我热爱学习，渴求知识，从小就学习成绩优异，高中毕业后我考取了当地的一所军校，成了部队里的大学生。学校军事化的管理，让我们从中得到性格的锤炼和 各方面素质的强化提高。在读书期间，我认真学习各门专业课程，并重视非专业课程的学习，认真对待每一科目，这种认真、积极的态度让我在学期期末的考核中获 到了非常好的成绩，并拿到了奖学金和证书。刻苦学习的同时，我也积极参加学校组织的各种文娱活动，培养自己与人交往的能力和沟通能力，还曾经当选了学校外 联部的副部长，负责帮学校组织的某些活动拉赞助，其中最值得纪念的是我们外联部为学校举办的“可口可乐杯篮球赛”拉回来一笔可观的赞助，为该活动的成功举 办立下了不小功劳。

大学毕业后我顺利地留在了学校做助教，主要负责刑事侦查学课程的讲述。一年以来我兢兢业业、认认真真地做好自己的本职工作，帮助同学们解决学习中遇到 的实际困难，并带领学生做田野调查，模拟课堂，提高同学们的动手操作能力。一年的工作实践，让我更加夯实了自己的专业知识，提高了自己的实践能力。

警察和军校教师差别很大，之所以报考警察，主要是因为，这一年来，我认真思考过自己的职业规划，我希望能在实践中最大限度的发挥我的专业特长，而只有 在警察的工作实践中才能充分发挥我所学的理论。其次，我的性格比较适合做警察，纪律性强，组织性强，性格坚毅，肯吃苦耐劳，正义感强，具备服务意识，有奉 献精神。

在实际工作和学习中，我的综合素质得到了提高，但是也存在很多问题，比如，对社会实际缺乏深入了解，看问题比较片面等，在以后的工作中我会努力加强这方面的锻炼，积极向前辈学习，做到全方位的提高。
