报告内容：今年寒假我有幸到我们市一中实习，也就是我的高中，我的母校。虽然这个假期没有好好的休息，但是就业的压力使我知道这个寒假也是一个很好的接触社会，检验自己所学知识的机会。通过这7天的实习，我深深体会到了将理论与实践结合起来的不易，也通过这7天的努力，使我熟悉了从事教师行业的不易，这7 天的代班老师工作，为我今后真正踏入工作岗位积累了一定的实践经验。对于自己的母校可以说是再熟悉不过。来自己的母校实习，也是别有一番意义的。回学校实习,亲切万分,亲爱的老师们还在,接受教育的学生们却是一张张全新的面孔,想想自己离开学校2年来的进进出出，看到学校的操场，体育馆甚至教室，过去的记忆就不断在脑海里回旋。

第一天的时候，我跟着班主任李老师熟悉了一下学校目前的情况，以及实习期间需要注意的一些事项。我们原来的英语老师王老师，教学经验十分丰富，目前担任高二组的组长，因为她是我原来的老师，所以我有幸在她所带的班级实习，王老师向我简单介绍了一下所带班级的基本情况。第二天正式到班级,当时想到就要面对 60多个学生,不免还是有点担心和紧张。

听课实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习拥有教学经验的老师的教学方法，也能熟悉如果以后能的成为英语教师所要面对的情况。高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，现在的课本经过了改革，所以现在的教学要求也有新的变化，教学方法上有很大差异。王老师教学状态相当严谨，备课很充分，又开始听她讲课，很有亲切感，再次听她的课就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生，也能自行控制好时间等等。我听了整整一个章节课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课形式，都是值得学习的地方。因为我不是学师范专业的学生，所以并不是很懂得英语教学法，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题，可以结合练习加深印象。对于学生的回答,老师要根据学生的特质进行分析，然后加以适当的引导。经过几天的实习，我觉得作为英语专业的学生，虽然在成为英语教师方面不比专业的师范生有优势，但是我们有很强的英语功底，很精准的英语专业知识，很流畅的口语技能。而作为我们外国语学院的学生，在老师们的带领下，都与一种遇到困难勇于解决的勇气，在这方面来讲，还是很适合英语教学工作的。另外我们外国语学院一直有着严谨的学风，走出去的学生一般都作风严谨，肯与吃苦耐劳，具有办事认真的品质，这么说来也在英语教学方面拥有一定的优势。

做任何事都要有一定的积累，拥有了5天的听课的经历，我也是积累了一些小小的经验。由于也是刚离开高中不久，年龄和那些学生们也没有差多少，我很快和他们打成了一片，于是老师终于同意我讲一节课。说到讲课，我还真是有点紧张，因为长这么大，一直都是听别人讲课给我听，唯一的讲课经历还是在上精读课的时候得到的任务，但是也只有短短的10分钟而已，而且面对的还只是自己的同学和老师，还真是一下子有点摸不着头脑。但是要拥有勤学好问的精神吗!于是我在讲课的前一天和老师进行了认真的讨论，老师给了我很多的指导。我还打电话给我学师范的同学，向他们咨询了一些在课堂上应该注意的事项。做完了这些，我还在晚上的时候反复的备了备课，把我所能想到的问题都写在本子上，并且一一找到了解决方法。第二天上台讲课的时候，还是很紧张，我深深地吸了口气，走上了讲台。为了放松我的紧张情绪，我先借用小沈阳的经典台词，“大家好，我的中文名叫~~~，我的英文名叫~~~，为了给大家讲课，我啪啪的就来了，能给大家讲课，我啪啪的老高兴了。”惹得同学们都开心的大笑，也集中了同学们的注意力，同时也放松了我的情绪。正式讲课的时候克服了自己平时很多小毛病，可能是准备的比较充分的原因吧，无论从讲课的节奏，内容安排，还是对学生们问题的回答，我都做得还可以。一堂课讲下来，发现自己真的喜欢上了当老师的感觉。走下讲台，老师对我的表现做了充分的肯定，并指出了我在口语上，还存在一定的问题，要我多加练习，我都好好的记下了。而学生对我的课也有很好的反映。对于自己第一次当老师的经历，真的是很高兴的!

