实习目的：到所学专业所应用的相关单位如外资企业、翻译公司、旅行社等部门对所学专业应用范围有一个初步了解从而明确学习目的、方向。以下是我的实习工作总结：

时间：XX年2月14日-2月20日

报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

技术进出口合同登记管理办法

第一条 为规范自由进出术的管理，建立技术进出口信息管理制度，促进我国技术进出口的发展，根据《中华人民共和国技术进出口管理条例》，特制定本办法。

第二条 技术进出口合同包括专利权转让合同、专利申请权转让合同、专利实施许可合同、技术秘密许可合同、技术服务合同和含有技术进出口的其他合同。

第三条 商务主管部门是技术进出口合同的登记管理部门。

自由进出技术合同自依法成立时生效。

第四条 商务部负责对《政府核准的投资项目目录》和政府投资项目中由国务院或国务院投资主管部门核准或审批的项目项下的技术进口合同进行登记管理。

第五条 各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市商务主管部门负责对本办法第四条以外的自由进出技术合同进行登记管理。中央管理企业的自由进出技术合同，按属地原则到各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市商务主管部门办理登记。各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市商务主管部门可授权下一级商务主管部门对自由进出技术合同进行登记管理。

第六条 技术进出口经营者应在合同生效后60天内办理合同登记手续，支付方式为提成的合同除外。

第七条 支付方式为提成的合同，技术进出口经营者应在首次提成基准金额形成后60天内，履行合同登记手续，并在以后每次提成基准金额形成后，办理合同变更手续。技术进出口经营者在办理登记和变更手续时，应提供提成基准金额的相关证明文件。

第八条 国家对自由进出技术合同实行网上在线登记管理。技术进出口经营者应登陆商务部政府网站上的“技术进出口合同信息管理系统”进行合同登记，并持技术进(出)口合同登记申请书、技术进(出)口合同副本(包括中文译本)和签约双方法律地位的证明文件，到商务主管部门履行登记手续。商务主管部门在收到上述文件起3个工作日内，对合同登记内容进行核对，并向技术进出口经营者颁发《技术进口合同登记证》或《技术出口合同登记证》。

第九条 对申请文件不符合《中华人民共和国技术进出口管理条例》第十八条、第四十条规定要求或登记记录与合同内容不一致的，商务主管部门应当在收到申请文件的3个工作日内通知技术进出口经营者补正、修改，并在收到补正的申请文件起3个工作日内，对合同登记的内容进行核对，颁发《技术进口合同登记证》或《技术出口合同登记证》。

第十条 自由进出技术合同登记的主要内容为：

(一)合同号

(二)合同名称

(三)技术供方

(四)技术受方

(五)技术使用方

第十一条 国家对自由进出技术合同号实行标准代码管理。技术进出口经营者编制技术进出口合同号应符合下述规则：

(二)前9位为固定号：第1—2位表示制合同的年份(年代后2位)、第3—4位表示进口或出口国别地区(国标2位代码)、第5—6位表示进出口企业所在地区(国标2位代码)、第7位表示技术进出口合同标识(进口y，出口e)、第8—9位表示进出技术的行业分类(国标2位代码)。后8位为企业自定义。例：01usbje01tic001。

第十二条 已登记的自由进出术合同若变更本办法第十条规定合同登记内容的，技术进出口经营者应当办理合同登记变更手续。

办理合同变更手续时，技术进出口经营者应登录“技术进出口合同信息管理系统”，填写合同数据变更记录表，持合同变更协议和合同数据变更记录表，到商务主管部门办理手续。商务主管部门自收到完备的变更申请材料之日起3日内办理合同变更手续。

按本办法第七条办理变更手续的，应持变更申请和合同数据变更记录表办理。

第十三条 经登记的自由进出技术合同在执行过程中因故中止或解除，技术进出口经营者应当持技术进出口合同登记证等材料及时向商务主管部门备案。

第十四条 技术进出口合同登记证遗失，进出口经营者应公开挂失。凭挂失证明、补办申请和相关部门证明到商务主管部门办理补发手续。

第十五条 各级商务主管部门应加强对技术进出口合同登记管理部门和人员的管理，建立健全合同登记岗位责任制，加强业务培训和考核。

第十六条 中外合资、中外合作和外资企业成立时作为资本入股并作为合资章程附件的技术进口合同按外商投资企业有关法律规定办理相关手续。

第十七条 商务部负责对全国技术进出口情况进行统计并定期发布统计数据。各级商务主管部门负责对本行政区域内的技术进出口情况进行统计。

第十八条 本办法自公布之日起30日后施行。XX年1月1日起施行的《技术进出口合同登记管理办法》(对外贸易经济合作部XX年第17号令)同时废止。

为了培养我们的创新精神和实践能力，提高我们的综合素质。进行了为期一周的实训，实训中我们互相学习和进步着。在实训期间，我们既要对理论知识进一步的学习，又要体会对商务英语应用中的实践过程，真正切身感受本课程的实际应用。

