商务英语实训报告

为了培养我们的创新精神和实践能力，提高我们的综合素质。进行了为期一周的实训，实训中我们互相学习和进步着。在实训期间，我们既要对理论知识进一步的学习，又要体会对商务英语应用中的实践过程，真正切身感受本课程的实际应用。

一、实训目的：了解商务英语在社会和实际工作中的应用, 丰富课程的内容,培养我们理论联系实际的能力,提高在语言应用中分析及解决问题的实际能力。

二、实训要求

1、严格遵守实训作息时间。

2、自觉维护好课堂纪律。

3、自觉完成实训项目。

三、实训内容

（一）商务英语口语练习

1、建立商业关系   通过一篇商务对话，了解了关于商务谈判的过程，并对这篇对话进行了音标以及口语的练习。翻译了英语的明信片，使我们认知英文的名片书写过程。

2、商务谈判   继商务谈判的的对话，模拟业务续写了英语对话，更提高了我们对商务谈判的能力，对以后工作提供铺垫。

（二）商务信函的书写

在国际商务买卖的过程主要分为询盘、发盘、还盘、接受四个环节，其过程中最重要的便是商务信函的书写，我们这次实训中主要对发盘的过程进行了练习。在老师的帮助下对发盘的发虚盘、发实盘的信函实例进行分析与解读和翻译，并对一些内容进行书写练习，使我们掌握了英文信函的书写方式、提升了书写技巧。

（三）商务谈判

在看完有关商务谈判的视频后，在老师的指导下，我们根据视频中的谈判，对其谈判的案例进行分析。全面了解了谈判的类型、谈判时的重要因素、谈判时注意的问题及谈判时的信息搜索。谈判对于商务进行是不可缺少的部分，充分了解谈判的过程和技巧便更一步的促进了合作关系的达成。

（四）进出口贸易信函的分析和书写

根据多篇的进出口贸易信函的阅读及分析。对信函的英汉互译，这不仅对我们英语知识的提高，而且认识了进出口贸易信函书写的方式，在我们多次的练习中提升了写作技巧，更为以后的工作节约了时间。

（五）商务报告

搜索最近发生的经济事件，对事件进行分析与总结，并详写了我们自己的观点。让我们看事件来分析问题，曾进的不只是我们的观点，更是我们对问题分析的能力。最后我们的这项实训任务，用英文的格式练习书写了我们自己的简历，及招聘广告的书信。现在的社会大发展，英文已离不开我们的生活，这样的实训巩固的是我们的课程，也为我们以后的工作提供了极大的方便。

四、实训总结：实训是走向社会起到了一个桥梁的作用，过渡的作用，也对将来走上工作岗位也有着很大帮助。在短暂两周的实训过程中，

1、学生情况分析

本学期九年级一班46人，二班56人。上学期英语最高分138，最低分25。从上学期的成绩来看，尖子生少，中等偏上，基础大，参差不齐，给班级带来很大的难度，平均分不如烂线。大多数学生基础差，想学的东西少。有很大一部分是男生。他们的学习情绪不稳定，无法持之以恒。少数中级学生基本可以配合老师的教学，但意识和素质不足。他们有些沉默，有些沮丧。他们课后很少复习功课，上课也不注重听力。问题出来的时候，不是用脑子思考，而是急于在课本上找到答案。他们长时间说不清为什么，学习方法也不灵活。他们需要老师的监督才能有所作为;也有一些学生不上进，积极性和主动性极差。他们对学习英语不感兴趣。

2、教材分析

本学年英语教学内容为15个单元的一册，其中12个单元自上学期结束已完成，其余3个单元计划在4周内完成教学任务。具体教学内容包括：

词汇：熟记、理解、掌握书中所有单词，熟练运用关键词、短语，复习初中前四册所有单词。

语法：掌握八种时态：一般现在时、一般过去时、一般将来时、现在进行时、过去进行时、现在完成时、过去完成时、过去将来时。了解部分构词法，掌握英语的基本句型结构：简单句、复句、复合句(状语从句、定语从句)。

阅读：主要培养学生根据问题发现细节的能力。然后根据不同学生的水平，分层次看文章。在阅读过程中，要教会学生对长句(复合句、多分句复合句)进行句子结构分析的能力。

写作：书面表达是中考分数损失最大的题目。所以对于大多数学生来说，首先要进行平时的训练，注意主谓宾的基本结构和适时状态。并且多做单词接句子，句子接文章的训练。

完成九年级第一周到第四周的所有教学内容;第五周至第八周，进行名词、代词、数词、冠词、形容词、副词、动词、句式、复合句、交际语言、写作等具体专题复习。第九周到第十二周讲解考试的指导，第十三周到第十六周对模拟试题进行测试和讲解，这样可以更仔细的说话和练习，然后对考试中常见的错误进行总结和复习。最后，考前做好动员工作。复习时要注意突破学生难点，巩固重点，夯实基础，迎接六月中旬中考。

