2016年10月英语师范专业大学生实习报告

作为一个英语师范专业的大三学生，我如愿以偿地来到了苏州太阳花英语学校进行了为期两个月的暑假实习。在这里，从对授课的概念还停留在书本上，到会设计有实际操作意义的lesson plan，再到能娴熟地进行授课活动;从面对孩子突然爆发的哭声茫然不知所措，到能妥善处理一些突发状况，我的确学到了很多，尤其是增长了许多的经历，这说长不长说短不短的两个月，是我在教育之路上的第一块敲门砖，也是我的第一桶金。

从初试、复试、培训、听课再到正式授课，我经历了从student到student teacher 再到teacher的成长过程。

作为助教，我们的作用是很大的。因为我们计划并且操作一堂课。课前，我们根据教科书编写lesson plan. 就是一整堂课的流程，这是给外教用的，包括复习内容、新学内容、课堂游戏等等。课中，我们全程陪同，翻译、维护课堂秩序、提醒外教下一步该做什么。最后的半小时，是英语角，整个就是我的活儿，因为外教只上一个半小时。这一部分也有lesson plan， 而且是很系统很紧凑的，因为在这短短的半小时里，我们要帮助小朋友们复习巩固他们所学的知识，同时融入warm up， game， song and dance多种元素。通常英语角是在整个课的最后半小时，这个时候小朋友们基本上已经坐不住了，而且只有助教一个老师负责了，所以这个时候的授课难度也是最大的。好吧，现在让我来简单介绍一下我是如何开始和结束一堂课的吧。

上午10点，开始上课。玩是孩子的天性，在教授幼儿口语的时候，我们侧重以“游戏”为基本活动的教学活动，更贴近3—6岁少儿在该年龄阶段身心发展的规律和学习特点。

早晨10点之前，我已经早早来到了教室，手中拿着今天上课需要用到的卡片，包括上次课所学内容和今天要学习的内容，还有lesson plan和一些辅助上课的道具，比如彩色的球，、会叫的卡通大榔头等等。我先和陆续到来的学生和家长打招呼寒暄几句，并且把小朋友的英文名写在白板上。十点了，外教sharaif走进课堂，带领孩子们玩起了课前warm up的游戏，一首耳熟能详的歌曲《london bridge》让所有孩子们顿时打起了精神。所有孩子围绕着老师，哼着倒背如流的英语歌曲，全身心地投入了游戏角色。此时，sharaif俨然成为了全班的核心人物。2小时的英语课堂就在这样轻松活跃的气氛中拉开帷幕。

我们为低年龄阶段的孩子提供了不同于传统教学的纯英语学习环境，采取全外教授课模式，通过运用现代教学工具，并配合教师擅长的tpr教学，从视觉、听觉等多方面进行感觉刺激，促进小朋友英语语言技能的逐步成长。

镜头一：sharaif举起了手里的单词卡片，环绕全班小朋友提问：“what’s this?” 卡片正面画了一只活泼可爱的猴子，立即有小朋友应声答道：“monkey” sharaif立即举起了大拇指，我在黑板上为其中反映最快的小朋友画上了一颗五角星，作为积极发言的答题奖励。紧接着，sharaif在每一位小朋友前站立，让小朋友模仿自己的口型和发音跟着朗诵，小朋友的每一次发音有错误，她便会要求小朋友再次跟读直至将单词朗读正确为止。

镜头二：在学习了一系列有关动物的单词后，sharaif和孩子们玩起了动物模仿秀，由老师模仿动物，小朋友们比赛谁写说出正确的单词。当外教弯下腰，双臂左右摇摆，小朋友sky响亮的冒出了单词elephant。

镜头三：十五分钟后，所有单词卡片分散在教室的地面上，这回，小朋友们必须身体力行，练习听单词找卡片。所有单词卡片分散在教室的地面上，小朋友都站在自己的座位前面，他们需要在最短的时间里准确无误地找出外教说出的单词。这个时候，课堂气氛顿时进入高潮，手脑并用的教学方式增添了许多趣味。小朋友们在边学边玩的愉快过程中就学会了这些单词。

镜头四：接下来是游戏时间。玩的是wolf， wolf， what time is it. 小朋友们和外教分别在教室的东北角和西南角，小朋友们发问wolf， wolf， what time is it. wolf(外教)就会回答five o’clock， 这时候小朋友们就要往外教走五步。在最后的dinner time时被抓住的小朋友要过去念卡片......直到剩下一个小朋友，就是winner.