一、实训目的：了解商务英语在社会和实际工作中的应用, 丰富课程的内容,培养我们理论联系实际的能力,提高在语言应用中分析及解决问题的实际能力。

二、实训要求

三、实训内容

（一）商务英语口语练习

1、建立商业关系   通过一篇商务对话，了解了关于商务谈判的过程，并对这篇对话进行了音标以及口语的练习。翻译了英语的明信片，使我们认知英文的名片书写过程。

2、商务谈判   继商务谈判的的对话，模拟业务续写了英语对话，更提高了我们对商务谈判的能力，对以后工作提供铺垫。

（二）商务信函的书写

在国际商务买卖的过程主要分为询盘、发盘、还盘、接受四个环节，其过程中最重要的便是商务信函的书写，我们这次实训中主要对发盘的过程进行了练习。在老师的帮助下对发盘的发虚盘、发实盘的信函实例进行分析与解读和翻译，并对一些内容进行书写练习，使我们掌握了英文信函的书写方式、提升了书写技巧。

（三）商务谈判

在看完有关商务谈判的视频后，在老师的指导下，我们根据视频中的谈判，对其谈判的案例进行分析。全面了解了谈判的类型、谈判时的重要因素、谈判时注意的问题及谈判时的信息搜索。谈判对于商务进行是不可缺少的部分，充分了解谈判的过程和技巧便更一步的促进了合作关系的达成。

（四）进出口贸易信函的分析和书写

根据多篇的进出口贸易信函的阅读及分析。对信函的英汉互译，这不仅对我们英语知识的提高，而且认识了进出口贸易信函书写的方式，在我们多次的练习中提升了写作技巧，更为以后的工作节约了时间。

（五）商务报告

搜索最近发生的经济事件，对事件进行分析与总结，并详写了我们自己的观点。让我们看事件来分析问题，曾进的不只是我们的观点，更是我们对问题分析的能力。最后我们的这项实训任务，用英文的格式练习书写了我们自己的简历，及招聘广告的书信。现在的社会大发展，英文已离不开我们的生活，这样的实训巩固的是我们的课程，也为我们以后的工作提供了极大的方便。

四、实训总结：实训是走向社会起到了一个桥梁的作用，过渡的作用，也对将来走上工作岗位也有着很大帮助。在短暂两周的实训过程中，

一、扎实的知识和过硬的技能武装自我，做一位让学生信服的老师。我们都知道小学生是完全听从于老师的权威的，老师在他（她）们的心目中是“万事通”。可想而知如果有一天学生问倒了你，那这种信任要重新建立有多难。孔子说：“师者，传道、授业、解惑者也。”自古以来老师都肩负着将知识、学问传承的责任。老师若没有一桶水的知识，就没法给学生半桶水。

在见习的过程中，我深刻体会到没有足够的广泛的知识是万万不行的。有一次，一个学生手里拿着一枚硬币在玩，突然他叫了我一声“老师”后，问我会不会玩。我当即就跟着他那样把硬币网上抛，可惜落下来没接好。当时那个学生就不屑地发出一声语气词“切~。”为了考考他，也为了让他不至于笑话我，我问他：“你知道这个硬币是哪个国家的硬币吗？”他顿时纳闷的看着我。我把硬币拿过来把玩了一会儿，很高兴的发现在硬币的边缘有一行字“united states of america.”于是我自信的告诉他这是美元，还告诉他我是怎么看出来的。这是他对我的态度可是360°大转弯，还对我竖起了两个大拇指呢。这件事让我现在还记忆犹新，它时刻鞭策着我要博览群书，增长智慧。

二、要用昂扬的激情和充沛的精力包装自我，做一位对学生负责的老师。作为一名老师，每节课当你走上讲台的那一刻，就应该是全心全意面对学生的40分钟，不管那天自己的情绪是伤心、难过还是高兴、愉悦，暂且都放置一边。你给学生的感觉始终应该是昂扬有激情的。心情是会传染的，作为老师我们都希望自己的课堂是生机勃勃，而不是死气沉沉的。所以在每堂课前我们都要调整好自己的心态，呈现一位开朗、昂扬的负责任的老师给自己的学生们。

三、要用赞赏的语言和耐心的态度提升自我，做一位让学生爱戴的老师。我们都知道，小孩子都是喜欢听表扬的话而不是批评的话的。课堂上对表现积极的学生要奖励及时，对反应稍慢的学生要耐心引导，积极鼓励。老师千万不要吝啬赞赏的语言，时不时给学生表扬，这样的课堂才会越上越精彩。

表扬的话不仅要在课堂上说，在批改作业的时候也一定不要忘了那些写在书面上的表扬。见习过程中，司徒老师教我们如何改作业、如何评作业的等级，如何给予同学奖励的印章。小学生主要的作业有两种：活动手册和听写本。批改作业时对于有做错的本子的那一页一定要折起来提醒他（她），因为小孩子都是粗心大意的，只有提醒他（她）们才会去订正。评等级时有四个原则：1.至少要b等级，如果只有一两处错误，就放开手给他（她）a-；2.针对卷面清洁得体、大部分都对的学生给予a+和大印章奖励；3.等级的书写一定要大，因为在学生心目中那是分数，是老师对自己学习成果的肯定；4.印章最好有两类，一个稍小的，一个大一点的。作业的批改无形中拉近了师生关系，所以将来走上工作岗位的我们不仅不能忽视这个环节，而且要好好考究考究这个环节。
