由乙方指定此次培训负责人 承办该项培训。

五、费用及支付方法

根据培训授课课时及授课老师的程度高低，经双方议定，甲方向乙方支付培训费 元。本协议生效后，甲方向乙方预付50%培训费，即 元，地余下部份待乙方出具培训课程表时一次付清。

六、乙方的任务

1、培训过程保持向甲方供给的“培训课程表”保证按时按量地完成教学计划，管理好培训班的日常性事务，未经甲方允许，不得将此培训交予其他公司办理。

2、遵守职业道德。对甲方供给的有关材料(如人员名单)和情况保守机密。

3、随时或定期向甲方报告培训的进展情况，培训结束时请甲方参与监考发证等考务工作，以便验收培训成果。

七、甲方的任务

1、按约定日期为乙方供给所需培训的相干业务(培训)材料。

2、培训未完毕，但因不可归责于乙方事由使培训不能完成时，甲方也应向乙方支付报酬。

3、乙方在承办培训过程中，甲方应指定有关人员积极协助配合，给予工作方便。

八、双方的权利

按照国家有关民办职业教导的规定，保证培训的合法性。培训过程中，若一方未履行

合同书，另一方则有权终止该合同;若一方因培训未尽事宜，另一方有向国民法院起诉的权利。

九、违约责任

甲乙双方按照《中华人民共和国民法典》承担违约责任。若甲方终止合同，乙方不退预收款;若乙方原因而终止合同，乙方退还预收款。

十、本合同未尽事宜，按国家相干法律法规办理。

十一、本协议一式贰份，甲、乙双方各执壹份，签字盖章后生效。