经过这两个月的实习，我还获得了不少实习心得。

一，首先，让学生喜欢英语

让学生觉得英语并不难。自信和兴趣是非智力因素的主要成分，树立良好的自信心和培养浓厚的兴趣，对学习英语将起到积极的推动作用。而长期以来，学生却形成了”英语难学，自己学不好”的心理问题，这就给英语教学工作带来了不利的影响，消除这种心理障碍的主要途径就是要教给学生正确的学习方法。比如在记忆单词时，可以采取多种方式学习相结合，掌握其规律，让学生有据可依，有章可循，而不是机械地记忆某一个知识点。当学生们用自己学过的知识创造出新知识的时候，英语学习就再不是难事了。

二，让学生们相信自己

让学生了解自己的学习成果。学生通过学习必定要获得一定的成果，学生及时了解自己学习的成果，包括所学的知识在实际的应用，作业的正误，成绩的好否，能巩固和发展他们学习动机。老师对学生在课堂中的口头回答要给予肯定或否定，书面专业要及时批改，让他们知道自己的进步情况，从而使他们的学习态度和方法得以强化，激发他们学习的积极性。同时通过反馈作用激起他们的上进心，产生克服缺点的意志，努力向前。

三，培养学生的良好习惯

每个人都有自己不同于他人的学习习惯。好习惯能帮助一个人提高学习效率，使他终生受益。但良好习惯的需要在平时的学习中，通过不断积累，多次练习之后才能逐步形成。学生学习英语之初是培养良好习惯的好时机，否则，一些不良习惯一旦形成，就很难改变。在阅读课文时，注意方式和速度，善于了解事实，发现问题，推断未知信息。练习写句子时，要注意标点符号，大小写，字迹要清楚。平时养成按时完成作业，勤用工具书，科学利用时间等好习惯。

四，形成正确的学习策略

所谓的学习策略是指在学习过程中用以提高学习质量，学习效率的各种活动。它涉及到学习目标、个人知识、学习计划、学习方法和技能等各种与学习有关的因素。如怎样理解、记忆和运用所学的单词，句型，应采取什么样的形式对所学知识的理解、记忆和运用等。

五，端正学习态度

1。要勤学苦练。英语是一种交际工具。学习英语就是要学到熟练地使用这个工具的本领。掌握英语的主要途径就是练。学习英语的过程就是一种练功夫的过程。学英语，语言知识是必须学的，但是只有通过足够的练习，才能领会所学的知识，逐渐达到纯熟地运用的地步。而要达到能听懂、看懂英语，能用英语说和写，也就是能使用这个交际工具，非勤学苦练不可。

2。要积极大胆地说，大胆地读，注意克服畏难、怕羞、不敢开口的心理障碍。

3。要持之以恒。学习英语，要靠日积月累地坚持学习，最忌一曝十寒。开始学习时，觉得新奇，兴趣很浓，往往忽视学习的长期性和艰巨性。不少学生，开始学得不错，渐渐跟不上了，原因很多，而怕困难，不能坚持，往往是原因之一。

