一、工作的目标与思路

随着经济的全球化，社会对人才的要求越来越严格。通过问卷调查发现 90%的同学都未进行过有针对性的社会实践。大家对社会的了解少之又少。针对这种情况，为了使同学们可以深人社会、了解国情、体验社情，积累对社会认识的阅历和增进对社会工作的理解，增长才干，锻炼能力，开阔视野，由此在暑期我们开展了“温暖社区实践行”活动。

二、实施方法与过程

1、深入社区挂职锻炼，切身实践

“阳光万里行”青年志愿者服务队的成员们利用暑假时间在沈阳市皇姑区塔湾街道渭河社区挂职，富多彩，形式多样的活动化社区环境，清除花坛、招贴等。队员们不怕苦累真正参与到社区的服务工作当中来，进行了一系列丰。在这一周里，志愿者们积极参与社区公益劳动，美草坪中的杂草，捡拾小区内的垃圾，清理楼道里的小，不怕日晒风吹，在一丝不苟地完成劳动任务的同时，也亲身感受到了社区工作的辛苦。在参与社区劳动的同时，志愿者们还试着融入到社区工作当中来，学习如何为居民服务，排忧解难，如在工作人员的指导下尝试为申请生活补助的贫困户出具相关的证明，随社区负责人走访、慰问孤寡老人、残疾人等生活有困难，需要帮助的人。有机会接触繁杂、琐碎的社区工作让同学们觉得不虚此行，学到了很多东西。

Hello everyone!

My name is Liu Chang. Had done a lot of colorful childhood dream, when an announcer, or when a television presenter, is my biggest dream. So, I take every opportunity to learn, practice speaking, crosstalk, playing Allegro, dance, hosted the show. I participated in dads army the Spring Festival Gala, I play fast writing tongue twisters a warm welcome by the soldiers.

I know, as a qualified announcer or TV host is a very easy thing, there will be the joy of success on the road of growing up, but failure is more depressing; will harvest happiness, but more work is arduous.
