一、 研究教材和高考大纲，认真备课。

教学中，备课要充分考虑学生的基础，了解和分析学生情况，从日常生活中选取学生感兴趣的，富有教育意义的新颖的素材。经过两个班的努力学习后，英语成绩有起色，(16)班的平均分在年级中位居前列。但这还远远不够，（20）班学困生占较大多数，中等生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体。时间长了，学生的学习积极性欠佳，两极分化初见端倪。我备课时注意到了这一点，在教学过程中采用小组合作的方式，先自学，再讲解，收到了良好效果。

二、 培养学生良好的英语学习习惯

首先，要培养学生良好的学习习惯，课前多预习，课堂上让学生集中注意力听讲，把老师讲的内容真正听懂。课后认真完成配套的巩固练习，不懂的地方，多向老师或成绩稍好的学生请教。

其次，学习要分清主次，对于较弱的英语，课后时间分配应该多一些。高一是打基础的阶段，如果基础打不好，以后想提高也难。

第三、要灵活掌握学过的知识点，学习要讲究方法，举一反三，融会贯通，只有这样，学生才能把所学的知识点串联起来，不容易忘记。毕竟，学习英语需要不断地积累。

第四、鼓励学生背诵课文美文。在早读时，我让课代表自己选择朗读内容，经常走动了解情况，发现问题及时纠正。对学生的语音语调，也会提醒他们在跟读中注意模仿。

第五、培优和补差。因为英语的特殊性，学生在学习过程中，会出现好差分化现象。听不懂的学生太多，就会严重影响班内的学习风气。因此，不能忽视对

我从正式开始学习翻译到现在，不过两年时间。作为一个年轻的翻译爱好者，我对翻译这门让人时而绝望时而又充满希望的艺术，有着自己最真实的经历与感悟。在此想借本文与所有翻译新手共勉。

关于英汉互译的研究著作可谓汗牛充栋，各种派别观点层出不穷，让后来者眼花缭乱，却又无从选择。其实从英译汉的角度来说，究其本质，过程无非就两个步骤：1、准确理解英文原文;2、用地道的中文表达原文的含义。

如何准确理解英文原文

我们先来谈谈第一个步骤，如何准确理解英文原文——这一点说白了就是考验译者的阅读理解能力。如果说在阅读中遇到不认识的单词或词组，译者尚且能够通过查阅字典的方式解决的话，那么英语中繁复多样的句式往往就不是一本字典可以打发的了。尤其在阅读文学性较强的英语作品时，作者行云流水般的笔触通常都是借助丰富多变的句型来表现的。这些英语作品与我们日常教科书本中选取的文章相比，往往来得更为艰深难懂。怎么办?惟一的办法就是从头做起：

1、确保自己在学校中或是培训班上接触到的一切阅读材料都能够完全透彻地理解。

千万不要小瞧学校老师为你选择的阅读教材，或许它们所触及的话题不是非常新鲜前卫，或许它们涵盖的内容与你的兴趣爱好相悖。但是，它们却能在不经意间为你打下阅读基础的坚实栋梁。

2、在学有余力的基础上，可以选择一些英语课外读物来扩充自己的阅读量。

对具体英语读物的选择其实还是有些讲究的。比如，有些学生对文学类作品很感兴趣，但并不意味着他们在一开始就该选择那些厚得像砖块一样的原版名著来阅读，因为这样做无异于“自杀”。究其原因，仅其中的生词就足以使阅读者信心全无。那么，那些有中英文对照的版本是否能称为上佳之选呢?答案依然为否。因为这极易激发读者的惰性，尤其对阅读量有限的读者来说更是如此。

对此我的建议是，选择那些名著的缩写本，并且是配有详细注释的版本。在阅读过程中，读者往往很难定位陌生的词组或表达。比如说有这样一句话：HesaidthatIwaswayoutofthatgirl’sleague.初次见到这个表达的人可能以为只要查到league的中文意思问题就解决了，他们无法立刻意识到，AbeoutofB’sleague是一个完整的词组表达式，其含义是：A君配不上B君;而句中的way一词，也不是我们以前学过的“道路”或者“方式、方法”的意思，而应解释为“远远地”或是“过于”。所以，全句的正确理解应为：他说我压根儿就配不上那个女孩子。如果读者选择读物的时候能够找到有类似这样配以注释的版本，阅读起来就既不会因为生词过多而灰心，同时又能够逐渐培养定位词组的语感了。

