一、教材分析

四、后进生的情况分析及帮助措施

根据上学期的英语学习情况分析，，，等英语学习情况不很理想，主要原因是他们的听课习惯太差，上课效率很低，课后又不会自觉学习弥补，所以掉队。另外刚转学来的8名学生更是困难重重，个别连英语都没接触过。相应措施是加强对他们良好学习品格的培养，督促他们上课专心听讲，同时适当利用课外时间多帮助他们。利用课余时间对他们进行个别辅导;经常与后进学生谈心，鼓励他们克服心理障碍，只要他们有所进步，就给予肯定和鼓励。

五、本学期提高本学科教学质量措施

英语的作业主要是英语周报以及课课练的试卷。初中的课程很注重练习。每天都必须一定量的练习训练。英语作业大都是选择题，所以改起来不算麻烦。不过还是发现了自己改作业的缺陷，同样一个班的试卷，别人十来分钟就批完了，自己恁是要花上个把个小时。后来还是朱老师教了自己，原来批改作业也有方法讲究的。若将答案写在另一张纸上，abcd答案与试卷答案的间隔一样，批改起来只需将不一致的划掉就可以了，这样批改起来效率果然可以高很多。批改时发现有些题目学生错的比较集中，甚至答案都错到一个选项上，说明那个题目很容易被误导到那个错选项上。这样讲评时便需要着重讲解。批改作业主要也就是为了了解学生的掌握程度，以及查漏补缺吧。

大概是第二周的时候，自己有幸终于走上了三尺讲台，开始紧张异常。这真实讲课可与微格教室里的不同，下面真真切切的有六十多双眼睛看着自己呢。我讲的是第三单元的welcome to the unit. 备课时从网上找了很多的课件，然后整理了半天。走到教室时学生齐刷diyifanwen.com刷都将目光投向了我，先是一小会的骚动，铃声响了教室也安静了下来。随着good morning的进入，自己渐渐不再紧张，只是讲英语时还是眼睛离不开备课笔记，终究还是对自己没有自信。初二的学生还很活跃，教他们讨论问题时都很快的讨论起来，只是还是很难主动自己站起来回答问题。任何时候点名回答问题还是必须的。本来预计将welcome讲完将reading也提下的，结果还是没赶上。课后老师说自己讲的还好，学生也挺配合我的，心里面甜丝丝的。后来又讲了两节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲习题时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。还有一个就是任务型阅读。这是高考新增的题型，初二也开始训练。说白了，任务型阅读主要就是main point的概括，朱老师讲做任务型阅读先要看空，分析出应当填什么词性的单词，然后在原文中找出类似的表达，变换下也就能写出答案来了。特别要注意首字母的大小写。

讲课时时间的安排要紧凑，发现自己讲课时说话太慢，讲的内容少而杂乱，没有形成程序。以后还是要注重锻炼自己的速度，思维要敏捷，做事情要干练。

二、班主任工作

带我的班主任工作的指导老师也是我的曾经初中时候的班主任，一向欣赏她工作作风的我有幸跟着她学习。做实习班主任期间，曾老师教会我如何培养班干部的能力以及如何凝聚班集体。我自己也常常观察学生，了解他们的变化并在需要时给予辅导 。

三、对自己英语课堂教学优缺点的总结

结合指导老师、实习老师、同学们的意见以及自己的思考，我对自己此次英语课堂教学优缺点做如下总结

1. 课堂流程整体把握不错，上课有章法，遵循纯阳学校规定的“四步流程教学法”或“PPP”教学法等。

2. 课堂上教态自然，教学耐心;常微笑，常鼓励学生;对学生一视同仁，平等对待。

3. 讲解知识点的同时，能注意学生能力、策略、情感及态度的培养。

4. 板书的设计与书写需要提高;课堂举例要有意义，要举经典例句

5. 讲具体的一节课要有重点，要有简明的课堂小结

6. 声音要再洪亮一些，有升降。

7. 对睡觉、玩手机的学生管理应该严厉一些

8. 在讲解知识点时，要按照考试大纲分轻、重。

四、对英语课堂教学与考试的思考

在听课与讲课的过程中，我听取其他老师的意见，结合自己的心得体会，觉得作为一个好老师，不但要对基本的专业知识有深刻熟练的把握，还要对考纲、考点十分了解，更重要的是弄清楚考试与课堂教学的关系并将其应用于实际教学中。这样在讲课过程中，让学生们打下扎实的英语基础的同时，考试也能考出好成绩。

