(一)教学目的

1、要使学生受到听、说、读、写的训练，掌握最基础的语言知识和语言技能以及培养初步援用英语交际的潜力;养成良好的外语学习习惯，掌握学习外语的基本方法;为进一步学习和运用英语打下扎实的基础。

四、学情简要分析

今年任教九(2)班英语，学生的基本状况较差，部分学生已经对英语失去了信心，还有一部分学生觉得英语越来越难，渐渐力不从心了，不感兴趣了，上课的注意力也不集中了，发言也不是很活跃。针对这种状况，教学的时候需要注意在备课中增加趣味性，以此来提高学生对英语学习的兴趣。生因为基础不够好，学习很吃力而自暴自弃，有的因此扰乱课堂次序，这给教学带来不少困难。

五、提高教学质量的可行措施及教改措施

(三)、上好英语复习课。九年级面临的是毕业考和升学考试对复习课要求十分之高。英语的复习课不是学习资料的简单重复，而是用新的教学方法在高层次上再现以前学过的资料。精心备课，将学过的各种语言现象进行系统的归纳、教学，方法要灵活多变，激发学生兴趣，点拨分析，鼓励学生多思考、勤实践。

劳动合同法》第四条对用人单位的规章制度提出了严格的要求：“……用人单位在制定、修改或者决定有关劳动报酬、工作时间、休息休假、劳动安全卫生、保险福利、职工培训、劳动纪律以及劳动定额管理等直接涉及劳动者切身利益的规章制度或者重大事项时，应当经职工代表大会或者全体职工讨论，提出方案和意见，与工会或者职工代表平等协商确定。……用人单位应当将直接涉及劳动者切身利益的规章制度和重大事项决定公示，或者告知劳动者。”

3.设立合法、有效、完善的制度进行规范。

My name is ________. I am graduate from ________ senior high school and major in ________. There are ________ people in my family. My father works in a computer company. And my mother is a housewife. I am the youngest one in my family.

In my spare time, I like to read novels. I think reading could enlarge my knowledge. As for novels, I could imagine whatever I like such as a well-known scientist or a kung-fu master. In addition to reading, I also like to play PC games. A lot of grownups think playing PC games hinders the students from learning. But I think PC games could motivate me to learn something such as English or Japanese.
