(1)要问清楚公司能不能在你上班就马上签劳动合同并于试用期满后提供社会保险和医疗保险等。有的不正规的公司是做不到上面两条的。同时你要问清楚试用期多久(一般1-3个月，劳动法规定最多不能超过6个月。)，可不确定或超过6个月的公司可以不考虑。
