九、工程质保期：该工程自竣工之日起(以甲乙双方书面形式确认时间为准)质保期为两年。

十、双方权利和责任

甲方：及时支付工程款。

乙方：

1、负责协调供电相关部门的内、外部关系;在施工中，市政、绿化、村民等阻碍施 工时，由乙方为主来处理，甲方协助乙方解决;

2、按有关设计图纸要求及国家规定施工，保证工程按期竣工且施工质量满足合同要 求;

3、保证施工范围周边建筑物及原有设施的完好，由上述原因造成的一切损失由乙方 承担;

4、在工程过程中应听从甲方驻工地代表的管理、协调;

5、文明施工：文明施工押金5000元整，由甲方代乙方向缴纳;如果出

本合同工程在正式移交电业局之前的质量和成品保护工作由乙方负责，由于电缆线路等本工程相关部分出现丢失、损坏、质量问题等乙方应承担修理、重作更换、恢复原状、赔偿损失的责任。正式通电之日起两年内由乙方和电业局共同负责。若电业局不负责，由乙方负责与电业局协调，协调不成由乙方承担全部责任。