三、教学措施

根据学生情况和班级实际情况，本学期采取以下措施：

(1)首先要扭转学生过去不良的学习习惯和态度，培养学生自觉的学习习惯和良好的思维习惯，在课堂上多练习。我们即将面临的是中考。学生态度多变，不稳定，要调动学生做好思想工作。

(2)根据每个学生的具体情况，要求他们提出明确的学习目标和具体分数。每次考试后都要分析制定下一个目标，只准前进，不准后退，建立错题库进行自我评价。并督促他们努力学习实现目标。

(3)每节课都要注重课堂学习效果，突出重点难点，要求学生掌握自己必须掌握的基本东西。注意检查学生的笔记。每天都要布置作业，否则有些学生会很懒。背和背对英语很重要，要采取各种方法和手段，每天跟踪复习，随机抽查。

(4)教学过程应突出学生的主动性，引导学生主动获取知识，科学训练技能，全面提高综合应用能力。我们应该提倡灵活多样的教学方法，鼓励使用探究、启发式和讨论式的学习方法。避免繁琐的语法分析和琐碎的机械练习。

2.2 乙方有权要求甲方为抵押物投保财产险，并指定乙方为保险权益的第一受益人。财产险投保金额以抵押物价值为准，保险期限不短于债务期限。

2.3 在本合同有效期内，甲方不得以任何理由中断或撤销保险。如保险中断，乙方有权代为办理保险手续，一切费用由甲方承担。

2.4 甲方应按时支付保费，并履行保险合同所约定的义务。

2.5 在主合同项下债务本息和费用未还清前，甲方须按2.2条的约定办理续保手续，否则，乙方有权代为投保，保险费由甲方承担。在抵押物发生灭失、毁损、被征用或都其他损害的情况下，乙方(即抵押权人)有权就该抵押物的保险金、赔偿金、补偿金或者其他款项优先受偿。

2.6 保险单正本由乙方保管，债务人清偿主合同项下所有债务本息和费用后，乙方将保险单正本退还给甲方。

第三条 抵押人保证与承诺

3.1甲方已认真阅读了主合同，并确认所有条款。

3.2 甲方承诺：乙方和债务人协议变更主合同及其项下相关附属合同的条款，除增加借款金额外，其他变更均无需征得甲方的同意，甲方仍继续对变更后的主合同承担担保责任。

3.3 甲方已完成签署本合同所需的所有授权和审批，甲方签署本合同不会导致违反其与任何第三方签订的协议或承诺。

3.4 除本合同签署前已书面通知乙方以外，抵押物不存在任何可能对本合同履行产生重大不利影响的诉讼、仲裁、执行、申诉、复议等程序及其他事件或情况。

3.5 抵押物为甲方合法拥有，不存在任何法律纠纷。甲方保证对抵押物拥有完全的所有权或处分权，抵押物不存在共有、所有权或使用权争议、被监管、被查封或被扣押的任何足以限制乙方实现抵押权的情况。同时，甲方保证抵押物上也未设立任何抵押权或质押权，并免遭任何第三人追索。在本合同签订前，未抵押予任何第三方，并在抵押给乙方期间亦不再设定任何其他未经乙方同意的抵押。

3.6 未经乙方书面同意，甲方不得以拆迁、出售、交易、互易、清偿、出资、转让、赠与、设定担保物权等任何方式处分抵押物。

3.7 甲方应向乙方如实陈述抵押物租赁状况，如已出租的，甲方应书面通知乙方并提供租赁合同，并将设定抵押情况书面通知承租人，期满后续租或者再次出租应经得乙方的书面同意。

甲方出租抵押物所得的租金收入，作为债务人归还主合同项下债务的担保，不得挪作他用。

3.8甲方保证合理使用并妥善保管抵押物，不做任何使抵押物价值减少的行为。如发生毁损、灭失、短少或转移等情况，保管方应承担经济责任。抵押物在抵押期间所发生的一切费用和损耗，由甲方承担。

3.9 甲方接受并保证配合乙方对抵押物的使用、保管、保养状况及权属情况进行检查。

3.10乙方有权要求定期由乙方认可的评估机构对抵押物进行价值评估，评估费用由甲方承担。如抵押物价值已明显下降，不足以作为主合同债务的担保，乙方有权要求甲方或债务人提供乙方认可的其他担保措施。

3.11 有下列情形之一时，甲方应于情形发生之日的次日书面通知乙方，并向乙方提供其他经乙方认可的等值财产(净现值相等)作为抵押物：

(1)抵押物损坏的;