六，提高自身的素质，让学生崇拜老师

对学生来说英语已不是既陌生又神秘的学科。许多孩子从小就开始在父母的教育下学习英语，有的孩子在学校开始教授英语前就已经有了很深的英语基础。所以作为老师的就要对学生有问必答，只要学生想学的东西，我们必须给予回答，甚至与我们教学毫不相干的语言我们也要多少掌握一些。有一次，在我上课批改作业时，有一个学生对另一个学生说了一句俄语，我当时说;你说的是法语，意思是china。他感到惊讶，说”老师，法语你也会啊?我是跟我爸爸学的，就会这么一个词。以后我想学法语，就找你。”我对他说:”只要你肯学，我一定教你。但是你首先要把我们现在学的英语学好。”他又有说了一句:”ok。 thank you very much， teacher。”在以后的学习中，这个学生一直努力向前，以优异的成绩读完了英语课程。在其他的学科书上，也可以看到一些外语单词。我想如果学生问起来，老师的回答是:不知道。这会让学生感到失望，而我们也会觉得尴尬。我认为老师留给学生的第一印象，将不知不觉地给他们学习这门学科产生影响。学习是为了应用，用是学习的目的，也是学习的动机。当学生在语言使用中常到了甜头，提高兴趣，获得成功感时，就会增强信心。同时，也会在语言使用中发现问题，并想办法解决，单纯的机械操练只是对语言的的理解。所以，我们要更加努力地学习，发挥自身的辅导作用。

一、营造活跃的学习氛围，激发学生的学习兴趣，能提高教学效率。

爱因斯坦曾说过：“兴趣是最好的老师”。托尔斯泰也曾说过：“成功的教学需要的不是强制而是激发学生的学习兴趣”。的确如此，如果一个学生对所学的科目有了浓厚的兴趣，那么就会产生强烈的求知欲，就会认真学习，反之，没有兴趣，被迫进行的学习会扼杀他们掌握知识的意愿。因此，培养、提高、保持学生的学习兴趣是提高学生学习成绩的首要条件。基于这一点，我在教学中比较注重激发学生的学习兴趣，通过运用各种教学方法、设计形式多样的活动，比如说，设置一些学生比较感兴趣的游戏，像“whats missing?"、"找卡片"等，为学生营造一个比较宽松的学习氛围，让学生在这种氛围中充分发挥自己的智慧，激发他们的学习兴趣，从而积极快乐地投入到学习中去。

二、关注学生的学习状况。

英语作为一种语言最重要的是在实际中运用,因此,除了课堂练习外,还需要让学生在平常生活中多读,多讲,多练。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取组长监督的方式,以确保他们不落后，提高他们的朗读能力。在批改作业方面，要求学生的作业及时完成，我也按时地批改，并详细地做好批注，对普遍性错误，在全班重点讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业就采取面批方法，单独地分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题，提高教学质量。

三、充分利用教材的优势，进行情景教学。

本套教材的特点是图文并茂，形象生动并且与生活实际联系密切。在课上我充分利用直观教具、动作表演、卡片、挂图、实物，随时随地取材或根据课文内容创设语言环境，并尽量多地使用英语，逐步过渡到用英语进行课堂教学，使学生置身于一个英语的环境中。有意创设的语言环境，形象直观，生动活泼，也有助于学生理解所学英语，引起兴趣;视听结合也便于加深初学印象，强化记忆。

四、挖掘学生潜力，培养学生自信心。

德国教育家第斯多惠说：“教学的艺术不在于传授适应，而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。”每当学生用英语讲完后，我就给予他们鼓励，让他们感到自豪，有一种成就感。对于不同程度的同学，在课堂上给予不同程度的问题，让他们回答，他们的一丁点进步也及时得到鼓励，从而使他们都觉得，只要自己认真跟着老师学，就能学得好，树立起学好英语的心理优势。在课堂教学中要求学生人人参与，加强交际的互动性。在课堂交流中，少批评，多表扬;少指责，多鼓励，努力找到学生的优点，常以“Very good!”、“Great!”、“Excellent!”、“Well done!”、“You are very clever!”等等来鼓励他们的积极参与,充分唤起他们说英语的自豪感。

五、注重过程评价，调动学生积极性。

在对学生的评价方面，我通过作业、课上表现、听写情况、背诵课文等形式给学生积分，每次看到学生的进步和优秀表现后都会发给他们印有卡通图案的小贴画，极大地调动了学生学习英语的积极性。我也深刻体会到鼓励要比惩罚有效得多。

