(一)服饰素雅

机关公务员在工作中所选择的服饰，一定要合乎身份，素雅大方。切不可令其有悖于常规的审美标准，进而有损机关公务员队伍的名声。

1.色彩少。机关公务员在工作场合所选择的服饰，其色彩宜少不宜多，其图案宜简不宜繁。切勿令其色彩鲜艳抢眼，令其图案繁杂不堪。

2.质地好。在经费允许的条件下，机关公务员的服饰应尽量选用质地精良者。如其正装一般应选用纯毛、纯棉或高比例含毛、含棉面料，而忌用劣质低档的面料。

3.款式雅。机关公务员的服饰，应以其款式的素雅庄重为基本特征。若其款式过于前卫、招摇，则与机关公务员自身的身份不符。

5.搭配准。搭配准，在此特指机关公务员的服饰应注重搭配之道。从某种意义上讲，一个人的服饰之美关键在于和谐，而服饰的和谐则又主要有赖于精心的搭配。

(二)服饰庄重

在讲究美观的同时，机关公务员在选择服饰时也不应对雅致有所偏废。机关公务员如果要打算做到服饰高雅脱俗，一方面应以其朴素大方取胜，另一方面则应要求其文明得体。具体来说，主要应注意避免以下五忌。

忌过分炫耀。机关公务员在工作之中所佩戴的饰物，应当以少为妙。不提倡机关公务员在工作场合佩戴高档的珠宝首饰，或是过多数量的金银首饰，不然便有张扬招摇之嫌。

2.忌过分裸露。在工作中，机关公务员的着装不应过分暴露自己的躯体。不露胸、不露肩、不露背、不露腰、不露腿等“五不露”，便是对机关公务员着装的基本要求。此外，不使内衣外露，也不应被疏忽。

3.忌过分透视。机关公务员在正式场合的着装，不允许过于单薄透明。在任何时候，都不允许机关公务员的内衣透视在外，甚至令人一目了然。

4.忌过分短小。机关公务员的衣着，不应以短小见长。在任何正规场合，背心、短裤、超短裙、露脐装等过分短小的服装，都难登大雅之堂。

(三)服饰整洁

服饰整洁，是对常人的基本要求，每一名机关公务员自然也不可对此掉以轻心。机关公务员的服饰整洁，具体上应注意如下几方面。

1.忌肮脏。在任何情况下，机关公务员都没有理由听任本人的服饰肮脏不堪。具体而言，既不应令其存在异物，又不应令其存在异味。

2.忌残破。机关公务员在服饰一旦出现残破，即应及时对其修补或更换。听任自己衣着褴褛、服饰缺损，甚至以此为荣，是缺乏理智的表现。

3.忌折皱。一般来说，机关公务员的衣着以平整为美。若其出现众多的折皱，即应及时更换，或熨烫平整之后再穿，否则便难有服饰整洁可言。

4.忌乱穿。机关公务员在穿衣服、戴首饰时，必须遵守其既有的规范性做法。不能随心所欲地将其乱穿、乱戴。

一、面试着装要领

对于公务员面试的着装，不论是男士还是女士，我们在挑选衣服是都应秉持着大方、自然、得体的原则。

(1)男士着装

在选择服饰的选择上务必选择正装西服，不要选择修身的或韩版的西装，体现出作为考生的庄重感。而对于服装颜色的选择上应以主流颜色为主，如深蓝色、咖啡色、黑色、灰色等。同时要注意不要选择高档的品牌西装，要显得朴素得体，庄重，大方，从而给考官留下良好的印象。

如果穿的西装有三颗扣子，可以只扣上面的两颗，不扣最下面的一颗，更不可能全部都不扣，给考官留下随意的印象;如果考试当天天气热，可以不穿西服外套，但同时也不用系领带;如果选择的衬衣是带有条格的暗纹，则领带以选择纯色的为佳。

(2)女士着装

相对于男士的服装，女士在服装的选择上较为宽泛，可以选择深蓝色，藏青色，米色，驼色等正装，颜色上不特别刺目即可。款式的选择也很自由，不一定要职业的套装，只要不花哨，较为正式即可。对于女生来讲，服饰的颜色，款式，花纹是三个要素。有两个要素选择经典的风格，另一个可以自由发挥，整体上的效果是衣服衬托人，不是展示服饰之美。

有了这种感觉就可以任意的搭配而不显单调。短裤长靴丝袜这样的时尚元素，以及亮闪闪的装饰不宜出现，过于紧身和牛仔风格的服饰也应尽量避免。女士的职业套装一定要多试，肥大臃肿的套装，外翻的衣领在加上有点笨拙的礼仪很容易让人心中想到“欢迎光临”这几个字。
