2016年会计实习报告内容

为期一个半月的实习结束了，我在这一个半月的实习中学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益非浅。现在我就对本次实习做一个小结。

对于现代企业来说，会计工作是一项重要的管理制度，是要为实现企业的经营目标服务。因此，可以认为，实现企业的经营目标是企业会计的根本目标。带着这个目标，我开始了在我所在的实习企业进行了有目的实习。在此之前，我认真学习了《会计法》以及财政颁布的《企业会计准则》、《企业财务通则》等作为过渡的新的行业会计制度和财务制度，因为这些大学法规我国会计制度改革进程中的一重大举措。

此次实习，主要岗位是一些帐务的核查，因此主要实习科目应收应付帐款的核算，也涉及一些其他对外投资科目。在实习中，我参加了该企业月末的财务核算，认真学习了正当而标准的会计程序，真正从课本中走到了现实中，从抽象的理论回到了多彩的实际生活，细致的了解了财务会计的全过程及会计核算的各环节，认真观摩一些会计的整个审计、核算过程，并掌握了一些会计事务的适用及适用范围。跟随财务人员，核实会计事实。真正了解和熟悉了我国的公诉程序及法庭的作用和职能，同时还配合公司财务人员做好帐本的调查笔录和日记帐笔录，做好帐簿的装订归档工作。经过1个半月的实习，我从客观上对自己在学校里所学的知识有了感性的认识，使自己更加充分大学解了理论与实际的关系。我这次实习所涉及的内容，主要是会计业务(对公业务)，其他一般了解的有购货业务、票据业务、贷款业务。会计业务对公业务的会计部门的核算(主要指票据业务)主要分为三个步骤，记帐、复核与出纳。这里所讲的票据业务主要是指支票，包括转帐支票与现金支票两种。对于办理现金支票业务，首先是要审核，看出票人的印鉴是否与银行预留印鉴相符，方式就是通过大学验印，或者是手工核对;再看大小写金额是否一致，出票金额、出票日期、收款人要素等有无涂改，支票是否已经超过提示付款期限，支票是否透支，如果有背书，则背书人签章是否相符，值得注意的是大写金额到元为整，到分则不能在记整。对于现金支票，会计记帐员审核无误后记帐，然后传递给会计复核员，会计复核员确认为无误后，就传递给出纳，由出纳人员加盖现金付讫章，收款人就可出纳

通过这次实习，我对会计工作有了以下更深的了解：

一、关于会计报告：会计报告所披露的信息应充分反映企业特定时期财务状况和经营成果及其相关信息，以满足信息使用者的需要。按照现行《企业基本会计准则》体系所报告的会计信息已不能适应知识经济时代对信息的要求，(1)现行会计报告的形式单一，通过表格数字化反映，文字说明的内容较少;(2)现行会计报告的计量标准是以历史价值为主，而对现行价值和未来价值反映不足;(3)现行会计报告的内容是以历史成本和权责发生制原则为基础，反映历史的和现在的信息，而缺乏具有预测性、前瞻性及不确定性的信息，另外，报告所强调的是整体内容，而对某些专项内容披露不够充分;(4)现行会计报告的结果是以内部经济活动影响为主，未能充分揭示外部环境因素对企业的影响程度;(5)现行会计报告报送的时间是以会计分期假设为前提，定期报告，时效性较差。

二、会计实务工作的改革思考：会计管理作为国民经济管理中的一个重要组成部分，其在社会经济发展中的作用将越来越大。随着知识经济时代的来临、管理方式的变化，会计工作的重点应日益从信息加工演化为对知识、信息的分析、判断和运用上来，会计实务工作方面的改革势在必行。

1、不断扩大会计职业范围。在知识经济时代，会计工作的基点已经不是仅仅满足于过去的信息(计算机能轻而易举地在极短时间内完成此项任务)，而是将信息控制、未来预测作为工作的重点。会计工作除传统的企业会计核算外，财务管理、经营计划制订、财务控制系统设计、投资决策等应成为重要的职业范围。因此会计实务工作者应不断拓宽视眼，延伸和转变会计工作的功能，充分发挥会计在知识经济时代应有的作用。

