五、乙方在经营过程中出现的一切经济纠纷及其它任何责任与甲方无关，甲方不承担任何责任。

六、在合同履行期间，乙方应保持所租商铺内外所有设施完好无损，如果确需改造或增设其他固定设施，应征得甲方同意后再进行改造，所需一切费用由乙方自行承担。

七、在合同履行期间，乙方应遵纪守法，讲文明道德，自觉维护好室内卫生。水、电、物业及社会公共收费(治安、卫生、工商、税务等)等一切费用均由乙方自行缴纳。