3、将新鲜或新学的词组记录在笔记本上，并连同该词组出现的句子一起写下，以供随时重温。

有时候，仅写下词组对我们的记忆来说是一项很大的挑战，因为我们可能很快就会忘记其含义。即使当初在一旁写下了中文意思，时间一长就会忘记应如何使用它了。这时如果为该词组提供背景环境，不但能够加深我们对它的记忆，也可以为日后模仿成句提供现成例子。

对英语原文的准确理解是英译汉的第一步。形象说来，这一步就像是“踩点”，一定要踩得准、踩得到位，只有这样才能为下一步转换成中文打好基础。

如何使行文变得“地道”

英译汉的第二步是用地道的中文表达原文的含义。这对译者的中文功底是一个十足的考验。这里的“地道”指的是，译文不会让人感觉到有英语原文的痕迹，就好像它原来就是一篇中文作品一样。

很多时候，译者对原文的理解没有问题，但是要将这粗糙、原始、零碎的理解升华为通顺、精致、具整体性的另一种语言，并用符合该语言习惯用法的表达转述出来，往往就不是那么容易了。尤其当原文是以精确简约著称的英语，而目标语言是惯于华美繁复的汉语时，我们往往就得花费更多的工夫去打磨译文，才能弥合两种语言之间的沟壑。那么我们如何培养出这种“地道”的翻译呢?

再拿前文提到过的一个句子为例：HesaidthatIwaswayoutofthatgirl’sleague.句中way一词若单独解释，则可以理解为“过于”或“远远地”等含义，但是如果直接放置到句中，其译文则成为：他说我过于配不上那个女孩子;他说我远远配不上那个女孩子;与我们给出的译文“他说我压根儿就配不上那个女孩子”相比，“过于”和“远远”显然都不如“压根儿”来得地道，虽然从本质上讲，这三个词的含义都很相近。你一定想问：我怎么就想不到“压根儿”这个词呢?那是因为你没有成功进行角色的变换。

什么叫做角色的变换?

当我们做到上文所讲的第一步“准确理解英文原文的含义”后，我们的思维会在不经意间嵌入英文语言的模式。这时，只有成功脱离该模式，进入换位思考的状态，才有可能在最大程度上激活自身的汉语表达能力。面对这种情况，我们应该将原文的含义提取出来，暂存在大脑中，想想作为一个中国人，他会怎样来表达这层意思;或者回想自己有没有亲历过类似的情况，自己当时又是如何表达的呢?如此这般，较为地道的用语就能信手拈来了。

又如这么一个句子：Butthesameadvantagewouldapplytoallspecies,andyetwealonecomposesymphoniesandcrosswordpuzzles,carvestoneintostatues,maptimeandspace.原文理解起来并不困难，但若跳不出英语的思维模式、不考虑中文惯用表达、逐字翻译，其结果就是：但是同样的优势将会出现在所有的物种身上，然而惟独我们谱写出交响曲和字谜游戏，将石头刻成雕像，划分时间和空间。

这样的翻译不能说有错，但是中文的美感全无。翻译界前辈总结的“信达雅”是以信达为基础，以雅为目标的三步翻译标准，其中最难把握的也就是这第三步“雅”的境界。下面我们来具体分析一下这个句子的各个部分。

首先要注意的词是第一个分句中的would，这个词可不是随便用的，它除了在过去将来时中会出现以外，还会出现在虚拟语气里。在此我们可大致判断，第一个分句其实是一个省略虚拟句式，即省略的非真实条件句，而被省略的部分就是该非真实条件复合句中的条件部分，而我们看到的只是结果部分。所以有必要将条件部分还原为：如果自然界中所有的物种都拥有发现美的能力，那么它们都将在进化过程中称霸一方。

第二个小分句andyetwealonecomposesymphoniesandcrosswordpuzzles,carvestoneintostatues,maptimeandspace中，值得注意的地方可不少：

(1)整个句子的结构：andyetwealone如同一个统领的标志,后面的compose,carve,map分别是其下的三个并列动宾词组。如何翻译此类句子?