2、不断更新会计知识体系。在知识经济时代，企业组织结构将出现较大的变革;按工作成果取酬的弹性工作制将成为普遍的工时制度;企业越来越重视人力资源和人力投资，员工也希望将自己的智慧财产投资于企业;企业的更多精力将放在新产品的研究上。另外，经济各部门之间的联系更为紧密，经济运行的“触角”也延伸向经济部门以外的其他领域，如政治、文化、环境等等，近年来出现的绿色会计

商务英语实训报告

为了培养我们的创新精神和实践能力，提高我们的综合素质。进行了为期一周的实训，实训中我们互相学习和进步着。在实训期间，我们既要对理论知识进一步的学习，又要体会对商务英语应用中的实践过程，真正切身感受本课程的实际应用。

一、实训目的：了解商务英语在社会和实际工作中的应用, 丰富课程的内容,培养我们理论联系实际的能力,提高在语言应用中分析及解决问题的实际能力。

二、实训要求

1、严格遵守实训作息时间。

2、自觉维护好课堂纪律。

3、自觉完成实训项目。

三、实训内容

（一）商务英语口语练习

1、建立商业关系   通过一篇商务对话，了解了关于商务谈判的过程，并对这篇对话进行了音标以及口语的练习。翻译了英语的明信片，使我们认知英文的名片书写过程。

2、商务谈判   继商务谈判的的对话，模拟业务续写了英语对话，更提高了我们对商务谈判的能力，对以后工作提供铺垫。

（二）商务信函的书写

在国际商务买卖的过程主要分为询盘、发盘、还盘、接受四个环节，其过程中最重要的便是商务信函的书写，我们这次实训中主要对发盘的过程进行了练习。在老师的帮助下对发盘的发虚盘、发实盘的信函实例进行分析与解读和翻译，并对一些内容进行书写练习，使我们掌握了英文信函的书写方式、提升了书写技巧。

（三）商务谈判

在看完有关商务谈判的视频后，在老师的指导下，我们根据视频中的谈判，对其谈判的案例进行分析。全面了解了谈判的类型、谈判时的重要因素、谈判时注意的问题及谈判时的信息搜索。谈判对于商务进行是不可缺少的部分，充分了解谈判的过程和技巧便更一步的促进了合作关系的达成。

（四）进出口贸易信函的分析和书写

根据多篇的进出口贸易信函的阅读及分析。对信函的英汉互译，这不仅对我们英语知识的提高，而且认识了进出口贸易信函书写的方式，在我们多次的练习中提升了写作技巧，更为以后的工作节约了时间。

（五）商务报告

搜索最近发生的经济事件，对事件进行分析与总结，并详写了我们自己的观点。让我们看事件来分析问题，曾进的不只是我们的观点，更是我们对问题分析的能力。最后我们的这项实训任务，用英文的格式练习书写了我们自己的简历，及招聘广告的书信。现在的社会大发展，英文已离不开我们的生活，这样的实训巩固的是我们的课程，也为我们以后的工作提供了极大的方便。

四、实训总结：实训是走向社会起到了一个桥梁的作用，过渡的作用，也对将来走上工作岗位也有着很大帮助。在短暂两周的实训过程中，

四、工程安全文明施工目标

严格执行《国家电网公司基建安全管理规定》、《国家电网公司输变电工程安全文明施工标准化管理办法》，实现本工程安全制度执行标准化、安全设施标准化、个人防护用品标准化、现场布置标准化、作业行为规范化和环境影响最小化。

六、甲、乙双方责任、权力和义务

1.甲、乙双方的共同责任、权力和义务

甲乙双方共同贯彻执行有关安全生产法律、法规、规程、规定及强制性条文，在施工期间，乙方指派 同志负责本工程项目的有关安全监理工作;甲方指派 同志负责工程项目安全协调工作。双方必须认真履行各自的安全管理职责，甲乙双方应经常联系，相互协助、共同做好对施工安全的监督管理，共同预防事故发生。

2.甲方责任、权力和义务

2.1基本内容

(1)明确发布建设项目的安全目标和安全文明施工规定和要求，明确必须遵守的安全健康与环境保护法规。

(2)委托监理代表甲方对现场的安全文明施工行使监督检查的权力。

(3)在工程开工前及时与乙方签订《工程建设监理合同》和本《协议》。

(4)建立基建安全管理体系，设置基建安全管理机构(专责)，健全基建安全管理台帐。

(5)受项目法人委托，履行工程项目建设阶段的安全管理职责，制定工程项目实现安全管理目标的主要保证措施，负责监督、管理和考核评价参与工程建设的相关设计、施工、监理单位安全管理工作。

