二、形势分析

1、学生情况分析

本学期九年级一班46人，二班56人。上学期英语最高分138，最低分25。从上学期的成绩来看，尖子生少，中等偏上，基础大，参差不齐，给班级带来很大的难度，平均分不如烂线。大多数学生基础差，想学的东西少。有很大一部分是男生。他们的学习情绪不稳定，无法持之以恒。少数中级学生基本可以配合老师的教学，但意识和素质不足。他们有些沉默，有些沮丧。他们课后很少复习功课，上课也不注重听力。问题出来的时候，不是用脑子思考，而是急于在课本上找到答案。他们长时间说不清为什么，学习方法也不灵活。他们需要老师的监督才能有所作为;也有一些学生不上进，积极性和主动性极差。他们对学习英语不感兴趣。

2、教材分析

本学年英语教学内容为15个单元的一册，其中12个单元自上学期结束已完成，其余3个单元计划在4周内完成教学任务。具体教学内容包括：

词汇：熟记、理解、掌握书中所有单词，熟练运用关键词、短语，复习初中前四册所有单词。

语法：掌握八种时态：一般现在时、一般过去时、一般将来时、现在进行时、过去进行时、现在完成时、过去完成时、过去将来时。了解部分构词法，掌握英语的基本句型结构：简单句、复句、复合句(状语从句、定语从句)。

阅读：主要培养学生根据问题发现细节的能力。然后根据不同学生的水平，分层次看文章。在阅读过程中，要教会学生对长句(复合句、多分句复合句)进行句子结构分析的能力。

写作：书面表达是中考分数损失最大的题目。所以对于大多数学生来说，首先要进行平时的训练，注意主谓宾的基本结构和适时状态。并且多做单词接句子，句子接文章的训练。

完成九年级第一周到第四周的所有教学内容;第五周至第八周，进行名词、代词、数词、冠词、形容词、副词、动词、句式、复合句、交际语言、写作等具体专题复习。第九周到第十二周讲解考试的指导，第十三周到第十六周对模拟试题进行测试和讲解，这样可以更仔细的说话和练习，然后对考试中常见的错误进行总结和复习。最后，考前做好动员工作。复习时要注意突破学生难点，巩固重点，夯实基础，迎接六月中旬中考。

三、教学措施

根据学生情况和班级实际情况，本学期采取以下措施：

(1)首先要扭转学生过去不良的学习习惯和态度，培养学生自觉的学习习惯和良好的思维习惯，在课堂上多练习。我们即将面临的是中考。学生态度多变，不稳定，要调动学生做好思想工作。

(2)根据每个学生的具体情况，要求他们提出明确的学习目标和具体分数。每次考试后都要分析制定下一个目标，只准前进，不准后退，建立错题库进行自我评价。并督促他们努力学习实现目标。

(3)每节课都要注重课堂学习效果，突出重点难点，要求学生掌握自己必须掌握的基本东西。注意检查学生的笔记。每天都要布置作业，否则有些学生会很懒。背和背对英语很重要，要采取各种方法和手段，每天跟踪复习，随机抽查。

(4)教学过程应突出学生的主动性，引导学生主动获取知识，科学训练技能，全面提高综合应用能力。我们应该提倡灵活多样的教学方法，鼓励使用探究、启发式和讨论式的学习方法。避免繁琐的语法分析和琐碎的机械练习。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务，国际金融以及电子商务课程的知识竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

1、严格遵守公司章制度

在学校里学习生活，虽然有一些校园纪律在约束自己的行为，但相对于在公司里工作，还是非常懒散和不受控制的。因为这校园纪律大都是警告性质的，不会对自己的发展有多大的影响。在公司里工作，在方方面面都有详细的规章制度，这些制度就像高压电线一样，如果触犯它们，就会受到惩罚，这些影响可能会对你以后的发展带来很坏的影响。同时，要成为一个非常职业、非常有素质的职业者，必须积极地去面对自己的工作，认真刻苦的来把工作做好，想尽一切办法把自己的工作做的完美。而作为一个职业者，认真负责、积极进取的态度会是自己发奋工作的原动力。所以，要成功地进行实习，必须首先树立去认真负责、刻苦、积极进取的职业操守，像一个真正的职业者一样要求自己。

(4)不可抗力：指因战争、动乱、自然灾害等因素确定对工程造成影响的。

第四条 甲方责任

1、提供总体平面图、各层弱电平面图纸，以便乙方作进一步的深化设计。

2、提供乙方现场施工用电、用水和临时仓库等方便。

3、提供乙方与其他施工单位的协调配合工作。

4、施工过程中所需暂用工具(升降机、人字梯)，经双方商定由甲方提供。

第五条 乙方责任

1、乙方必须根据合同文件所规定的合同工程承包范围设计、施工及验收规范进行合同工程管理、协调、进度控制及在合同工期内完成所有的合同工程设计和施工，同时全面负责有关施工管理、直至合同工程竣工交付及缺陷保修完毕，达到优良工程。

2、乙方须对本工程实施管理、协调和进度控制。全面负责整个承包工程的进度、工程质量、施工技术、安全生产等管理工作，编制施工组织设计，及时向甲方提供整个工期月工程进度计划。

3、根据施工总进度计划及时提出合理的实施计划，并按计划与装饰施工进度安排相衔接。

4、乙方具体承担的工作范围：

(1) 工程项目开工前的各项有关手续;

(2) 施工安装调试;

(3) 施工技术问题的处理和管理;

(4) 施工过程的质量管理;

(5) 施工过程的安全管理;

(6) 系统的相关培训工作,(甲方的上岗培训均由乙方提供，乙方不再另外收取培训费用);

第六条 设备

1、设备范围

经过甲方确认的设备清单及报价将作为本合同的附件文件。

2、设备运输

乙方的设备到货地点为本工程的工地现场。

3、设备变更

本系统的所有设备变更必须经过甲方和乙方的审核批准，并及时办理变更手续。

4、仓储

甲方为乙方提供必要的设备材料仓库。

第七条 工程施工

1、本合同签定生效后，乙方施工队伍即可进驻现场。

2、进场人员必须遵守现场施工管理条例。

3、乙方的施工必须遵守相关的施工工艺规范和施工工艺文件，按照施工图进行施工。

4、乙方的施工必须遵守现场工程安全及文明条例。

5、乙方的施工流程必须服从现场的统一协调和管理。

第八条 竣工验收

a) 乙方在系统竣工自验收后，提交甲方竣工验收申请及相关材料，甲方应在5天内对本系统作出竣工验收意见，验收通过后，乙方正式提交竣工报告及相关文件，提交之日即为系统竣工标志。

b) 竣工相关材料包括：系统使用及维护手册。

c) 保修期自系统竣工验收之日起算。

第九条 保修和支持服务

乙方对本工程免费保修服务壹年(第一年免费服务，第二年收取相应服务费);并负责长期维修服务(届时另签维修协议)。乙方在收到甲方保修通知后在8小时内响应72小时内解决故障 注：人为损坏或不可抗拒的灾害除外 摄像机

第十条 违约责任

对于我来说这卷子是很容易的，可是难点就在要怎么讲述给同学们听才能让他们比较容易接受。这时候我发现做老师的不容易了。初中高中老师不容易，一个小学老师更加难。高年级学生还有一个自己的语法语料库，低年级学生不仅知识少，而且接受能力也不强，讲深了等于对牛弹琴，直接将答案讲出来又没什么效果。当老师真的是意见看似简单实质很难的事情。