考试、中考并不与我们在大学里所学的教学法对课堂教学的要求相矛盾。考试是形式，是一个让老师了解自己教学效果的手段，也是一个让学生总结学习方法，促进学生学习的助推器。只是现在好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，所以因此导致了一些问题。现在的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、学生，甚至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不当的理解，以致对英语课堂教学产生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰恰是本末倒置。考试，重知识，轻技能;重语法与词汇，轻情感与策略。从而误导老师上课也如此。所以我认为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研究考纲、考点并把它灵活的运用到课堂上，并且善于出考试题，出有质量的考试题，更加善于让考试服务于课堂教学。当然做到这些需要学校领导的认可与支持。这些都是我以后的努力方向。

为期一个月的实习生活在不知不觉中落下了帷幕。在这段时间里，我学到了很多在大学课堂里学不到的东西，也体验到了很多人生中从未有过的经历。下面我从英语教学，实习班主任两个方面对自己的实习工作做一个简要的总结。

首先，在英语教学方面。实习的前两周我的主要任务是听课和评课，从中学习指导老师的教育精髓。第三周开始，我体验了几节正规的英语教学课。此次是在初一年级实习，一堂课的知识结构是十分紧凑的，只要一个环节出错或者中断，就会影响自己的整个教学流程。因此我在讲课的前一天就开始上网搜集材料，准备课件，为上好第一节课做好准备，刚开始有点紧张，但是慢慢的看到学生们那可爱的充满求知欲的目光，我的紧张就转变为动力了。课后，指导老师王老师帮我分析了一下这一堂课，在肯定成绩的同时也指出了我的缺点所在，比如，知识模块的衔接上还不够自然，学生的积极性还没有充分的调动起来，经过王老师的指点，我在后几天的教学过程中加以了改进，课堂教学的效果比之前有了较大的提高。这也让我明白了，教学成绩的提高不是一天两天的功夫，而是一个长期积累准备的过程。

其次，在实习班主任工作方面。在做班主任的日子中，我主要是检查他们的早操和早读以及值日生打扫卫生的情况。另外，我还召开了一次主题班会，对学生进行情感方面的教育。通过这一次的实习班主任工作，自己初步地领略到了如何去引导教育学生，不仅是在学习上，还包括思想文化品质方面。总结起来说，我把自己从第一节课开始意识到的不足都一一列了出来，包括：声音不够响亮，时间安排有时不够合理，教学重难点不够突出，引导学生进行讨论时表达不够详尽，给予学生独立思考的空间不够大„„我小心翼翼的记录着每一点，虽然看起来很多，但我并不为此失去信心，因为只有找出自己的不足，才能够有针对性的去改进，看到了自己的进步，我的自信自然就增加了。我决定要自我教育，扬长避短，把我的不足一一攻破，在不断进步中逐步完善自己,努力成为一名合格优秀的人民教师。

在改进自己的同时，我还花了些心思在研究学生方面。学生是个好动、思维活跃、好奇心强的年龄阶段，因此，他们的注意力很容易被转移。所以，如何来调动学生的学习兴趣成了首要任务。在课堂上，教师可以借助自己的人格魅力，再结合一些生动形象的表情、姿态、手势，使语言更具表现力，这样就能够让学生感受到学习的乐趣。此外，小学生也是需要重视的群体，他们爱表现，教师应该争取给每个人机会，并适当的进行奖惩，以优生带动后进生，营造一个良好的学习氛围。我想，只要用心关爱每个学生，就一定可以看到他们的进步。

短短的几个月很快就过去了，天下无不散筵席，我要感谢我的指导老师，你的点评让我受益良多，真所谓“听君一席话，胜读十年书。”还要谢谢我的第一批学生，虽然老师不能记住你们每一个人的名字，但是你们的欢声笑语、一举一动，你们的玲珑面孔会永远清晰地印在我的脑海里。以上就是自己对这一个月的实习生活所做的总结。除了上述两个方面外，我还收获了很多。这一次的实习是我人生当中最有纪念价值的阶段之一。实习不仅教会了我英语教学方面的知识，更重要的是它让我学会了生活中的点滴感动。只有自己经历过了才深深地感受到老师在学生心目中的伟大和神圣。这一个月中的所，无论自己将来从事何种职业，都将使我终身受益!实习，给我步向人生另一个阶段上了一节悠长而充实的公开课，是我人生路上一笔不可多得的财富，也给我留下了很多美好回忆，那些快乐、那些难得经历，我一定好好珍惜!