(6)参加项目法人组建的安委会工作，或受项目法人委托组建项目安委会，开展相关工作。

(7)组建业主项目部，负责落实本单位及工程项目的基建安全管理工作，组织或委托业主项目部开展工程项目安全管理评价工作。

(8)受项目法人委托，按照法律、法规规定，办理工程项目建设相关证件、批件。提供工程项目安全文明施工的基本条件，包括完成征地、拆迁和四通一平(水、电、路、通讯畅通及平整场地);提供工程建设场地地下管网线路等资料。为施工现场周围建(构)筑物和地下管线提供保护。

(9)参加招投标工作，受项目法人委托，签订合同和安全协议。负责监督施工企业按合同约定，足额投入安全文明施工费。

(10)督促监理、设计、施工等项目参建企业严格履行相关合同中有关安全文明施工责任。对违反合同约定，造成不良后果的，依法追究相关责任。对工程项目安全管理工作不称职的施工项目经理、安全管理人员或安全监理人员，要求相关单位予以撤换。

(11)在工程项目开工前，应及时组织编制本工程的《安全文明施工总体策划》，并提供给监理方作为编制《安全监理工作方案》的重要依据。

(12)甲方有定期或不定期对乙方的安全监理工作进行检查，并督促乙方落实安全生产监理责任以及对监理人员进行安全教育的义务，有按国网北京公司等上级单位和部门有关规定对乙方安全监理工作进行监督和考评的权利。

(13)甲方负责组建工程项目应急工作组，组长由业主项目部经理担任，副组长由总监理工程师、施工项目经理担任，工作组成员由工程项目业主、监理、施工项目部的安全、技术人员组成;施工项目部负责组建现场应急救援队伍。项目应急工作组负责组织制定现场应急处置方案，监督施工项目部建立应急救援队伍，配备应急救援物资和器具，开展应急救援培训，组织开展应急处置方案演练。负责在应急状态下启动应急处置方案，组织应急救援，服从上级应急管理机构的指挥。

(14)组织开展施工分包管理工作，监督施工、监理单位分包管理工作的履约情况。

(15)组织或配合有关部门开展安全、环境保护设施竣工验收。

(16)负责工程项目现场安全综合管理和组织协调，组织监理、施工项目部落实相应的安全职责，建立项目安全管理台帐。

(17)制定工程项目安全管理总体策划方案，并组织实施。批准施工项目部施工安全管理及风险控制方案、工程施工强制性条文执行计划，批准监理项目部安全监理工作方案，并监督实施。组织实施工程项目安全考核奖惩措施。

(18)审批施工项目部报送的分包计划和申请，上报项目分包动态信息，监督施工项目部对分包安全的全过程管理。审核现场应急处置方案，检查施工项目部开展有针对性的应急演练工作。审批施工项目部安全文明施工费使用计划，并监督现场使用情况。

(19)对两个及以上施工企业在同一作业区域内进行施工、可能危及对方生产安全的作业活动，组织签订安全协议，明确各自的安全生产管理职责和应当采取的安全措施，并指定专职安全生产管理人员进行安全检查与协调。

