高处推进

本学期学校推行了多种的教学模式，要使学生参与到教学的过程中来，更好地提高他们学习的兴趣和学习的积极性，使他们更自主地学习，学会学习的方法。本学期各成员作了公开课，李嘉峰老师的新教师上岗公开课。都能积极响应学校教学改革的要求，充分利用网上资源，使用启发式教学，充分体现以学生为主体的教学模式，不断提高自身的教学水平。

三、积极抓好后进生的转化工作，努力使后进生以失败者来，以胜利者走。

后进生的教育和管理历来历来是班主任工作的难点，却又影响班级整体教育教学质量提高的至关重要的一环。在这方面，我作为班主任首先做到了以正确的态度对待他们，深入调查摸底，搞清他们所以成为差生的原因，做到了因材施教，对他们处处真诚相待，时时耐心相帮，真正做他们的知心朋友、最可信赖的朋友。及时对后进生加强心理疏导，帮助他们消除或减轻种种心理担忧，让他们认识到自己的价值。同时，我还创造条件和机会让后进生表现其优点和长处，使他们品尝到成功的欢乐和喜悦。

我是个17岁的男孩，为什么叫男孩呢。因为我的心还是很幼小的。

我是个快就要成年的男人，为什么叫男人呢。因为我有男人所有的东西。

哈哈。其实我自己也不是很了解自己的啦，我外表看上去永远是快乐的，内心却未必。我为很多是担心，操心，劳心，费心，甚至死心!

我觉得一个人有了痛苦才能体会快乐的存在，只有曾经的痛苦，才有如今的快乐。

人的一生可以分几个阶段吧：幼年，童年，少年，青年，成年，中年，老年。我正处于的是青年，是个少年与成年的桥梁。我回忆少年，因为少年给我带来的无比的快乐;我向往成年，因为成年了就能做许多自己愿意做的事，不在受任何人的阻止和约束。

人总要学着慢慢长大，我觉得我经历的也蛮多的了。。。

有很多人老问我为什么不要GF，其实呢我也想找个的，只是呢，觉得又没什么意思，找了只能和一个人好，不找还可以很很多人好呢，何必为了一棵树而放弃了整篇森林呢，你说呢?我比较喜欢的是朋友以上，恋人未满的关系。还有哦，我这人呢蛮相信缘分的，觉得如果有缘就一定能走到一起，我也正从系在我脚上的红线的一头觅到另一头!!

1994年1月2日对于别人来说是一个不起眼的日子，但是对于我们家来说是值得一个庆祝的好日子。伴随着呱呱的哭声一个新的生命诞生了，那就是我侯杰。小时侯曾做过许多色彩斑斓的梦，当个钢琴家，舞蹈家或者当一名跆拳道的教练是我最大的梦想。于是，我利用一切机会学钢琴，表演舞蹈，业余时间练习跆拳道，让它们来丰富我的生活。无论是在小学还是在上中学的时候，我都会积极主动的参加学校的文艺活动，从而在老师的帮助下我由此取得了优异的成绩。

光阴似箭，时光如梭，我告别了小学的幼嫩，初中的迷茫，如今的我多了几分成熟与稳重，回想过去的三年里，既充满了挑战与拼搏，也有无奈与遗憾。我用自己的努力刻苦，用自己的辛勤汗水，用自己的踏实勤奋，向自己，向父母，向老师提交了一份答卷。但我认为这并不是我想要的那份满意答卷，成长的道路上会有成功的喜悦，但更多的是失败的沮丧;会有收获的幸福，但更多的是耕耘的艰辛。但我有勇气、有决心去面对这一切。于是，今天，我站在了同学们中间。

我和在座的同学们一样，渴望展翅高飞，渴望将来有更大的发展空间，有施展才华的更广阔的天地。我想，有耕耘就会有收获。未来的三年里，由各位老师的倾情传授，我们一定会有一个无限美好的未来。

my major is industrial engineering. this summer i got a (good) opportunity to work at foxconn as a trainee. i practiced what i learnt from the school (my major), i also learnt how to

communicate,cooperate to others and work scrupulosity . it was a very important lesson that i could not learnt from the school.
