递进式结构是由现象到本质、由表层到深层的层次安排方法，各层意思之间呈现逐层深入的关系。在统一思想的会议上，较多采用这种讲话方式。

讲话稿的主体，因会议不同、讲话人的身份不同、内容侧重点不同、之间先后讲话的次序不同，其写法也会有较大的差异。以上说的两种结构方式，只是就大体而言，具体操作起来还需要灵活处理。

3.结尾

相当多的实用文体都不一定要有结尾，但讲话稿不同，它一定要有一个结尾。否则，听众会认为，_还没有讲完怎么就转身下台去了?

写结尾要注意两点：

首先，结尾要结在必然收束的地方。主要内容表达完毕了，主体部分结构完整了，文章就到了要结束的地方。这时如果还不结束，听众就会不耐烦。反过来，如果内容还没表达完，主体还不完整，既使有一个专门的结束语，文章也不完整。

1、全面性。行为德育量化考核涉及学生日常生活的方方面面。学生最后的德育测评结果并不单单由政教处组织的日常行为量化来决定。学校为每个学生都建立了独立的德育档案，通过学生的自我评价、班内学生互评、班主任评价、任课教师评价、家长鉴定和政教处组织的各种日常行为量化考核，对学生进行全程、全面、全方位的考核，真正做到了在教育学生的过程中全员参与和全面评价。

2、主体性。任何教育，最终目标都是将其教育内容转化为学生的自身品质。四高在德育实施过程中，充分发挥学生的主体作用，将具体量化考核办法交到学生手里。在学生考核别人的同时自己也被考核，极大地提高了量化本身所具有的约束力。并且在学生逐步约束自己的同时，慢慢将考核规定转化为本身素质提高的一种内在要求，当其真正变为自身所拥有的一项能力时，德育的强制约束力已经无关紧要，取而代之的是学生对自己道德和情感能力的自觉要求。这样就能真正达到德育教育之目标。

3、鼓励性。没有惩戒的教育不是完美的教育，同样，没有鼓励的教育根本达不到教育的终极目标。在行为德育量化考核中，学校鼓励教师对一些有突出表现的同学及时进行表扬，并在德育量化上增加相应的分数。改变过去千篇一律的操行评价模式，对学生进行个性化的操行评定，利用文明班级评比活动，充分调动班主任和各班同学争优创先的积极性，做到及时表彰，提高了德育鼓励的有效性。

4、长效性。德育量化强调德育的规范性和长效性。只要学生在校都要对学生进行全程量化，并且随着学生年龄和道德水平的不断提高，对各年级学生德育内容的考核要求也不尽相同。最后学校将学生在校的所有学期的量化分数综合起来做一总评，以此作为学生在校期间的德育分数。这样的规定注重德育的持续性，使学生在任何时候德育都不会处于失衡状态。只有坚持德育长效性，创设一种德育氛围，使管理机制更加健全，规章制度更加完善，才能有助于形成一个良好的管理育人、教书育人、环境育人的德育氛围。

五、教育科研是德育工作的支撑。

任何一种方法和模式都不是一成不变的，需要根据环境、条件的变化而不断创新，才不至于出现老办法处理新问题的现象。为此，我校大力开展德育科研工作，推动德育工作不断创新。我校先后承担了三个局、升级德育课题的研究任务，《高中生创新学习策略及心理素质培养的实验研究》在河南省20__年教科研成果评比中，荣获油田惟一的一个一等奖。各班积极开展别开生面的德育活动课，刘永濮老师的《和谐成长》德育活动课在油田教育界引起较大反响。通过德育研究，使我校的德育工作水平上了新的台阶。

14.2 the arbitration shall take place in stockholm， sweden， and be conducted by

thearbitration tribunal of thestockholm chamber of commerce in accordance with the

statutes of the said tribunal.

14.3 the arbitration award shall be final and binding upon both parties.

从一九九二年七月入厂，经过十多年的工作和学习，由一个涉世未深的少年成长为一个有家室有责任感广石化工人。虽然工作那么多年了，但是在业务上有很多方面都一知半解;对操作也不是很纯熟;对某些操作更是知其然而不知其所以然。去年九月有幸借助导师带徒这个平台，成为覃志强技师的徒弟。希望借助这个机会向覃师傅虚心学习，使自己理论和实操水平有一个质的提升。

去年亚运会在广州举办，市委市政府及环保局对广州环保方面提出更高的要求。如何使广州水更清、天更蓝的责任落实到每一家企业及每一个市民成为工作的重点。我们广石化动力事业部也不甘后人，先后对锅炉车间一、二号锅炉引进了脱硫、脱硝装置。由于锅炉是旧设备，而脱硫、脱硝是新设备，新旧设备需要磨合的时间更长，这样对我们生产工人提出了更高的要求。通过向覃师傅学习以及请教其它技术人员和工友，本人在脱硫方面对如何控制脱硫塔出口温度和上下层水泵的流量，防止脱硫灰挂壁导致塌床以及影响布袋压差高的各种因素、如何降低布袋压差的方法等各种影响锅炉安全运行的问题有了较为深刻的了解。

脱硝方面，如何调整ofa风的风量以及炉膛燃烧的氧量，降低氮氧化物的生成量也有一定的了解。对于为何弃用氨液而采用尿素以及尿素的投用量也有一定的认识。

在锅炉燃烧方面，对于如何合理配风，提高煤粉细度，防止低温过热器出口超温以及如何提高炉效率等方面，覃师傅对我提出了很多宝贵的意见，使我的操作技术得到很大的提升。

覃师傅不但在锅炉的重要的操作对我进行指导，而且对平时的巡检也提出了更高要求。要求对巡检中发现的跑、冒、滴、漏也绝不放过，这也是清洁生产、节能降耗的重要环节。在工作责任心方面也提出他的要求，他说："工厂就像一台机器，而工人就是机器中的一个零件，只要每个零件都发挥自己积极作用，机器就可以正常运转，工厂的安全生产就有保障。这句话让我终身受益!

转眼间一年就要过去了，在这一年当中，通过覃师傅对我一对一的指导，使我对锅炉有更深刻的了解，在实操和理论方面有了很大的进步，为今后更好地工作打下了坚实的基础。在这里衷心讲一句：多谢你，覃师傅!