六、今后努力的方向。

1、作业布置方面的缺失。一些口头作业实效不大。

2、在教学方面我发现自己形成了一种定式，没有创新以及大胆实践的勇气。我应该多看教学方面的理论以及多听几位有经验教师的课，进行学习，不断提升自己，形成自己独特的教学风格。

3、对教材的把握不够，很多优秀老师的优点没有学到，听课的次数也还不够多，有些缺乏与其他教师的沟通，希望在下个学期能多学习新课标，多吸取他人经验，不断提高自己的教学水平。

4、学困生的个别辅导也是我下学期要进行探索的内容，在这方面我做得还不够，希望在今后的工作学习中能积累丰富的经验，也能取得良好的效果。

2017年9月商务英语专业大学生暑假实习报告范文

暑假的假期时间一般很长，差不多有两个月的时间吧。这两个月是一段很难得的时间，只要你把握好了，可以做很多事情。我想做的事情就是暑假的时候到社会上参加实践活动，加强自己的能力。

实践吗，就是自己出去从事于自己专业想干或是不相干的实习，不过目的只有一个，那就是做到锻炼自己，让自己的动手能力得到加强，从而在以后的工作学习中取得宝贵的经验!赚钱倒是其次。

我是一名商务英语专业的学生。在即将毕业的这几个月里，我主要负责的工作内容是办公室文秘。在这一过程中，我采用了看、问、学等方式，锻炼英语听说读写能力，掌握实用的商务英语技能，实践和巩固商务英语知识，为以后正常工作的展开奠定了坚实的基础，从个人发展方面说，对我影响最大的应该是作为一个社会人工作作风以及在工作过程中专业知识对工作的重要作用，初步了解了公司文秘工作中的具体业务知识，拓展了所学的专业知识。因为这些都是我在校学习中不曾接触过的方面，所以我将在报告中首先讲述我在实习期间积累的这方面的认识和经验。

这是第一次正式与社会接轨踏上工作岗位，开始与以往完全不一样的生活。每天在规定的时间上下班，上班期间要认真准时地完成自己的工作任务，不能草率敷衍了事。我们的肩上开始扛着责任，凡事得谨慎小心，否则随时可能要为一个小小的错误承担严重的后果付出的代价.

实习是每一个大学毕业生必须拥有的一段经历，他使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识,也打开了视野，长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础，实习是我们把学到的理论知识应用在实践中的一次尝试。我想，作为一名即将毕业的大学生，建立自身的十年发展计划已迫在眉睫，不是吗?

同事相处

踏上社会，我们与形形色色的人打交道。由于存在着利益关系，又工作繁忙，很多时候同事不会象同学一样对你嘘寒问暖。而有些同事表面笑脸相迎，背地里却勾心斗角不择手段，踩着别人的肩膀不断地往上爬，因此刚出校门的我们很多时候无法适应。比如我们公司做网络推广的同事，他们很注意对自己客户资料的保密，以防被同事抢去自己的业绩，因而关系显得有点淡漠。但是环境往往会影响一个人的工作态度。一个冷漠没有人情味的办公室，大家就会毫无眷恋之情，有更好的机会他们肯定毫不犹豫的跳槽。他们情绪低落导致工作效率不高，每天只是在等待着下班，早点回去陪家人。而偶尔的为同事搞一个生日party，生病时的轻轻一句慰问，都有助于营造一个齐乐融融的工作环境。心情好，大家工作开心，有利于公司的发展。在电视上不止一次的看到职场的险恶，公司里同事之间的是非，我想我能做的就是多工作，少闲话。且在离毕业走人仅剩的几个月，更加珍惜与同学之间的相处。

