坚持学生工作“三位一体”和“育人为本、德育为先”的基本思路，现结合我系学生工作实际，制定20__年班导师工作计划。

一、认真总结过去一年班导师制在我系的推行情况

20__年初，班导师制于我院我系，是一个较为新颖的领域，没有一个成型或成熟的执行方案。尽管建立了基本框架，但也暴露出问题。归纳起来：班导师的角色还是处于模糊状态，班导师的积极性尚未激发;对班导师的监督、管理、考核机制未真正建立或执行不够;班导师与辅导员的关系仍然停留在过去任课教师与辅导员的关系上。所以班导师制的功能尚未真正发挥、体现。

当然，过去所聘任的班导师，在工作态度和责任心上总体还是比较端正的。

本学年，我们将实行两个“结合”：结合过去班导师制的推行状况，结合我系学生的现有素质状况，认真分析和总结，基本形成这样的思路：我系班导师工作、辅导员工作，在确保学生安全稳定的基础上，在准确掌握学生思想和素质状况的基础上，以学风建设为主线，以素质拓展为目标，密切教学与学工、班导师与辅导员的信息沟通和工作协调，充分发挥班导师“学业指导、职业规划”和辅导员“人生导师”的作用，培养德高艺精的应用型人才。

二、由系教学学生口协调并牵头，密切班导师与辅导员、学生的联系，逐步形成更加有效的合力

1、完善教学与学工的交流协调。每学月，学生工作办公室将与教学口至少交流1次，对班导师制在本系的推行进行阶段性的总结，提出存在的问题，探索性地提出解决方法。

2、建立和完善班导师、辅导员的交流协调。班导师与辅导员要利用晚自习、业余的时间和机会，就班级总体状况和学生个体日常学习、思想状况进行交流，确立班导师、辅导员的工作重点，确立重点帮扶对象等。

3、实行教学、学工联合对学生的询访制度。利用学期期中座谈时间，教学、学工共同组织学生，除征询学生对日常教学的意见外，还广泛征集学生对班导师制在本班执行的评价，对班导师本人工作的意见和建议。

三、建立和完善制度，加强教学、学工的共同监督、管理

1、系统一制作和下发《班导师到班签到记录表》给各班学习委员，系上定期收集、统计和分析。

2、系初步考虑，将建立对班导师的考核机制，考核内容包括：到班次数、学生评价、辅导员评价、期末学生成绩的补考率等。

3、系领导牵头，对班导师在工作方法、工作责任心方面进行教育和引导，培养和保护班导师的工作热情。

四、充分发挥班导师对学生的“学业指导、职业规划”作用

1、班导师的学业指导。班导师一般为本班、本专业的任课教师，每周至少到班一次，任务之一就是对学生的学业进行指导。这是常规性工作。

2、帮助学生进行职业生涯规划。

第一，掌握学生个体的素质结构，掌握本专业行业的社会就业趋势，为学生的自我设计提供参考;

第二，对本班学生进行职业就业教育讲座，非毕业时期为每学期至少1次，毕业时期为每学期至少3次。

After completing my military service, i have been looking for a challenging goal for me to achieve. and i found that the intermediate of general english proficiency test fits my new achievement properly.

i graduated from taipei commercial junior college, majored in business administration. instead of spending much time in playing, i devoted myself to my studies and paid attention to all meaningful things happened in daily life. by the way, i learned a lot from mr. wang, the professor of my business class. he is my good friend till now an often gives some appropriate suggestions toward my problem confusion.

my father is, in the same way, a good consultant to me. as he said: i am in poor education, little for you; to clarify, what he have given is far beyond his words, i do think so. i was born in a country of ping tung country, farming is our career of generations. there are four people in my family, mother is housewife and my brother is a student of an agriculture college.i am optimistic and active, and i am confident that i can pass the test.

我是--部门的员工---，一个月前我从大学毕业，在找工作方面犹豫了很久，最后选择了这家公司，选择这家公司完全是一个巧合，但对于这个巧合，我从来没有后悔过，虽然不后悔，但基于种种原因，我还是决定辞职。

在这一个月的时间里，我完成了从学校的学生到社会上的一员的转变，我学到了很多东西，知道如何与人更好的相处，什么事该说什么事不该说。在工作上也得到了很好的磨练，在学校时我就很憧憬着社会上的一切，这次总算是体会了一下。比想象中要辛苦一些，时不时要加班，工作也比我想象中要难一些，对于这个陌生的环境，我还是稍微有些难以适应。

刚从大学毕业时，我满身的锐气，觉得自己什么都行，什么都会，看不上很多工作，眼高于顶。可在这里经过一个月的时间沉淀，我那颗浮躁的心慢慢安静了下来，我不想再像以前那样，什么都不想，只顾着眼前的一切。我觉得我需要给自己定下一个目标，然后朝着这个目标去努力，可当我定下了目标之后，我发现我的目标与我现在的工作发生了冲突。我每天大部分的时间都在工作，剩下的小部分时间里我还要保证自己的休息时间，这让我无暇去朝别的方向去奋斗。

对于这份工作我还是有些不舍的，毕竟这是我自己找的第一份工作，有着特别的意义。虽然工作很好，但我不能只看着眼前的这一切，我的目光应该放的更加长远一些，因此我考虑了良久，决定辞职，趁着我还年轻，我应该多出去走走，见识那些广阔的天空。

做出这样的一个决定还是十分艰难的，谁也不知道我以后会怎样，我跟不少人讨论过这件事情，有的人支持有的人反对，我决定听从自己的内心选择离开。感谢公司这段时间对我的照顾，感谢公司同事们这段时间里对我的帮助，尤其是领导，我看得出您是想好好培养我的，只是我要让您失望了，对此我感到非常的抱歉，但是这份恩情我以后都不会忘记的。在剩下来的一段时间里，我会好好完成我的工作，希望领导能够早日同意我的离职。