在这里我们可以采用类似数学中合并同类项的做法——将andyetwealone先提取出来总述，然后将后面的三个动宾词组作为分述，译文为：然而，惟独人类在演变中独占鳌头：我们谱写交响曲

(2)动词compose后面跟的两个宾语symphonies和crosswordpuzzles该如何处理?虽然原文里只用了一个动词，但是在中文里面却很难找到这样一个动词能够同时搭配交响曲和字谜游戏，所以在翻译过程中，应将一个compose拆分为两个中文动词，与两个宾语分别搭配，译文为：我们谱写交响曲，创造字谜游戏;

(3)那么carvestoneintostatues,maptimeandspace这两个动宾结构又该如何处理呢?在这里可以延续前面的主语“我们”：我们谱写交响曲，创造字谜游戏，刻石头成雕像，划分时间空间，但是，这样的译本就看似平淡，没有层次感。如果我们根据意群对该分句进行二度划分，就能把划分符放在carve之前，将后两个动宾词组合为一组，与前文分开。同时，采用主宾对换的方式使得句式结构富于变换，即不再使用“我们”作为动宾结构的主语，而是让原本处于宾语地位的stone和timeandspace翻身作主人，这一切变换措施只需要借助一个小小的地点状语即可实现：在我们的手中，顽石诞生为雕像，时空归依为坐标。全句翻译如下：如果自然界中所有的物种都拥有发现美的能力，那么它们都将在进化过程中称霸一方。然而，惟独人类在演变中独占鳌头：我们谱写交响曲，创造字谜游戏;在我们的手中，顽石诞生为雕像，时空归依为坐标。这样一来，整句中的小结构里又透出工整对仗之意，大结构上又十分富有层次感，也不失变化;读来全无英文的痕迹，而又忠于原文，这才是令人颇为满意的好译文。

综上所述，翻译两部曲中的第二步是“成品”的关键所在。译者在此既要有跳出原文束缚的能力，又不能一蹦三丈远——完全脱离原文内容实质、凭空创造;也就是说，译者还得有将译文“靠”回原文的本领。翻译之路如此漫漫，大家还需不断“上下而求索”，希望我的这篇文章能够在此给大家“抛砖引玉”。

四年级英语文化学习质量检测试题自评报告

XX年6月24日上午，四年级英语作为全区抽考科目之一如期进行。考试结束后经历了保密编号、集中阅卷、登分，分组分析考试质量等环节。现将我区58名四年级英语教师对试卷的评价意见以及学生答卷情况、考试成绩分析、对今后试题命制的建议汇总如下：

一、试题的评价

1.试题突出课程所具有的工具性与人文性的性质。其整体内容编排，从学生熟悉的实际情景出发，突出语言的交际功能与人文关怀。整体以学生周末度假“游玩”为情景，活动中学生运用语言辨认物体，选择物体、交流信息，甚至帮同学失物招领，既有语言运用，又帮学生怎样做人。

2.体现课改精神。

a.在整体试题设置过程中“情景再现”交流问答，让平时课堂教学中的小组合作竞争延伸到学业检测中，让学生在熟悉的活动中展示学业成绩。

b.体现学生自主学习，良好学习策略的掌握。听力场景学生的自主活动，笔试题中词语区分，有意识渗透有效学习策略，有效学习策略的掌握才能使学生自主学习成为可能。

c.真实语言情景的设计，百团大战纪念碑，父子去北山公园放风筝，很好落实“任务型语言教学”，让学生所学知识真正运用到实际生活中，落实“做中学，学中用”的新理念。

3.充分考虑全区师资素质，学生学业水平的差别，尽可能是试题命制关注全体，符合本区教学实际。例如：从本次考试成绩反应，某所学校全体学生总体优秀，就是最低分仍然93分，但某所学校学生的总均分只有67分。差距之大，加大了试题命制的难度，但本次试题较好符合本区实际，全区总均分达83.6分，真实反映出了全区的教学现状。

4.试题紧扣教材重点、难点对学生进行全面考核。

试题就沪教版《牛津版》4b全册学习内容。内容包括三个模块，十个单元，126个词语。其中包括63个四会词语，63个听说、认读词语，为实现三个模块提出的十个话题中的18（个）组中心句，18个语法项目等包含于look and learn, listen and see中的语言知识，以及say and act, ask and answer, read a story, sing a song, play a game, read and judge, read and tick, look and read等诸多活动项目中对学生语言技能、文化意识、情感态度、学习策略等能力从不同题型进行全面考核，并且很好整合教材内容，让考试变成一种游戏、一种平时学习的情景再现，真实反映学生的学业水平。内容丰富，形式多样，张驰有度。本次试题有效地整合了教材的全部内容，重难点突出，巧妙地利用了听音选择，听音判断，情景会话，连词成句等各种途径，给学生以灵活多变的答题体验，有效地激发了学生的思维和想象。

