Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

超越自我是人生的崇高境界。超越自我，才能头脑清醒，进行冷静的思考;超越自我，我们才能找到人生的真正价值。每一次人生的关键时刻，每一次大大小小的抉择，实在都是一个能不能自我战胜、能不能自我超越的过程。

现实究竟不同于理想，必然有不足和缺点，勇敢地面对现实，承认现实，不回避自己存在的不足与缺点，真正做到实事求是地对待自我，就是一种自我超越。实事求是既不抹杀、掩盖自己的优点和成绩，也不夸张、扩大、炫耀自己的优点和进步。夸张、扩大、炫耀自己的优点，易造成过分的自信和自尊。过分自信会导致自负、自傲;过分自尊会导致虚伪、造作、装腔作势。同时，人必须拥有适当的自尊心和自信心。适当的自尊心是激励个人力争上游、勇攀高峰、追求崇高目标的巨大动力;适当的自信心是个人健康成长不可缺少的一种心理品质。一个人假如看不到自己的实际气力，就可能忘记妄自菲薄，或者是妄自尊大。因此，大学生要超越自我，首选必须在保证维持适当自尊心和自信心的条件下实事求是地观照自我

承认现实，实事求是地对待自我，命运把握在自己手中，勤奋铸就成功，我相信自己会有一个美好的未来。

我叫某某某，是一名应届毕业生，就读某某职业技术学院，电子信息工程系，微电子专业。大学的三年里，老师的教诲，同学的友爱以及各方面的熏陶，使我获得了许多知识，懂得了许多道理，作为初学者，我具备出色的学习能力并且乐于学习，敢于创新，不断追求卓越;作为参与者，我具备诚实可信的品格，富有团队合作精神;作为，我具备做事干练、果断的风格，良好的沟通和人际协调能力。有很强的忍耐力，意志力和吃苦耐劳的品质，对工作认真负责，积极进取，个性乐观执着，敢于面对困难与挑战。

为了更好地适应社会地需要，我在掌握好学校课程地前提下，充分利用课余时间，阅读了大量地课外读物，拓宽了自己地知识面。

通过专业课程的学习，我现已具有较强的计算机操作能力和专业软件的使用。精通office、wps软件，熟练使用quartusii、ma某+plusii、altiumdesigner6、altiumd某p某某、protel99se软件，精通veriloghdl、vhdl、c语言。计算机硬件方面，我熟悉其组成原理，能够熟练地进行计算机地组装，独立排除计算机地各种故障。

作为一名即将毕业的大学生，我深知两年多的大学生活所奠定的只是走向社会地基础，在未来我将面对着及大的挑战。但我会以实力和热诚地心面对这些挑战，从中吸取经验，丰富自我，从而更好地实现人生价值。