以上是我的实习报告，通过在寒假的这段实习生活，让我得到了很多感触。首先让我实践了教师这个职业的工作，锻炼了我的表达能力，交往能力以及口语表达。这些收获将影响我以后的学习生活，并对以后的工作产生积极影响，我相信这些实践中的收获是在课堂上学习不到的，而且会让我受用一生.。7天的实习，说长不长，说短也短，而学到的东西却很多。也充分检验了自己的学习成果，认识到自己的不足，比如口语表达还有待提高，让我认识到自己要是工作了，所存在的差距，并在以后的学习中，完善自己，学以致用!

租赁合同的主要内容是什么

【租赁合同的主要内容】

1、租赁合同的标的物，即租赁物;

2、租赁期限;

3、租金和租金交纳期限;

4、租赁物的维修和保养。

除以上基本内容外，当事人还可以在合同中约定租赁物的取回、违约责任、争议解决方法及其他当事人认为必要而又协商一致的内容。

依《合同法》的规定，依法成立、生效的租赁合同对当事人产生以下效力：

(1)对出租人而言

① 出租人负有交付租赁物及维持租赁物符合于使用收益状态的义务，不仅出租人不得妨碍承租人的使用收益，而且对于第三人的妨害，出租人应当予以排除。

② 瑕疵担保义务(权利瑕疵担保----是指出租人应担保不因第三人对承租人主张权利而使承租人不能依约使用租赁物，在第三人对承租人主张权利致使承租人不能依约定为租赁物的使用、收益时，承租人可以要求减少租金或者不支付租金甚至解除合同。 物的瑕疵担保----是指出租人应担保所交付的租赁物能够为承租人依约正常使用、收益)。

③ 租赁物的维修、保养义务。

④ 在合同终止时接受租赁物和返还押金或担保物的义务。

(2)对承租人而言

① 承租人按照约定的方式和范围对租赁物为使用、收益并保管租赁物的义务，因保管不善造成租赁物毁损、灭失的，应当承担损害赔偿责任。未经出租人同意，对租赁物进行改善或增设他物的，出租人可以要求承租人恢复原状或者赔偿损失。

