二、实习内容

(一)接待实习内容

由于慷辉国际旅行社总部设在二楼，且下设很多部门，每当客人来公司时，一般都直接到各部门。客人对公司一印象非常重要，怎样给客人美好的第一印象呢?首先必须面带微笑，让客人觉得有一种亲切的感觉;其次是在做介绍线路时要时刻以客人的立场上出发，投其所好;最后是对于外出游玩的介绍上，要及时向客人说明当地的消费情况、风俗情况、注意事项等。

其实接待的对象不仅仅指出游的客人，也包括同业的工作人员。我们部门经理姓王，有一天我按经理要求把她的qq以及msn挂在了电脑上，大概9点时候，王经理的qq闪了下，吉林省华侨国际旅行社的海之缘的李璐璐给王经理发了条信息，我打开一看原来是问好，我一看，不答理人家的做法是不对的，我就回了个笑脸，慢慢的我和她有一句没一句的聊了起来。

(二)产品线路安排实习

我是个刚到人家部门的学生，开始，对线路的安排工作，部门经理并不让我参与，只是让我慢慢看别人怎么做的，在经过两天的学习后，我对产品线路安排工作已经了解的几乎差不多了。产品对于一个公司的存活起关键性作用。旅游线路就是一种旅游产品，由于旅游产品容易被别人抄袭。我发现旅游企业一般不把线路安排透露给同业竞争对手。对于线路安排要注意的问题有下面几点：首先，要遵从客人要求，按照客人要求安排线路，诸如一些忌口忌讳的事情要提前向客人询问。其次要注意时间紧凑，让客人在合理的时间以及金钱内游览完他们想游览的地方。再次是线路安排人员要对地理知识相当了解，并用合适、优美的语言把线路向游客描述出来。最后，也是最重要的一点，那就是合理。在这里合理的含义是指合情合理。

(三)导游员职责实习

我只考下来导游资格证，所以在旅游企业出去带团的机会并不大。但我还是进行了导游员的职责实习。1、担任全陪工作的导游人员的主要职责是：实施旅行社的接待计划，监督各地接待单位的执行情况和接待质量;协调领队、地陪、司机等各方面接待人员加强合作，做好旅行各站的衔接工作;配合、督促地方接待单位安排好旅游者的食、宿、交通和参观、游览活动，照顾好客人的生活起居;维护旅游者的人身和财物安全，处理好各类突发事件，并能提供与之相关的延伸服务;耐心解答旅游者提出的问题;反映旅游者的意见和要求，开展市场调研工作，协助开发、设计新的旅游产品。2、担任地陪工作的导游人员的主要职责是;认真做好旅游者在本站的接送服务;严格按照接待计划确定游览日程，安排好旅游者的食宿、游览、购物、文娱等活动;热情做好导游讲解工作，积极向旅游者介绍和传播中国文化;妥善处理好旅游相关服务各方面的协作关系，认真处理旅游者发生的各类问题;维护旅游者的人身和财物安全，做好事故防范和安全提示工作。

三、实习体会

虽然实习时间不长，但是感触颇深。首先让我们看一下，哪些因素影响着旅游者在出游时是否会选择旅行社、又会选择哪家旅行社?

(一)旅行社的规范性

旅行社的规范性有两个层次的含义，一是指该旅行社是否为根据我国《旅行社管理条例》相关规定

设立的合法旅行社，二是指该旅行社在经营过程中是否存在欺骗旅游者、不正当竞争和超范围经营等违规行为。旅行社的规范性是旅游者在选择旅行社时首先要考虑的因素。

(二)旅行社产品的价格

旅游者之所以选择旅行社组织的旅游线路，一个很重要的原因就是希望节省旅游费用。因此，旅行社能不能在向旅游者推介旅游线路时提供诱人的旅游价格，在很大程度上决定着旅游者的购买决策。

(三)旅行社的服务质量

随着我国旅游消费者渐趋理性，越来越多的旅游者在选择旅行社的时候，已不仅仅着眼于旅行社的报价，而是综合平衡旅行社所提供旅游产品的“性价比”，从而权衡其所作出的购买决定是否“物有所值”。因而，旅行社的服务质量在旅游者心目中所占的分量越来越重。

(四)旅行社产品的丰富度和个性化程度

进入新世纪以来，人们的旅游消费观念正在发生多方面的变化，其中之一就是旅游消费需求的多样化和个性化。传统的“团体标准等全包价旅游产品”对旅游者的吸引力越来越小，相反，那些能够为旅游者提供多种包价形式和旅游服务，尤其是能够提供根据旅游者特殊需要“度身定制”旅游产品的旅行社越来越多地受到旅游者的青睐。