5.题型设计结构合理，难易程度适中，科学命制试题。

a.由于本区小学生接触英语只有短短一年，各校对英语教学的关注度，即课时的保障不够，迄今为止，每周只给配备两个课时的学校不在少数，并且英语课标一级要求学生听说领先，所以本试题60%的听力，40%的笔试结构分配合理，学生易得分，考试结果能极大地调动学生继续学好英语的学习兴趣。

b.试题巧妙渗透新课标要求 “能模仿范例书写词句”的新要求，让学生根据图片提示及句末标点符号提示，用所给词语连词成句，既考查学生知识运用能力，又引导教师关注新课标要求，在新课标的引领下，扎扎实实搞好课堂教学改革，整体提高我区小学生英语学业水平。

这学期我担任小学四年级的英语教学,由于是新教材,因此，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教学教法，虚心学习。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。现将本学期四年级英语的教学工作总结如下：

一、营造活跃的学习氛围，激发学生的学习兴趣，能提高教学效率。

爱因斯坦曾说过：“兴趣是最好的老师”。托尔斯泰也曾说过：“成功的教学需要的不是强制而是激发学生的学习兴趣”。的确如此，如果一个学生对所学的科目有了浓厚的兴趣，那么就会产生强烈的求知欲，就会认真学习，反之，没有兴趣，被迫进行的学习会扼杀他们掌握知识的意愿。因此，培养、提高、保持学生的学习兴趣是提高学生学习成绩的首要条件。基于这一点，我在教学中比较注重激发学生的学习兴趣，通过运用各种教学方法、设计形式多样的活动，比如说，设置一些学生比较感兴趣的游戏，像“吊死鬼”、"whats missing?"、"找卡片"等，为学生营造一个比较宽松的学习氛围，让学生在这种氛围中充分发挥自己的智慧，激发他们的学习兴趣，从而积极快乐地投入到学习中去。

二、关注学生的学习状况

英语作为一种语言最重要的是在实际中运用,因此,除了课堂练习外,还需要让学生在平常生活中多读,多讲,多练。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取组长监督的方式,以确保他们不落后，提高他们的朗读能力。在批改作业方面，要求学生的作业及时完成，我也按时地批改，并详细地做好批注，对普遍性错误，在全班重点讲解、分析。针对个别学生的作业就采取面批方法，单独地分析讲解、帮助学生解决疑难习题，提高教学质量。

三、充分利用教材的优势，进行情景教学。

本套教材的特点是图文并茂，形象生动并且与生活实际联系密切。在课上我充分利用直观教具、动作表演、卡片、实物，随时随地取材或根据课文内容创设语言环境，并尽量多地使用英语，逐步过渡到用英语进行课堂教学，使学生置身于一个英语的环境中。比如说第一单元中，涉及到的内容都是关于home里的内容，非常贴近实际，对课本中的Let’s play, let’s talk 中的对话鼓励他们在同学们面前大胆表演。有意创设的语言环境，形象直观，生动活泼，也有助于学生理解所学英语，引起兴趣;视听结合也便于加深初学印象，强化记忆。

四、挖掘学生潜力，培养学生自信心。

德国教育家第斯多惠说：“教学的艺术不在于传授适应，而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。”每当学生用英语讲完后，我就给予他们鼓励，让他们感到自豪，有一种成就感。对于不同程度的同学，在课堂上给予不同程度的问题，让他们回答，他们的一丁点进步也及时得到鼓励，从而使他们都觉得，只要自己认真跟着老师学，就能学得好，树立起学好英语的心理优势。在课堂教学中要求学生人人参与，加强交际的互动性。在课堂交流中，少批评，多表扬;少指责，多鼓励，努力找到学生的优点，常以“Very good!”、“Great!”、“ Excellent!”、 “Well done!”、“You are very clever!”等等来鼓励他们的积极参与,充分唤起他们说英语的自豪感。

五、注重过程评价，调动学生积极性

在对学生的评价方面，我通过作业、课上表现、听写情况、背诵课文等形式给学生积分，每次达到五分后可以得到一个带着字母的小星星，集齐带有字母g、o、o、d的四个字母后，可以得到一个带有good的小标贴，极大地调动了学生学习英语的积极性。我也深刻体会到鼓励要比惩罚有效得多。