② 支付租金的义务，这是承租人的主要义务。

③ 不得随意转租和转让租赁权，承租人未经出租人同意转租的，出租人可以解除合同。

④ 有关事项的通知义务，如第三人就租赁物主张权利或租赁物有修理的必要时，承租人应及时通知出租人。

⑤ 于合同终止时返还租赁物的义务。

租赁合同的形式：一般采用书面形式，定期租赁合同不应用口头形式订立出来，当事人不能从书面以外的其他形式证明租赁合同的期限，未订立书面租赁合同的，应视为不定期租赁。

一、租赁车辆状况

二、租赁期限及租金的交纳

详见本合同的附件《汽车自驾租赁登记表》和《汽车租赁结算单》

三、出租方的权利和义务

1、在下述任何一种情况发生时，出租方有权随时随地收回所租车辆，已收取的款项在计算所有损失后多退少补。

(1)承租方利用所租车辆从事违法犯罪活动。

(2)承租方将所租赁车辆转让、转租、出售、抵押、质押。

(3)从事其它有损出租方车辆合法权益的活动。

(4)未经出租方书面许可，在车辆租赁期限结束后拖欠还车。在以上情况下给出租方造成经济损失的，承租方应作相应赔偿。

2、不承担租赁车辆于租赁期间引发的第三者责任。

3、其它的依照法律、法规的规定出租方应有的权利。

4、按合同约定提供技术状况良好各种证照及规费齐全的车辆。

5、租赁期间对车辆使用情况及客户信誉实施监控。

四、承租方的权利和义务

1、于租赁合同规定的租赁时段拥有所租赁车辆的使用权。

2、对租赁车辆承租前已有的损伤不承担赔偿、维修义务。

3、在租赁合同书签署之日足额交纳抵押金并以现金方式全额缴纳租金;如使用银行信用卡消费，则需自行承担由此而产生的应支付给银行的手续费。

4、自行承担租赁期内所租车辆的燃油费用。

5、遵守《汽车承租人须知》的义务。

6、租期内应严格遵守国家各项法律法规，并承担由于违章、违法肇事等行为所产生的全部责任及经济损失。

7、承租方必须承担由于承租方行为带来的其他经济损失。

8、协助出租方在租赁期内办理车辆保险事故的定损、理赔。

五、抵押条款

1、承租方应于租赁合同书签署之日根据出租方关于押金的规定一次性足额交付相应抵押金给出租方。

2、出租方应于租赁合同书期满或双方协议解除合同后，除依照本合同及附件的规定应扣除的费用外，将剩余押金归还给承租方。

3、承租方不可自行将押金抵作租金。

4、如由出租方提供驾驶人员，承租方不用交纳押金。

六、保险条款

1、出租方已就租赁车辆提供相应保险，详见《汽车租赁登记表》。

2、承租方应在交通事故发生的24小时内通知出租方，出租方将在保险事故车辆到达其指定修理厂，承租方提供了有效的全部保险证明手续，且承租车辆符合《汽车租赁登记表》中规定的由出租方进行保险理赔的车辆时，停止计算租赁费用。承租人在承租车辆期间若发生车辆被盗、报废或其它形式的灭失，承租人应负担车辆灭失之日起至出租方获得保险公司赔款时止(最长不超过四个月)的车辆租金的40及保险免赔部分。

3、由于承租方的原因造成的保险公司拒赔及免赔的所有损失及相关费用由承租人承担。

4、车辆发生保险事故，承租方应交付车辆加速折旧费及保险公司免赔额。加速折旧费相当于本次事故总维修费的30，如承租方不能取得保险公司理赔必须的有关手续，则由承租方负担全部维修费用及加速折旧费，并承担保险事件不能赔付的责任。

七、违约责任

除重大政策性变化或不可抗力外，任何一方违反合同的规定致使合同不能全部履行的，除赔偿相应经济损失外，还应向另一方支付合同及附件未履行部分租赁金额总20的违约金。承租方应按双方签定的还车时间及时交还租赁车辆，每逾期交还____日，除继续计收租金外，需另外交付日租金20的违约金。每提前交还____日，在交付日租金20的违约金后退还该日租金。

本合同所指经济损失，均包括租金损失，租金损失赔偿标准按《汽车租赁登记表》所列租金标准计算。

八、合同的变更和解除

本合同的变更和解除，必须经租赁双方签署书面协议方能有效。

九、争议的解决

有关本合同之一切争议，首先应友好协商解决，如协商解决不成，任何一方可向有管辖权的————工商行政管理局仲裁委员会申请仲裁或由————人民法院诉讼解决。

十、合同及附件

《汽车承租人须知》、《汽车自驾租赁登记表》、《租赁车辆检验报告》、《汽车租赁结算单》及《补充协议》是本合同的附件，与本合同具有同等法律效力。

会计实习报告内容

时间荏苒，3个月的实习很快过去了，回首过去的3个月，内心不禁感慨万千........时间如梭，转眼间跨过实习期门坎，迎接新一年的到来，回首望，虽没有轰轰烈烈的战果，但也算经历了一段不平凡的考验和磨练。

作为学习了这么长时间会计的我们，可以说对会计基本上能耳目能熟了。有关会计的专业基础知识、基本理论、基本方法和结构体系，我们都基本掌握。通过实践了解到，这些似乎只是纸上谈兵。倘若将这些理论性极强的东西搬上实际上应用，那我们也会是无从下手，一窍不通。下面就是我通过这次会计实习中领悟到的很多书本上所不能学到的会计的特点和积累，以及题外的很多道理。

以前，我总以为自己的会计理论知识还算扎实，正如所有工作一样，掌握了规律，照芦葫画瓢准没错，那么，当一名出色的会计人员，应该没问题了。现在才发现，会计其实更讲究的是它的实际操作性和实践性。离开操作和实践，其它一切都为零!会计就是实际中学会做账。