(五)旅行社的诚信度

诚信是旅行社企业立足于社会和长期盈利的基石，也是旅游者选择旅行社的关键因素。旅行社的诚信主要体现在是否能够切实履行其出行前向旅游者所作的服务承诺。

(六)旅行社的品牌形象

旅行社产品的无形性特征增大了旅游消费者的“购买觉察风险”，而购买名牌产品是降低该风险的有效方法。所以，旅行社在旅游者心目中形成的品牌形象，直接影响到旅游者的购买选择。

四、实习思考

旅游业是朝阳企业，相对于其他类型的企业而言，旅游企业的可进入性高，门槛低。现阶段我国各地方旅行社相继建立，旅游企业的发展趋势如下所示：

(一)旅游中介分工越来越细分，旅行社从过去的传统的做国内业务和国际业务之分外，现在更加分工细致，不同的旅行社开发不同的旅游专线，同一品牌的旅行社也分别开发出不同的主体旅游和专题旅游。康辉国际旅行社办理国内旅游、出入境旅游业务

(二)旅游中介的附加服务越来越突出。随着顾客越来越挑剔，竞争越来越激烈，各旅游中介机

构为争夺顾客，提升品牌的竞争力，在为顾客服务的过程中，越来越注重服务的附加作用。如为顾客提供票务预订服务、租车接送服务等，提供金融服务、保险保障服务，还与许多其他餐饮娱乐等消费单位合作等等。

(三)旅游向郊区化、短期化发展，一日游、两日游越来越多。人们对双休日逐渐习惯和开发，旅游逐步从长线向郊区短线延伸，因此一日游、两日游这种短期的旅游活动越来越突出，因此各种各样的度假村越来越多，人们开始在双休日、节假日期间，抛下一周的紧张和都市的浮华，来到郊区吃农家饭，参加田园劳动，欣赏山水风光，追求自然、清醇和土朴。这从国内旅游相关增长指标远远高于出境旅游增长指标可以得到印证。

(四)自助旅游渐成时尚。传统的旅行社服务，给人们留下了许多负面的印象(主要是吃不好、睡不好、玩不好)，使旅游变成了只有旅没有游，但随着交通的越来越便利、私家车越来越普及、酒店预订公司繁荣以及飞速的发展，自助旅游的人越来越多，并渐成时尚。尤其大型节假日期间，三五个家庭结伴出行，驱车数千公里，跑遍大江南北已不是稀奇事，他们通过酒店预订公司预订酒店解决住宿问题。余下的就是自己自由的安排游玩，弥补了传统旅行社的不足。从xx年度用汽车作为旅游交通工具占%的人数构成中可以证明。

(五)商务旅游越来越突出。随着经济贸易的发展，国内及国际性的商务考察旅游也越来越突出，据统计我国各类商务大军有4000万人，每年平均每人出行3次计，全国全年的商务旅游人次在亿人次左右。而且商务旅游大军的队伍每年都在以数百万人次的速度在递增。商务旅游也呈现出规模化的发展趋势，尤其是大型的商务活动(包括传统的和新兴的商务活动)是导致商务旅游增长的主要因素。而且商务旅游的构成者中，从入境旅游人数的构成比例中可以看出，其中参加会议商务的人数占到%，而从25-44岁占整个旅游人数的%的比重也可以看出。所以，无论是旅行社或是其他旅游新兴的中介都会非常重视商务旅游市场。

(六)期货式旅游也已萌芽。尽管分时度假这种旅游形式在我国还是新鲜事物，还很不规范，但越来越多的城市的白领们选择了长达2017年、20年、30年的分时度假的旅游服务项目，xx年选择分时度假的人数同比上升了数倍，预计全国xx年度购买分时度假者达万余人。目前许多旅游中介已不同程度地介入期货式旅游服务中来，并有几家知名的品牌旅行社联手在全国范围内兴见度假村，开展分时度假业务。

(七)旅游管理趋于有序和规范。旅游中介的规范化工作近年来取得了突破性的进展，包括景点收费、旅游购物消费、导游索要小费等都进行了大力的整顿和规范，出台了一系列的旅游政策和法规，并推行了导游持证上岗，并推行了两卡(胸卡和计分卡)合一的工作，使导游证实行了全国联网的新的计分办法，从而有效约束了规范了导游行为，这使旅游中介向规范化管理工作迈出了一大步。

