一、用爱心拉近距离。

作为德育导师，应该积极主动地为学生营造一个适应未成年人，特别是后进生的身心健康发展的平等、和谐、友爱的氛围。为此，我就时刻关注着他的学习、生活和思想动态。针对他上课时经常违纪的习惯，我采用了时常提醒他们和表扬相结合的办法，为了照顾他们的自尊心，我通常不失时机地表扬，慢慢地他们上课能遵守纪律了。有一次学校召开家长会，我就顺便向家长把他们最近在学校的情况反馈一下，指出了他们的点滴进步，看得出家长都十分高兴。课后，我和家长作了一次长谈，详细分析了他们的情况，告诉家长平时要多关心孩子，在家里多和他们聊聊学校里的事。

同时向她介绍一些教育孩子的方法、经验。比如发现错误不要直接指出，而要引导孩子自己检查出来，必要时可以缩小范围，这样可以养成孩子自己检查的习惯。在生活体验和家务事上要求家长不要太宠着孩子，而要让他们进行一些必要的锻炼。因为一个孩子缺少了应有的生存能力和应急能力这将影响到孩子的将来。除了与家长面谈，我还经常发短消息告诉家长他们的每一次进步，同时也指出还需努力的方面。这样，在让他感受到老师对他的爱，同时也让他感受集体的温暖。

二、用真心换取信任。

在不断地与“问题生”打交道的过程中，我深切体会到，只有“亲其师”，才能“信其道”。于是我调整心态，对他正确定位，多一些理解和体谅，少一些要求和奢望，多一些耐心和表扬，少一些生气和批评。没有爱生的意识，就不会对学生产生极大的热情，就不会去了解学生，更谈不上什么理解，也就无所谓德育。只有装着一颗爱心，你才会去发现、寻找学生的闪光点，去鼓励他们上进，去指导他克服困难，迎接挑战，才会拉近师生之间的距离，才会达到教学、生活中师生之间的和谐与沟通。才会产生的教学意境与教学效果。也才会发现他们是如此可爱，并不难教，给一点阳光就灿烂，就这么简单。

三、用关心激发热心。

在多次和他的谈话交流中，发现他很幼稚但又有自己的理想。他们希望自己将来能考上大学，做一个有用的人，赚更很的钱。如果以他现在的成绩，这根本是不可能的。但我没有泼冷水，而是抓住这个契机，与他促膝谈心。提醒他们现在应该把握好时机，彻底改变陋习;树立信心，埋头读书;刻苦努力，持之以恒;使学习成绩稳步提高，就一定能如己所愿实现理想。很快，他们课堂纪律已基本能遵守，良好的行为习惯正在养成，课后作业基本能独立完成，学习成绩也有所提高。

做好问题生的德育工作是一件艰巨的任务，需要我们坚持不懈的关注和耐心的关怀。让爱心在帮扶中传递到最后。学期结束了，德育工作还要继续，我会一如既往的关注他们。

德育导师年终工作总结

国家要振兴，教育是关键。教育要发展，需要一批高素质、有品味的教师。所以我校一向以来都将师德教育作为学校工作的重点，以求真务实的精神抓师德教育。开展师德教育以来，我校结合学校各项工作的实际状况，开展了师德教育系列活动，总结如下：

一、领导高度重视，健全组织机构。

我校领导高度重视师德教育工作，把师德教育工作摆上议事日程，定期召开会议，统一思想认识，增强抓好师德教育的职责感和紧迫感。同时，研究制定师德教育活动方案，成立师德教育领导小组。

成立“师德教育活动领导组”，具体组成人员如下：

二、加强理论学习，提高思想素质。

三、丰富活动载体，开展系列活动。

2、在教师中实施了“五师”教育工程：

(1)铸师魂，要求教师具有“四心”：关爱学生诚心，了解学生细心，教育学生耐心，服务学生热心。

(2)育师德，要求教师做到“三爱”：爱事业，爱岗位，爱学生。对后进学生有“三心”：爱心、耐心、信心。

(3)树师表，要求教师实现“四三二一”目标：四高——高度的觉悟、高度的社会职责感、高尚的道德情操、高超的教学艺术;三种精神——奉献精神、敬业精神、创新精神;二严——严肃的自我修养、严谨的治学态度;一强——强化为人师表意识。