(20)开展安全风险管理，组织监理、施工项目部对工程项目关键工序及危险作业开展施工安全风险识别、评价，制定针对性的预控措施，并监督落实。

(21)组织安全检查活动，监督安全隐患闭环整改情况。组织项目参建单位开展安全管理竞赛活动。

(22)参与并配合工程项目安全事故的调查处理工作。

(23)按照有关规定支付安全文明施工费用。

(24)甲方负责按照《国家电网公司输变电工程安全文明施工标准化管理办法》组织对工程项目进行安全管理评价。

2.2施工安全风险的建设管理

(1)指导、检查、通报施工、监理单位在输变电工程施工项目中开展施工安全风险管理的情况，及时解决执行中存在的问题。

(2)全面掌握工程项目的三级及以上作业风险，负责对四级风险作业的控制工作进行现场监督检查。

(3)负责通过基建管理信息系统，每月按时上报作业风险控制信息。

(4)签订输变电工程建设合同(设计、监理、施工等)时，明确施工安全风险管理责任条款，在施工过程中严格执行。

(5)编制项目《安全管理总体策划》时，明确安全风险管理要求，负责项目建设过程中安全风险管理要求的落实。

(6)工程开工前，负责组织项目设计单位对施工、监理单位进行项目作业风险交底及初勘工作。

(7)批准施工项目部编制并经监理部审核的《三级及以上施工安全固有风险识别、评估和预控清册》。

(8)审批通过计算列入三级及以上风险作业的动态结果。

(9)审核现场施工安全风险管理相关信息，并通过基建管理信息系统按时上报。

2.3施工分包的建设管理

(1)贯彻落实《国家电网公司输变电工程施工分包管理办法》;

(2)负责审批分包计划及分包商资格申请，严格控制工程分包范围;

(3)对拟签订的分包合同、安全协议进行审批;检查合同双方落实授权委托书和视频授权情况;

(4)负责核查拟进场分包商主要人员(指项目经理或项目负责人、技术人员、质量人员、安全人员和主要班组长、特种作业人员，下同)资格、施工技术能力、特殊工种证件等入场条件;

(5)对在建工程项目分包情况进行备案，定期分析上报工程分包管理信息;

(6)组织施工、监理项目部对分包商进行考核评级;

(7)负责对施工、监理项目部分包管理工作进行考核评价。

2.4安全文明施工的建设管理

(1)落实《国家电网公司输变电工程安全文明施工标准化管理办法》，组织监理、施工项目部管理人员学习有关管理制度，技术标准，检查、评价、考核工程参建单位安全文明施工标准化工作。

(2)组织审查招标文件、施工合同和安全协议中安全文明施工标准化内容，按规定在合同中计列工程项目安全文明施工费。提供工程项目安全文明施工的基本条件。监督施工企业按合同约定落实安全生产费用，保证安全文明施工费足额投入。

(3)检查安全文明施工标准化工作落实，对工程项目安全文明施工标准化管理工作不称职的管理人员，提出撤换要求，并对相关人员、单位提出考核意见。组织工程项目开展安全文明施工标准化学习，经验交流活动。

3.乙方责任、权力和义务

3.1基本内容

(1)依据国家有关法律法规、规定和规范、工程建设监理合同和工程建设标准有关施工安全的强制性条文，通过安全文件审查、安全检查签证、旁站和巡视等管理手段，对施工安全进行有效监督管理。

(2)设立安全管理机构，建立以安全责任制为中心的安全监理制度及运行机制，总监理工程师为第一责任人，配备合格的安全管理专职人员，组织开展本企业安全管理及工程项目安全监理工作。

(3)依据国家、行业安全生产有关法律、法规、标准，以及国家电网公司基建安全管理规定和监理合同，对工程项目实施监理，并承担安全监理职责。

(4)建立安全监理管理运行机制，健全基建安全管理台帐。

(5)组织检查监理项目部安全监理工作的开展情况，及时掌握工程现场安全动态，提出改进措施。

(6)参与或配合基建安全事故的调查处理工作。

(7)负责工程项目施工的安全监理工作，履行监理合同中承诺的安全监理职责。完善安全监理工作机制，健全项目安全管理台帐。

(8)编制监理规划，明确安全监理目标、措施、计划;编制安全监理工作方案，明确文件审查、安全检查签证、旁站和巡视等安全监理的工作范围、内容、程序和相关监理人员职责以及安全控制措施、要点和目标。

(9)组织项目监理人员参加安全教育培训，督促施工项目部开展安全教育培训工作。

(10)审查项目管理实施规划(施工组织设计)中安全技术措施或专项施工方案是否符合工程建设强制性标准。

(11)审查施工项目部报审的施工安全管理及风险控制方案、工程施工强制性条文执行计划等安全策划文件。审查项目施工过程中的风险、环境因素识别、评价及其控制措施是否满足适宜性、充分性、有效性的要求。

