光阴如箭，岁月如梭，20xx年已经过去，这一年里，我们重症医学科在各级领导的关心、帮助和支持下，于11月正式开科。ICU是一个重症患者多、病情复杂、处理讲究时效的场所。它集中了现代化的生命监测仪器和设备，要求医护人员掌握的知识面广而深。而工作人员年轻化，仪器设备多，危重病人多且来自不同科室，病种复杂，病情变化快，治疗项目繁多，随时需要抢救，加之无家人陪护，这就要求护理人员要有很强的工作能力。可我科开科时间短，又加上特殊的工作环境和工作任务，使部分护士到ICU时常无所适从，适应环境慢，易产生恐惧、焦虑、压抑感，难以进入工作角色。特别是刚从学校毕业未进行其他临床科室轮转而直接进入ICU新护士。可在我科全体医护人员的密切配合下，我科全年的护理教学工作得以顺利完成，现将这一年的教学工作总结如下：

难点：

1、护理人员配备不够，自身能力不足。ICU工作性质决定其需要的护理人员较多，而ICU护士缺编，使得一些低年资的护士没经过系统的培训就不得不担任临床工作任务。许多护士临床经验尚浅加上学历相对偏低等因素，能力也参差不齐，很难满足临床的要求且无法适应时代的需要。

2、基础差，职业素养欠佳。目前大多数护士生活条件优越，耐挫力差，总体上缺乏主动勤奋、吃苦耐劳、无私奉献精神。护理技能不过关，操作凭自己的兴趣，不喜欢做技术性操作如导尿、吸痰、插胃管等。因缺少临床实践，对护理操作技术掌握较慢，在抢救危重病人的配合中较差。

对策：

1、健立全科室带教组织，实行动态管理，反馈带教意见，改进教学方法，提高教学质量。设教学组长，护士长负责教学质控。

2、做好入科教育。全面了解轮转护士情况：包括学历、来源、是否转过科等，首先应由带教组长详细介绍重症监护病房的建筑布局、特点和分区管理要求以及工作制度、疾病类型，使轮转护士尽快熟悉新环境进入学习状态。制定带教计划，提出要求，然后由带教老师具体实施临床带教，最后由责任组长跟班带教。

3、定好教学计划，落实考核评价。教学组长应根据专科护士培训大纲的具体要求，结合本科室特点制订切实可行的教学计划，确立带教目标，使新护士能够了解ICU的建筑布局要求、工作流程，明确ICU的工作任务，熟练掌握ICU各项常规操作并将相关知识点融入到具体操作中。

4、规范各项操作程序。通过详细讲解、演示、强化训练使新护士掌握本科室常用各项操作。对存在的共性问题进行集中讲评，对个别问题则有针对性，直到达标为止。

5、进行全程职业道德教育。针对新护士职业素养差，我们利用业务学习、业务查房对其进行职业道德教育，培养吃苦耐劳的精神，让她们亲眼目睹患者受疾病折磨的痛苦，鼓励她们帮助患者，培养高度的责任心和同情心，从而树立为护理事业献身的精神。

九月以来，在公司和项目部领导的关心支持下，团委对新来的同志实行“导师带徒”活动，全面提高学徒综合素质，更好地胜任本职工作。九月至现在，我在工程经济部工作，导师是总经济师滕波老师，在他的精心安排和教导下，本人在自己的岗位上克尽职守，兢兢业业，时时处处以领导和老同志为榜样，不会的就学，不懂的就问，始终保持了谦虚谨慎勤奋好学的积极态度，多听师傅的教诲，在师傅的“传、帮、带”下，迅速茁壮成长，综合能力显著提高。各项具体工作按计划推进，各项临时交办的工作基本完成，为工程经济部总体工作计划的顺利完成发挥了一定的作用。现将个人导师带徒活动的工作、学习情况总结如下，请各位领导和导师指正。

一、学习的主要内容：

思想道德方面：学习正确的价值观、事业观，增加对企业的忠诚度 ;

工作能力方面：系统学习了解项目设备管理工作流程;学习基础的设备管理知识。学习设备日常维护技巧，学习各种故障的处理。深入学习设备管理的数理统计与分析能独立进行独立进行数理统计、分析与计划编制。

