xx年6月我轮岗至兴华支行营业室，原以为在香江高强度锻炼的储蓄业务技能已经非常够用，但在实际工作中却发现自己所学知识还远远不够。我在坚持边学边实践的同时，多请教老同志，在短短半年时间里熟练掌握了国际业务结算，外汇兑换，联行及票据业务结算等业务技能，并取得了省行颁发的国际业务上岗证书。因兴华支行还同时办理西联汇款业务，经常有外国友人到我处办理该业务，为便于与他们沟通，我在自己原有的英语会话能力之外又加强学习并考取了pets全国英语等级考试三级资格证书。当年就被兴华支行评为先进工作者称号。xx年年全行开展“强基础、促规范竞赛”活动中，在业务知识、业务技能的综合考核中成绩优异，被市分行评为“二星级”柜员。

三、参与竞聘的主要优势

(一)有良好的道德品质

自参加农行工作第一天起，我就秉承“真诚待人”的信念，做到与每一位同志和睦相处，大事讲原则，小事讲风格，顾大局，识大体。

(二)对农行工作的一片赤诚之心和积极进取的精神

自参加农行工作至今，无论在哪个基层单位做柜员，我一直都扎实、认真地工作，服从领导，团结同志，以行为家，不断加强业务知识的学习，对工作有着无限的热诚，因为热爱，所以就有了无穷的动力去奋斗、去进取。

(三)积累了丰富的前台工作经验

参加农行工作五年多的时间，我一直从事前台柜员工作，工作中始终不断总结，不断提高自己，从客户的角度出发考虑前台工作的重点，不但把客户当上帝而更把客户当亲人，拉近与客户之间的距离，建立感情的纽带。针对不同的客户采取不同服务方式，把换位思考当成工作的出发点，总结出了一整套的为客户优质服务的成功经验，为前台工作的提高提供了一个全新的思路，从而取得了与客户良好融洽的关系，促进了各项业务的发展。

(四)有娴熟的业务技能

业精于勤而荒于疏，在短短五年时间里我迅速掌握了储蓄、对公、联行及票据结算、国际业务结算、外汇兑换等业务，能认知多个国家的货币，并熟练操作网上银行，电话银行等新业务，同时取得了从事各项业务相应的资格。

四、今后努力的方向

自参加工作以来，我一直从事前台柜员工作，在平凡的工作岗位上，始终默默无闻的工作，但我对农行工作却抱有远大的理想;这次竞聘，若是成功，我决不辜负各位领导、各位评委对我的期望，在新的工作岗位上，我将锐意进取，开拓创新，服从各级领导的管理，凭着我对农行工作的一片赤诚之心和不服输的干劲，保证能够尽职尽责地做好工作。

各位领导、各位评委，若这次竞聘失败，我决不气馁，在今后的工作中，将认真地自我剖析，找准工作努力的方向，在本职岗位上发挥自己最大的能量。
