如果我竞选成功，首先我会开展全面的入学教育工作，提高团委的影响力和知名度，让更多的人才融入到团委系统中;第二，强化内部建设，各部门、各学院之间多进行走访，时不时举办一些交流会，开展集体活动等，提高团队凝聚力，先谈感情后做事;第三，提高团委办事效率，首先就要做到权力下放，部门负责人在部门管理中要少一些自我包办，多给大一干事自主开展工作的机会，适当下放手中权力，部门管理才能收到事半功倍的效果。其次，要充分发挥部门、个人的特点和优势，明确职责，让每一位学生干部得到充分的锻炼。做到这几点，工作效率自然会得到提高。
