二、 实习学校简介

xx县xx镇中心中学原称县xx镇第七中学，是一所位于xx县县城西北处，背靠狮子山，临近鲤鱼河，是我县师资相对较好、离县城最近的一所初等中学，共有教职工百余名，其中优秀教师占百分之七十左右，中学骨干教师占百分之十五左右，自办学至今为我县培育了近万名优秀毕业生。该校现有三十余个教学班，在校生近两千余名，其中毕业班九个，一个重点实验班。

三、实习内容

20xx年9月1日，实习学校正式开学，主要任务是学生报名和开展学前教育，在实习指导教师陈老师的安排下，我参加了初二119班的学前教育，学生报到后，119班班主任舒老师在班上开展了近一个小时的学前教育，内容如下：

1、新学期开始，应订立本学度的学习目标;

现代教育要求教师除了精通某一学科的专门知识，懂得教育理论，掌握教育方法以外，还要求教师具有较好的语言表达能力和文字表达能力，有较为广博的知识面，有较好的沟通人际关系的能力，有扎实的基本功和一定的教学艺术。同时要求教师有正确的人生观和价值观，有一定的文化修养和高尚的审美情趣。

教师作为一个特殊的职业，需要具备很强的语言表达能力，才能把自己已有的知识尽可能多的、高效的传授给学生。教师是书本知识与学生之间的联系纽带、运输通道。古代文学家韩愈说过：“师者，传道、授业、解惑者也。” 无论是传道、授业还是解惑，都要通过语言尤其是口头语言来完成，但是在这方面目前为止还没有相应的课程。在中学实习的过程中，听老教师教导在文理课程上有偏科的学生常常会说，语文如果学不好，理解能力差，会对数学等理科学习造成影响。对学生是这样，对教师，其实也是这样，表达能力和方式有欠缺的话，会直接影响课堂教学的效果，降低课堂教学的效率。同样一个教学内容，同样的教学方法，不同的教师讲出来的效果可能完全不同，学生的学习效果也可能完全不同。这种情况下教师口语表达能力的强弱直接决定了课堂教学效果及整个教育质量的好坏。教育学家苏霍姆林斯基说：“教师的语言素质在极大程度上决定着学生在课堂上的脑力劳动效率”。

此外，虽然当今多媒体教学已相当发达，但最常用、最方便的教学媒体仍然是黑板和粉笔，板书字迹工整甚至美观与否也都将影响课堂教学的效果和学生对老师的评价。好的板书被学生抄作笔记后，能够帮助学生快速忆起课堂内容;而字迹潦草、难认、不规范的板书让学生作笔记时无所适从，无法达到板书的效果。教师的板书是否严谨、规范，能给学生起到潜移默化的作用，教师板书中不规范的汉字、标点及格式，常会被学生模仿进了作业本甚至是考卷中。所以在我们学习作为教师各方面的技能的现阶段希望能开设一些书法、粉笔字方面的相应课程或多开展一些此类活动，培养作为教师应有的基本技能。

汽车构造拆装实习是在学习完汽车构造课程后重要的实践性教学环节。在刚刚过去的两周里，我以及我的组员们圆满地完成了汽车构造拆装实习中汽车发动机构造实习的教学任务及要求。发动机就好比汽车的心脏，是汽车行驶的动力源。我们这次实习的发动机是别克凯越1.6升直列电喷汽油发动机。

2016年10月英语专业大学生实习报告

今年1-3月份，我正式走进东莞市博森塑胶地面材料有限公司，开始了自己人生中的第一份实习工作。实习期间，我的工作职位是英语外贸业务员，工作的主要任务是进行海外客户的开发与维护。

实习期的工作内容，前期主要包括浏览本公司的网站，掌握和熟悉本公司产品的主要特性与应用。同时参考国内外同行业各相关公司的网站，对本行业与产品有一个更深刻、更全面的了解。中期的工作内容是集中进行海外客户的搜索与整理，挖掘一切相关的潜在客户的资料信息。并针对不同客户的需求与产品的不同功能，撰写多封客户开发信，然后进行分类与修改。后期便是利用公司分发的邮箱子帐号，耐心给客户一一发送开发邮件。如果客户对产品有兴趣，要及时跟客户进行沟通与交流，尽可能促成客户下订单。

通过实习，我对国内外橡胶地面材料行业的基本状况和发展前景有了大致的了解，对外贸的实际操作流程和外贸业务员应具备的基本素质和能力有了一定的掌握。也准备努力学习更多相关的理论知识，提高自己的专业水平，为正式工作做好更充分的准备。

这两个月的实习收获有很多。我不仅积累了一定的社会经验和工作经验，同时也了解到了更多的我外贸相关知识，为我以后的职业道路奠定了一定的基础。实习期间，我能将在学校学到的商务英语相关知识应用到实际工作中来，并发挥我作为一名英语专业毕业生在英语各方面的优势，努力学习和从事我自己一直喜欢和期望发展的外贸行业，是我实习期间最高兴也是我最值得欣慰的一件事情。工作中，我既锻炼了自己的耐心与毅力，同时又提高了自己的英语水平。另外，我选择了自己喜欢并有意在此长远发展的城市，还认识了一群优秀的同事和尊敬的上司，也是我实习期间宝贵的收获。