自学能力

在大学里学的不是知识，而是一种叫做自学的能力。参加工作后才能深刻体会这句话的含义。除了英语和计算机操作外，课本上学的理论知识用到的很少很少。我担任的是文员一职，平时在工作只是打打电话处理文件，几乎没用上自己所学的专业知识。而同公司的网站开发人员就大不一样了。计算机知识日新月异，在一个项目中，他们经常被要求在很短的时间内学会用一种新的计算机语言进行开发设计，他们只能在自己以前的基础上努力自学尽快掌握知识。在这个信息爆炸的时代，知识更新太快，靠原有的一点知识肯定是不行的。~~~◇本文仅供参考，感谢您的支持~!~我们必须在工作中勤于动手慢慢琢磨，不断学习不断积累。遇到不懂的地方，自己先想方设法解决，实在不行可以虚心请教他人，而没有自学能力的人迟早要被企业和社会所淘汰。

工作辛苦

就算再寒冷再差的天气，只要不是周末，都得去上班，有时候公司业务繁忙，晚上或周末得加班，那留给个人支配的时间更少。我们必须克制自己，不能随心所欲地不想上班就不来，而在学校可以睡睡懒觉，实在不想上课的时候可以逃课，自由许多。每日重复单调繁琐的工作，时间久了容易厌倦。象我就是每天就是坐着对着电脑打打字，显得枯燥乏味。但是工作简单也不能马虎，你一个小小的错误可能会给公司带来巨大的麻烦或损失，还是得认真完成。一直以来，我们都是依靠父母的收入，而有些人则是大手大脚的花钱。也许工作以后，我们才能体会父母挣钱的来之不易。而且要开始有意识地培养自己的理财能力，一不留神可能就入不敷出成为月光一族，但此时我们再也不好意思伸手向父母要，因此很多时候我们要合理支配我们手中的这笔少的可怜的钱。

我在实习的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实习日子短和我并非文秘专业的关系，对文秘有些工作的认识仅仅停留在表面，只是在看人做，听人讲如何做，未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些工作，所以未能领会其精髓。但时通过实习，加深了我对文秘基本知识的理解，丰富了我的实际管理知识，使我对日常文秘管理工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做好日常企业文秘管理工作，既要注重管理理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。做到:(1)坚持理论联系实际;(2)加强英语的学习;(3)注意本课程同其他相关课程的联系;(4)坚持学以致用;商务英语是一门实践性很强的应用学科。实习中深有体会，许多书本中学的东西想要发发挥其作用需要广泛积极的应用于外贸交流中，处理工作事务中学习到很多书本没有讲的知识，可见学以致用在这门学科里的重要性。人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。

天下英雄皆我辈，一入江湖立马催。从学校到社会的大环境的转变，身边接触的人也完全换了角色，老师变成老板，同学变成同事，相处之道完全不同。在这巨大的转变中，我们可能彷徨，迷茫，无法马上适应新的环境。我们也许看不惯企业之间残酷的竞争,无法忍受同事之间漠不关心的眼神和言语。很多时候觉得自己没有受到领导重用，所干的只是一些无关重要的杂活，自己的提议或工作不能得到老板的肯定。做不出成绩时，会有来自各方面的压力，老板的眼色同事的嘲讽。而在学校，有同学老师的关心和支持，每日只是上上课，很轻松。常言道：工作一两年胜过十多年的读书。两个月的实习时间虽然不长，但是我从中学到了很多知识，关于做人，做事，做学问。

这次的暑期实习带给我的不仅仅是一种社会经验,更是我人生的一笔财富。更可喜的是我在实习期间还结识了一些好朋友，他们给予我不少的帮助。俗语说：纸上得来终觉浅.没有把理论用于实践是学得不深刻的。而我已深刻的体会到我经验的不足了，并且也认识到了我所学的浅薄，相信这次实习对我日后的学习和工作有所帮助。感谢在这期间所有帮助过我和关心过我的人!

当代大学生是我们这个时代的希望，振兴祖国的重任也在我们身上，我们不能成为垮掉的一代，我们要继续努力的将我们的事情做好，将来毕业后为社会做出自己应有的贡献，这才是我们多年艰苦学习的结果，我相信在我们这一代的拼搏下，我们祖国的未来一定会更加的强大、繁荣!