在实践中我也发现，会计具有很强的连通性、逻辑性和规范性。其一，每一笔业务的发生，都要根据其原始凭证，登记入记账凭证、明细账、日记账、三栏式账、多栏式账、总账等等可能连通起来的账户。其二，会计的每一笔账务都有依有据，而且是逐一按时间顺序登记下来的，极具逻辑性。其三，在会计的实践中，漏账、错账的更正，都不允许随意添改，不容弄虚作假。每一个程序、步骤都得以会计制度为前提、为基础。体现了会计的规范性。

在登帐过程中，首先，要根据业务的发生，取得原始凭证，将其登记记帐凭证。然后，根据记帐凭证，登记其明细账。期末，填写科目汇总表以及试算平衡表，最后才把它登记入总账。结转其成本后，根据总账合计，填制资产负债表、利润表、损益表等等年度报表。这就是会计操作的一般顺序和基本流程。

在实习期间，我曾觉得整天要对着那枯燥无味的账目和数字而心生烦闷、厌倦，以致于登账登得错漏百出。愈错愈烦，愈烦愈错，这只会导致“雪上加霜”，会计本来就是烦琐的工作。不过慢慢觉得只要你用心地做，反而又会左右逢源。越做越觉乐趣，越做越起劲。清朝改良派代表梁启超说过：凡职业都具有趣味的，只要你肯干下去，趣味自然会发生。因此，做账切忌：粗心大意，马虎了事，心浮气躁。做任何事都一样，需要有恒心、细心和毅力，那才会到达成功的彼岸!

总之，在这次会计实习中，我努力将自己在学校所学的理论知识向实践方面转化，尽量做到理论与实践相结合。在实习期间我遵守了工作纪律，不迟到、不早退，认真完成领导交办的工作。我可谓受益非浅。

同时，在和他们交往过程中，我总能学到不少东西，但也看到自己的差距和不足。主要如下：1、知识量少搭不上话。2、知识结合实际工作慢跟不上在校所学知识老化、单一、片面、虚无。4、财务管理、财务处理之知识肤浅。5税法税务实务纯粹纸上谈兵。6、核对文件效率低下。7、加强对excel、用友、数据库等专业知识的学习。8、帐务处理还要细化学习。9、实践工作能力低下，不得法。10、及时对新会计准则学习。

怎么弥补不足呢?首先，结束每项工作要及时总结。其次，工作中碰上问题要及时请教他人并作做好笔记。最后，在工作中不知足地学习。说说简单做起来难，不过我相信我肯定会改变一些的。

我国从12月11日起正式成为世贸组织成员，中国证监会今天公布了我国证券业对WTO承诺的主要具体内容，同时还指出，证券业开放与证券市场开放是两个不同的概念，后者属于资本项目范畴，并不在WTO协议之列。

证监会新闻发言人介绍说，证券业对WTO承诺的内容主要包括： 一是外国证券机构可以(不通过中方中介)直接从事B股交易;二是外国证券机构驻华代表处可以成为所有中国证券交易所的特别会员;三是允许外国机构设立合营公司，从事国内证券投资基金管理业务，外资比例不超过33%，加入后3年内，外资比例不超过49%;四是加入后3年内，允许外国证券公司设立合营公司，外资比例不超过1/3。合营公司可以(不通过中方中介)从事A股的承销，B股和H股、政府和公司债券的承销和交易，以及发起设立基金。

这位发言人表示，根据上述承诺，外国证券机构直接从事B股交易及外国证券机构驻华代表处成为证券交易所的特别会员的申请可由证券交易所开始受理;新建合营从事证券投资基金、证券承销业务公司的设立办法也已制定完毕，证监会近期可以受理有关申请。我国对境外证券公司来建立合资公司没有数量和地域上的限制。市场准入主要是依据市场经济的审慎原则来监管。我国将遵照对WTO的承诺，根据《服务贸易协定》的原则，认真履行承诺的义务。

这位发言人还特别指出，证券业开放与证券市场开放是两个不同的概念。前者是指允许外国服务提供者参与国内证券业务，属于WTO服务贸易范畴。具体来说，就是境外服务提供者进入我市场，为中国居民用中国的本币投资中国证券市场提供的中介服务，不涉及资本的跨境流动(注册资本金除外);而后者是指允许国外投资者自由买卖我国国内证券，导致资本的跨境流动，属于资本项目范畴，不在WTO协议之列。