(4)正师风，透过制度规范、行为规范、榜样规范，加强教师的职业道德。我们制订了《中小学教师师德行为规范》，

(一)、依法执教。自觉遵守《教师法》等法律法规，在教育教学中同党和国家的方针政策持续一致。

(二)、爱岗敬业。热爱教育、热爱学校，尽职尽责、教书育人。认真备课上课，认真批改作业。

(三)、热爱学生。关心爱护全体学生，尊重学生的人格，平等、公正对待学生。对学生严格要求，耐心教育，不讽刺、挖苦、歧视学生，不体罚或变相体罚学生，保护学生的合法权益。

(四)、严谨治学。树立优良学风，刻苦钻研业务，不断学习新知识，探索教育教学规律，改善教育教学方法，提高教育、教学和科研水平。

(五)、团结协作。谦虚谨慎、尊重同志，相互学习、相互帮忙，维护其他教师在学生中的威信，关心群众，维护学生荣誉，共创礼貌校风。

(六)、尊重家长。主动与学生家长联系，认真听取意见和推荐。

(七)、廉洁从教。坚守高尚情操，发扬奉献精神，自觉抵制社会不良风气影响。

(八)、为人师表。模范遵守社会公德，衣着整洁得体，语言规范健康，举止礼貌礼貌，严于律己，作风正派，注重身教。

(5)练师能，对不同层次的教师提出不同的要求，“五师”教育工程的实施，强化了教师的职业道德意识，学校掀起了人人争当师德先进，个个勇创教育佳绩的热潮。教师们在教育岗位上无私奉献，悉心育人，他们用爱塑*，用心雕塑心。用心投身于课程改革的实践中，取得了累累的教育硕果，学校的办学育人工作得到家长及社会各界的广泛赞誉。

3、在教师中广泛征集教师禁语和教育艺术语言。透过此项活动使每位教师明白了就应怎样说，怎样做，每位教师在此项活动中都有所感悟。

4、学校在学生中进行了我心目中的好教师师德征文活动，在教师中进行了铸师魂、育师德、树师表的征文比赛。开展了爱生工程家访活动，学校号召全体教师用心参与爱生工程，人人争*生模范，教师利用休息时间，根据学生的家庭状况和思想动态，有针对性地进行家访，做学生耐心细致的思想工作，使学生感受到阳光般的温暖。

5、帮扶活动，真情投入。为了真正把手拉手、心连心帮扶活动落到实处，学校开发德育资源，把以往简单的经济资助变为全方位的爱生助学活动，启动了以“关心学生思想，关心学生学习，关心学生生活”为宗旨的爱生助学的“三帮”活动(帮做人、帮学习、帮生活)，使资助活动进一步拓展空间，提升活动质量，保证学生不因经济困难而失学。

6、为了进一步推动我校师德教育工作向纵深发展，塑造教师群体的良好形象，坚决杜绝师德不良现象的发生，学校面向社会各界进行了教师师德问卷调查，从而将师德教育工作真正深入人心，落到实处

7、由教务处、少先队负责以问卷形式对教师的职业道德状况进行考核、考评，优秀者给以表彰，有问题者责令整改。考核、考评的结果作为评先表彰、职务评聘、提薪晋级的重要依据。

师德教育是一项长期工程，我们将一如既往地抓好师德师风建设，为使我校教育教学再上一个台阶而努力。

作为一名美术教育工作者，又是七彩阳光少儿美术的任课老师，更要不断提高自身的业务水平，尤其是在对学生的引导上。所以近两年，努力投入到美术教育科研中，所辅导的学生在山东省第二、第三届艺术展演中获美术作品一等奖、二等奖。五名学生在东营市庆六一现场绘画获奖，七彩阳光少儿美术的20余名学员在全国少儿美术大赛中全部获奖，一名学员的作品在黄河口晚刊发表，2名学员参加山东省艺术考级并过关。自己也获东营市美术教师基本功大赛第一名，并代表东营市参加山东省美术教师基本功大赛获一等奖，多幅绘画作品在省、市、县级报刊发表，于20xx年出版个人画集。现为中国国画家协会会员，山东省青年美术家协会会员，东营市美术家协会会员。以上是一学年来在辅导学生和自身业务上的一点成绩，也是七彩阳光近一年来取得的荣誉，七彩阳光少儿美术也将进一步创新教学方法，总结不足，不断向着系统化，全面化，质量化发展。

