八、结算方式：

货到甲方现场经双方验收完毕，由甲方支付乙方本批次货款的60%，余款40%待二次进货时付清，依此类推。

1、货物的品质规格条款

本建筑工程业主支付担保合同由上列各方于_________年_________月_________日在_________市订立。鉴于:甲、乙双方经协商一致,达成建筑工程业主支付担保合同,合同如下:

第四条当承包商按保证责任规定向甲方索赔,且甲方认为索赔文件、单据或证明符合保证责任规定,甲方出于履行担保义务为乙方向承包商支付时,甲方对乙方及其继承人、受让人有绝对的追索权,不受乙方接受上级单位任何指令和乙方与任何单位签订的任何合同、文件的影响,乙方不得以任何理由拒付。
