(8)按本合同规定应该偿付的违约金、赔偿金、保管保养费和各种经济损失的，应当在明确责任后10天内，按银行规定的结算办法付清，否则按逾期付款处理。但任何一方不得自行扣发货物或扣付货款来充抵。

本合同如发生纠纷，当事人双方应当及时协商解决，协商不成时，任何一方均可请业务主管机关调解或者向仲裁委员会申请仲裁，也可以直接向人民法院起诉。

刚开始补习班开始上课前，白天在街里忙着给人家招生，晚上去给一个初三的小孩补初二的英语，前几天每天都是忙到晚上快十点才一个人骑着车子回家，吃晚饭都快十点半了。后来补习班开始上课，我就开始了两遍跑的生活。白天去给补习班那上课，晚上去家教那，不过还好，步入正轨后，每天晚上八点就能回家了。前几天快要透支了，后来习惯了也没觉得那么苦。在补课期间，我的嗓子哑了一个多月。真的觉得干什么都不容易，去厂里上班和干别的都需要自己的坚持。在过去的一年里，我感觉每次放假都是对我毅力的一种挑战。大一的寒假和暑假让我明白了很多。在这个暑假里，最令我感动的是家教的那个小孩，说实话，他的英语很不好，记忆力也很不好，也许只是在英语方面，但是，在我给他补课的一个月里，他一直很认真的在努力，即使单词他背不会，但是他一直在努力地背。我问他为什么现在想起来补英语了，他说只想给自己一个机会，以前没努力，现在给自己一次机会，想证明自己到底行不行。真的很喜欢这样坚持的人，我感觉自己曾经也是这样的人，后来没有了目标，就忘记了坚持。为什么自己不能给自己一次机会。面对这么严峻的就业形势，我醒悟到必须给自己一个机会，一个继续前进的机会。