第二期培训共有儿童画初级班、中级班、中国画初级班，中国画提高班4个班，下面分别向各位家长作些汇报。

本期培训中的儿童绘画初级班，主要是针对初次报名的且在6岁以下的学员，教学内容以彩笔画，油画棒画和手工类课程为主，适当加入一些激发学生想象力的内容，使学员对绘画产生兴趣。

儿童画中级班以上一期绘画初级班中的学生为主，教学从油画棒和线描两个方面展开。应该说这两项内容都是对前期学习的巩固，是儿童绘画造型训练中的基础内容，除少数几名新生以外，其他学生在以前的基础上都有了不同程度的提高。另外，本期绘画班中，适当安排了一些激发学生想象力的内容，例如“花瓶的创造”、“外星人”等，在给学生讲解了作画的要求后，便指导他们创造性的想象。

水墨画初级班以新报名学员和假期续报学员为主，继续学习基础的水墨画用笔、用色技巧和多种花卉、蔬果植物的画法并穿插书法教学。

中国画提高班是专门从老学员中选出的学习接受较快且年龄稍大些的学员，也将是今后代表七彩阳光少儿美术参加各类绘画比赛、举办画展、考级和争取荣誉的主要力量，课程也将更系统化，以临摹、写生、创作为主线，循序渐进的提高学员绘画水平。

以上是几个班的整体情况，具体的课程设置、作业情况、进步情况、成长状态、考勤记录等也将陆续完善并印发家长。无论是儿童画还是中国画，学习周期比较长，要求学生能坚持学习，尽量少请假，尽管容易遭到学生家长与学生的误解，甚或被认为是为了稳定生源、扩大招生。但在总结的最后，还是要强调坚持学习的必要。比如先报了一个班，学到一半时退班，但下期又接着报名参加，其间必定有一个知识与技巧学习的连贯性缺失的问题，不利于教学展开，学习绘画的最佳状态是一个班的学生同时起步，共同前进。对于美术培训班而言，七彩阳光少儿美术一直都在着力打造一个品牌，以一种教育专业的立场促成一个品牌的形成做有益的尝试，所以从招生、从开班上课，到成长管理、作业评价和教学总结，都强调规范性与科学性。只有管理意识跟上了，教学质量才能提高，才能留得住学生。

一、 我的工作经历。

我叫毕成国，来自吉林建筑工程学院城建学院艺术设计系雕塑专业的一名学生,现在的工作岗位是本系社团联合会主席兼学生会副主席，中共党员，本科学历，今年22岁。活泼开朗，有较强的上进心，自信热情、有创新精神，喜欢面对挑战。进入大学以来一直从事学生会的工作，并在20xx年6月光荣地加入中国共产党。

在大一期间荣幸的被系学生会选为一名干事，并担任院晨风记者团的一名记者。在大二期间被系领导推选为系社团联合会秘书长。目前，担任本系社团联合会主席兼学生会副主席。 三年来，在组织的煅练下，在从事学生会的工作中，提高了自己的组织管理协调能力，成功组织策划了多种文化活动与大型活动，提高了自身素质，最难忘的是大一时参加学生会竞选，虽然我只是一个相貌平平、不胜言谈，但我却以我的信心与能力，当选了系社团联合会主席。21世纪需要的是复合型人才，因此我不断自我增值，工作中，我严格要求自己。我一直以高度的责任心与使命感对待我的工作。在工作中学到许多的经验同时也受到不少的教训，更激励我在以后奋进努力工作。

二、 我竞聘的理由。