(12)审查施工项目经理、专职安全管理人员、特种作业人员的上岗资格，监督其持证上岗。审查施工分包队伍及人员的安全资质文件，对施工分包全过程监督。

(13)负责施工机械、工器具、安全防护用品(用具)的进场审查。检查现场施工人员和装备投入是否符合安全文明施工要求及工程承包合同的约定。

(14)审查安全文明施工费使用计划，检查费用使用落实情况。

(15)协调交叉作业和工序交接中的安全文明施工措施的落实。

(16)对工程关键部位、关键工序、特殊作业和危险作业等进行旁站监理，对重要设施和重大转序进行安全检查签证。

(17)对实施监理过程中发现的安全隐患，要求施工项目部整改，必要时要求施工项目部暂时停止施工，并及时报告业主项目部，对整改情况进行跟踪。

(18)组织或参加项目安全检查、工作例会，掌握现场安全动态，收集安全管理信息，通报施工现场安全现状以及存在的问题，提出整改要求和具体措施，督促责任方落实。

(19)督促施工单位充分执行国家、地方以及国家电网公司环保法律、法规、标准，接受环保行政主管部门、项目法人、建设管理单位及环保监督人员的监督检查，切实做好环保施工工作。当发生较大污染事故时，应及时督促施工单位采取措施，妥善处理，并在发生事故1小时内向建设管理单位报告。

(20)服从工程建设管理单位和地方政府安全监督部门对安全监理工作的监督检查，对检查中提出的问题进行督促整改，并接受建设单位考评。

(21)加强对施工项目部安全生产费用的使用情况进行的监督管理，发现施工项目部未执行工程项目安全生产费用使用计划，或不执行“安全文明施工标准”，工程安全标准化工作不满足要求，将工程项目安全生产费用挪作他用的，要责令其立即整改，必要时下达停工令，直至工程现场安全标准化工作满足有关规定。

(22)负责安全监理工作资料的收集和整理，建立安全管理台帐，并督促施工项目部及时整理安全管理资料。

(23)工程竣工后，将有关安全监理的文件、记录、安全监理监督管理方案、监理实施细则、安全会议纪要等按规定立卷归档。

(24)参与并配合项目安全事故的调查处理工作。

3.2施工安全风险的安全监理

(1)负责组织本单位员工开展施工风险管理技能培训，确保监理人员熟悉施工安全风险管理流程并认真执行，及时完成相关工作。

(2)全面掌握承揽项目的三级及以上作业风险，四级及以上风险作业时，监理单位应组织开展现场检查、旁站监督。

(3)对监理项目部施工安全风险管理状况开展检查、评价、考核，及时掌握监理项目部工程施工安全风险管理情况，提出整改措施。

(4)工程开工前，参与项目安全风险交底及风险的初勘。

(5)审核施工作业必备条件是否满足要求。

(6)审核施工项目部报送《施工安全固有风险识别、评估和预控清册》、《作业风险现场复测单》及动态风险计算结果。

(7)严格控制三级及以上风险作业，作业关键时段必须进行旁站监理，旁站监理执行《国家电网公司输变电工程建设监理管理办法》。

(8)重点监督和检查《输变电工程安全施工作业票》中施工作业风险控制流程执行情况，对存在问题及时提出整改意见并监督完成整改闭环。

(9)监督、审查施工现场安全风险管理信息填报，并通过基建管理信息系统按时上报。

3.3施工分包的安全监理

(1)贯彻落实《国家电网公司输变电工程施工分包管理办法》，具体负责分包工程监管工作;

(2)对分包情况进行全过程监督管理;

(3)审查工程项目分包计划和申请;

(4)审查分包商资质、业绩和拟签订的分包合同、安全协议，并对拟进场的分包商主要人员、施工机械、工器具、施工技术能力等条件进行入场验证并动态核查;

(5)通过文件审查、安全检查签证、安全旁站和巡视等监理手段，实施分包工程安全监理;

(6)通过见证、质量旁站和巡视、平行检验、工程转序验收和初检等监理手段及方法，实施分包工程质量监理;

(7)定期组织开展工程项目分包管理专项检查;

(8)分包工程结束后核查分包商的考核评级结果;

(9)对施工项目部分包管理工作进行考核评价。

3.4安全文明施工的安全监理

(1)落实《国家电网公司输变电工程安全文明施工标准化管理办法》，在本单位进行宣贯和教育培训，确保监理项目部人员能够胜任对安全文明施工标准化的监理工作。

(2)依照《国家电网公司输变电工程安全文明施工标准化管理办法》及监理合同，监督、检查、评价检查施工单位(施工项目部)落实安全文明施工标准化工作有效实施。