六.今后努力的方向

1、作业布置方面的缺失。没能抓好作业的检查，对于组长，课代表缺少表扬和监督机制，致使有部分学生常不按时完成作业，一些口头作业实效不大。

2、在教学方面我发现自己形成了一种定式，没有创新以及大胆实践的勇气。我应该多看教学方面的理论以及多听几位有经验教师的课，进行学习，不断提升自己，形成自己独特的教学风格。

3、对教材的把握不够，很多优秀老师的优点没有学到，听课的次数也还不够多，有些缺乏与其他教师的沟通，希望在下个学期能多学习新课标，多吸取他人经验，不断提高自己的教学水平。

4、学困生的个别辅导也是我以后要进行探索的内容，在这方面我做得还不够，希望在今后的工作学习中能积累丰富的经验，也能取得良好的效果。

5、另外，在课堂管理方面还做的不够好，没有树立起一个老师的威严形象，导致课堂秩序较差，以后一定要对学生严格要求，让学生意识到课堂的重要性。

总之，本学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少。总的来说，在其中，我积累了不少经验，当然在今后的教学中，我也会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，总结经验和教训，发挥优势，改善不足，虚心学习，继续努力!力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。

一、学情分析

四年级的大部分学生对英语有着较浓厚的学习兴趣，但也有少数学生由于遇到困难，学习兴趣会随之减弱。尤其从这学期开始，对学生又提出了新的要求：培养听、说、读、写的技能。所以教师应该面向全体学生，以学生的发展为宗旨，始终把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位，引导学生端正学习态度，掌握良好的学习方法，培养学生良好的学习习惯。

二、教学内容与目标

1、能听懂、回说12组会话，并能进行简单的交流。

2、能听、说、认读66个单词(包括教室、书包、同学、家具、住宅结构、家庭成员、职业、数字、爱好食品和饮料、餐具等几个话题)和进行简单地运用。

3、能听、做7个“TPR”活动。

三、主要工作和要求

(1)认真做好备课、听课、上课、作业批改等常规检查。力求格式统一，上课能有自己的特色。

(2)要求备课中写好教后感，要写得有所得有所悟。认认真真地备好每一堂课，实实在在地听好每一堂课。

(3)做好对个别学生的拓展、补差工作，努力提高整体合格率。

(4)教学过程中把握好教学质量关，通过备课、上课、作业、辅导、考核，做好质量分析和监控。

四、组织开展好丰富多彩的英语兴趣活动。

要努力为学生创造学习英语的条件，加强对学生进行英语学习的指导和帮助，为学生提供施展英语才能的各种机会。如：对话表演，短剧表演，比赛朗诵等活动。

五、总体教学目标

1、坚持快乐英语教学法，调动学生学习英语的积极性。

2、巧用英文儿歌、歌谣、绕口令、谚语等训练学生的语音、语调。

3、引导学生运用观察、发现、归纳、实践等方法学习语言知识，感悟语言功能。

4、在训练学生听说能力的同时，加强读写训练。

5、结合学生实际，适当讲解语法知识，做一些练习题和试卷。

六、针对情况采取的措施与方法

针对学生的具体情况，我将采取以下措施：

1、注重情景教学，创设英语环境，营造学习气氛，使学生有更多的机会接触英语，感触英语，应用英语。

2、结合学生的年龄特点，结合教学内容，设计适合四年级学生的课堂教学活动，调动学生的学习积极性。

3、针对学生记，背单词难这一问题，向学生介绍优秀学生的学习方法，大家互相交流，共同进步。老师向学生介绍一些好方法，如：分类记忆法，想象记忆法等。

4、加强阅读训练和语法知识的渗透学习。

5、渗透英语背景知识的学习，使学生扩大视野，了解国外的风土人情，异国文化，习俗等，进一步了解英语，运用英语。

七、教材整体分析

本学期四年级英语课所使用教材是：外语教学与研究出版社的《NewStandardEnglish》第三册，本套教材充分吸收了世界上最先进的外语教学理论和实践经验，注重学生英语听说读写能力的培养和训练，努力为学习者营造语境，精心设计内容，在教学中安排了大量的有趣的教学活动，引导学生在轻松，积极向上的气氛中学习英语，使英语变的既容易又有趣。它以学生为中心，以主要人物的活动为主线，围绕最常用的，最基本的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等，逐步开展教学内容，符合小学生的年龄、心理特点和语言教学规律，具有很强的科学性。