五、致谢

我xx年xx月毕业于师范专科学校。毕业后分配到二十中学参加工作，一直从事英语教学工作，1995年12月晋升为中学一级教师。在平凡的工作岗位上，为油田二十中的发展，我一直默默奉献着自己的青春和智慧。

一、爱岗敬业，乐于无私贡献。

我热爱自己的教学工作。走上工作岗位已经23个年头，在这平凡的23个春秋中，每当我走上讲台，望着一张张稚嫩的笑脸，浑身便焕发出一种无穷的力量，忘记了工作的辛苦，忘记了生活中的烦恼，因为我热爱这些活泼可爱的孩子们。课堂上，我精心讲解，解答学生一个个疑惑，课堂下，我耐心辅导每一个学生，学生的作业我认真批改，还时常写上几句鼓励的话语。我之所以这样做，是因为我感到作为一名教师的光荣，更认识到作为一名教师责任的重大。因此，在工作中，我精心准备每一节课，我在每次上课前都反复研究教材，我还不断了解学生的学习状况，经常询问学生那些地方是薄弱环节，需要重点讲解，我总是想方设法上好每一节课，力争教好每一个学生，决不放弃一个学生，争取使每一个学生在课堂上都能有所收获，有所提高。英语老师课时多，早读多，晚自习也多，早晨七点钟以前要赶到学校，晚自习后将近十点钟才能回家。当英语老师确实很辛苦，但是工作中，我兢兢业业，任劳任怨，不计个人得失，一切以大局为重，以学生的学习为重，从不挑肥拣瘦。

二、努力做一个富有爱心的老师。工作中，我力求使自己成为做一个富有爱心的教师。我认为爱自己的工作、爱自己的学生是一位教师最基本的素养，是教育的灵魂，是教师高尚的师德情感，是一位教师在事业上取得成功的法宝和前提。否则，他不可能成为一位优秀的教师，更不可能成为学生爱戴的老师。因此我经常从小处着手，从学生关心的小事中寻求最佳教育时机，给学生春风沐浴般的教育。在平时的工作中，我常常用真情温暖学生，处处以真情关爱学生，不仅仅关心成绩好的学生，更关心成绩相对比较落后的学生。对于成绩好的学生，我经常鼓励他们百尺竿头，更进一步;对于学习有困难的学生，我在课下耐心辅导，树立他们的信心，争取使他们也能跟上学习的步伐。

我认为，不放弃一个学生，尤其是不让一个成绩暂时落后的学生掉队，是我们追求的教学境界。也是一位教师所应该具备的良好的职业情感和责任心，因为在教育事业的花园里，一花独放不是春，百花盛开春满园。

三、努力做一个学习型、科研型的新型教师要想做一名优秀的教师，必须是一名爱学习、肯钻研，并且是善于高教科研的教师。做一名学习型、科研型的新型教师一直是我追求的目标。也正是这一目标，激励着我在工作中不断学习、不断反思、不断研究。

就专业知识而言，我酷爱学习英语。英语一直是我喜爱的学科，每当我学习英语的时候，我会感到兴奋，感到余味无穷。我常常把我学习英语的感受告诉我的学生，鼓励他们热爱英语，激发他们对英语的学习兴趣。有时我还把我学习的内容，比如新闻、历史人物等拿到课堂上和我的学生一同欣赏，有时干脆用作教学的素材、练习的题目。通过不断的学习，我的专业知识不断提升，课堂教学也紧跟时代步伐。每每有外出学习的机会，我都争取参加，我曾多次到郑州、北京等地参加培训。每次学习，我都成绩优异，其中20xx年参加油田组织的由外教老师授课的暑期英语培训班，我以平均96分的优异成绩，夺得第一名。

仅仅具有高深的专业知识，不一定成为一名优秀的教师，还必须具有一定的教学技能。因此，在教育教学的同时，我一直坚持理论和业务学习。我反复学习过《英语教学法》一书，我曾经阅读过苏霍姆林斯基的多部教育专著。我还学习了洋思中学的教学模式，以及杜郎口教学模式，吸取他们教学方法中的精华，提升自己的教学水平。另外我还自己订阅了《中小学英语教学与研究》、《中小学外语教学》、《英语试题研究》、《学生英语报》等教学刊物。我坚持自学，并做了大量的读书笔记。通过学习，我掌握了大量先进的教育教学理论，专业知识也得到了应有的提升，教学基本功不断得到加强。20xx年，我参加“国家基础教育试验中心外语教育研究中心”组织的“首届全国中学英语教师教学技能大赛”荣获国家级三等奖。20xx年，参加比赛，再次获得三等奖。