(2)抵押物灭失的;

(3)发生保险事故的;

(4)抵押物权属发生争议的;

(5)抵押物被采取查封、扣押等强制措施的;

(6)抵押物受到第三方侵害的;

(7)抵押物被列入拆迁的范围;

(8)其他可能影响乙方抵押权行使的情形。

3.12 甲方保证乙方为上述抵押担保措施的唯一受益人，并享有排他的权利。若甲方提供的上述抵押物在本合同签订前或签订之后有重复抵押、再抵押、转让、转移出租或其他任何影响乙方利益的行为，则甲方愿意承担相应的违约责任和法律责任。

第四条 抵押权的实现

4.1 有下列情形之一，乙方有权立即行使抵押权：

(1)债务人未按时足额偿还主合同到期债务本息及费用;

(2)甲方违反所作的保证与承诺或有其他不履行本合同义务的行为;

(3)债务人或甲方宣布解散、破产或依法被撤销;

(4)抵押物有损坏或者价值明显减少的可能，足以危害乙方权利，债务人或甲方又未能在乙方通知的时间内提供乙方认可的担保的;

(5)债务人有其他违反主合同约定的情形或主合同被解除或终止;

(6)法律、法规规定的其他可以行使抵押权的情形。

4.2 乙方依法以抵押物折价或拍卖、变卖抵押物所得的价款优先受偿。

4.3 甲方同意自债务人或甲方违约之日起的第二个月，乙方有权直接收取抵押物的孳息(包括但不限于租金、承包费)以清偿债务，甲方无条件予以配合。所收孳息首先用于清偿收取孳息的费用。

4.4 发生行使抵押权情形时，双方协商确定抵押权的实现方式，未能协商一致的，乙方有权直接向人民法院申请拍卖、变卖抵押物。处理抵押物所需的费用(包括律师费在内)由甲方、丙方承担，乙方有权从处理抵押物所得多于债权

4.5 甲方确认：如债务人另行提供了抵押物，乙方有权选择先行执行本合同项下抵押物，甲方对此无任何异议。

第五条 违约责任

5.1 甲方违反或不完全履行本合同约定义务，致使抵押权未设立的，又未能在乙方通知的时间内提供乙方认可的担保时，甲方承担如下违约责任：

(1)甲方为债务人的，甲方应当按照主合同约定的债务本金额的15%向乙方支付违约金，违约金数额以本合同约定的抵押物价值为限。

(2)甲方非债务人的，甲方在本合同约定的抵押物价值范围内对债务人未能清偿的主合同债务本息和费用承担连带赔偿责任。

5.2 甲方违反或不完全履行本合同约定义务，致使抵押物价值减少的，又未能在乙方通知的时间内恢复原状或提供乙方认可的担保时，甲方承担如下违约责任：

(1)甲方为债务人的，甲方应当按照主合同约定的债务本金额的15%向乙方支付违约金，违约金数额以本合同约定的抵押物价值为限。

(2)甲方非债务人的，在乙方依法实现抵押权后，甲方在抵押权实现时的抵押物价值与本合同约定的抵押物价值之间的差额范围内对乙方承担连带赔偿责任，以债务人未能清偿的主合同债务本息和费用为限。

5.3 甲方有其他违约行为的，应赔偿乙方因此所受的一切损失，包括直接或间接损失。

第六条 其他约定事项

第七条 附则

7.1 本合同项下有关抵押物的评估、登记、公证、鉴定、保险、保管、维修、保养、提存及运输等费用均由甲方承担。

7.3 甲、乙双方任何一方违反本合同，均应赔偿守约一方因此造成的损失，该损失包括守约方因处理该违约所支付的律师费损失在内的一切损失。

7.4 甲方发生合并、分立时，由变更后的当事人承担或分别承担履行本合同所规定的义务。

7.5 乙方可以将本合同项下的权利随同主债权全部或部分转让给第三人。

7.6 乙方有权要求办理具有强制执行效力的公证。

7.7甲方授权乙方向中国人民银行信用信息基础数据库及信贷征信主管部门批准建立的信用数据库或有关单位、部门及个人查询其包括社保信息在内的信用状况，查询获得的信用报告限用于中国人民银行颁布的相关信用信息基础数据库管理暂行办法及其他法律法规规定用途范围内。甲方同意乙方将其信用信息提供给

7.8 乙方可就本合同向潜在受让人或可能与乙方订约的其他人透露其认为合适的有关甲方的资料。

7.9 乙方就本合同给予甲方的任何通知、要求或其它函件，一经按本合同记载的或按甲方已书面通知乙方变更后的地址发出即视为已送达甲方。

7.10 甲乙双方在履行本合同过程中所发生的争议，由双方协商解决;协商不成的，按下列第(2)项方式解决：