二、主要工作：

编写完善机械设备管理制度;各种设备台账及报表;日常机械设备的维护管理和故障处理;设备管理的数理统计分析与计划编制。

三、主要收获：

1、综合素质得到明显提高。我不仅从书本上汲取养分，还谦虚地向周围理论水平高、业务能力强的同志学习，努力丰富自己、充实自己、提高自己。通过学习，进一步提高了政治水平和驾驭实际工作的能力，目前基本能独立完成领导交办的综合事务工作。(个人总结)我更加明确了工程经济部设备管理员应该具备的素质

2、肯钻研、敢创新，实现专业知识等工作能力的全面提升。“作为一名见习生，虽然先在基层岗位上锻炼，自己却不能定格在普通岗位的标准上，要永远向前看。”这是导师经常给我说的话。日常工作中，导师注意引导我观察生产中的每一个细节，注重在观察中发现规律，定期做总结，把所学的知识和生产联系起来，通过观察、总结、发现规律，不仅能学到许多书本上没有的东西，更有利于拓宽思路、丰富视野。完成从普通技能人员到专业型技术人员的转变。

每一个成就都来源于从工作第一天开始学习到的“肯钻研、敢创新”的精神。在这些工作的实践中，在每一个节点工程胜利完成后，在满心成就感的同时我都会感慨到，没有“导师带徒”活动，没有公司和项目部领导的关心和培育，自己不能有如此快的成长。在今后的工作中有的是挑战，而导师传授于我的“爱学习、肯专研、敢创新，大胆实践”的精神我将受用一生

3、主动服务的意识明显加强。工程经济部设备管理工作千头万绪，错综复杂，这就要求设备管理人员具有丰富的知识结构和较高的知识水平，对各种设备技术性能，日常维护知识，设备管理中数据统计、数据分析等都需要有较深层次的掌握，这样才能牢牢把握工作的主动权，才能把日常工作做好。如果能快速适应新的形势和发展要求，深刻理解相关会议精神和领导指示，做好充分准备，象战士一样时刻准备投入战斗，我相信一定能牢牢把握工作的主动权。由于导师一直坚持灌输主动工作的思想，在实际工作中不断提醒我注重基本功和动手能力的训练，甚至连从简单的写台账，到复杂的陈本分析都进行手把手的指导，使得我从最初的不会干、不敢干，到现在主动干、抢着干。

四、存在的不足

本职工作还不够认真负责，岗位意识和责任意识还有待进一步提高，以后需在工作中要体现个“勤”字。

8.1 if the technical documents provided by party b are not applicable to party asactualproduction condidions (such as design standards， raw materials， purchased partsfor the ma-chine， production facilitie)， party b is obliged to assist party a inmodifying the technicaldocuments and confirm the same. upon the condition that theproperties of the contracted products are not affected， raw materials， fittings andequipmint of chinese origin may be used.

8.2 during the currency of the contract. if eithet of the two parties effets improve-ments on or developments of the products within the xcope stipulated in the contract，thd said party shall submit， free of charge， to the other party the technologicalinformation con-cernign such improvements or developments.

8.3 the ownership of such improvements on or developments of the ontracted productshall belong to the party who has effected such improvements or develpments. the otheparyt shall not apply for patent ortransfer the same to any third arty.article 9 guarantees and claims

9.1 party b guarantees that the technical& nbsp;documents to be supplied by party b are thelatest technical information which has been put into practical use by party b. party balso undertakesto supply to party a in time the technical information relevant to anydevelop-ment of or improvement on the contracted product.

9.2 party b guarantees that the technical documents to be supplied by party b arecom-plete，correct，legible and are to be despatched in time.

9.3 if the documents suppied by party b are not in conformity with the stipulationin article 6， party b shall， within the shortext possible time but not later than 3odays after re-ceipt of party as written notice， despatch free of charge to party athe missing or the cor- rcet and legible technical socuments.

9.4 if party b fails to despatch the said documents within the stipulated period asper appendix 2 party b shall pay penalty to party a in the following proportions:

（1）percent of the total contract price for delay from 1 to 4 weeks.

（2）percent of the total contract price for delay form 5 to 8 weeks.
