一、学生分析：

四(1)班有39名学生，经过一年的英语学习，每个学生的英语底子各不相同。一年的英语学习，学的好的学生掌握的很好，有良好的学习习惯，能很扎实的掌握听、说、认读和书写。但班级里很多学生已经两极分化明显，很多插班生明显较弱。

二、内容与目标

三、教学目的

六、对学困生的措施：

由于我校大部分是外来流动人口，每个学期学生流动很大，导致学困生有比较多的人数，他们有些是学习习惯一直不好，导致课堂效果差，还有些是以前由于到处流动的关系，没有学好英语。对于这些学生，目前我采取以下这些做法：

1、请班级里成绩较好的同学给予帮助。

2、在练习中发现问题，在课后给予辅导。

3、 安排他们坐在好的学生旁边。

一、工作回顾

(一)了解学生、备好课是上好课的基础教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生状况，有针对地进行教学成功与否至关重要。不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性，只是专心研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，学生易理解，这是很容易碰钉子的。在上课前要了解清楚学生的实际状况：一方面，城乡结合的学生英语听，说的潜力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，同学们较难适应。另一方面，部分学生比较活跃，上课气氛用心，但中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。因此，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体，我备课时也注意到这点，因此教学效果比较理想。从此能够看出，了解及分析学生实际状况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和用心性，因此，每一天我都花费超多的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和我都获益不浅。我认真研究教

材，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为使教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了超多的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。个性是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。备课充分，能调动学生的用心性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的潜力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课必须要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课资料丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每一天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。

(二)注重听、说、读、写全面发展

根据现行大纲的要求，采取科学的教学方式，要求学生眼耳手齐动，提高记忆的速度和持续记忆的时间，以便更好地锻炼学生读的潜力，听的潜力以及写的潜力，以便于构成良好的学习习惯，使不同类型的学生都得到良好的发展。英语是语言。因此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，坚持进行听力训练，以习惯地道的语音语调和速度。每节课坚持默写单词短语，发现问题及时练习补救。“书面表达”的作业做到全批全改，让学生及时改正提高。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的潜力。针对中考的各题型多出了总结归纳性的练习。

(三)细致复习工作针对毕业班的教学状况，细致的对考前复习做了周密的计划。第一轮，回归教材复习，回顾学过的，查漏补缺，强调重点。第二轮，进行纵向的专题复习，并结合横纵交叉点进行重点练习。第三轮，结合中考题型，进行模拟训练练习。总结解题方法和技巧。

二、教育教学方面不耻下问，刻苦钻研。本人教学经验欠缺，所以除了自己兢兢业业、刻苦钻研外还经常向有经验的同事“取经”，上课之前，我主动和他们切磋一些疑惑的问题和教学方法，然后结合自己所带班级的实际状况和自己的教学方法，取长补短，确保每一节课到达预期的效果，最好的效果;课后，我在书中“取经”，梳理知识，打通“经脉”，索取精华，为学生输入最好的“营养”。复习流程：在本学期2月份完成了初三年级教材的最后两单元，也就是说在3月份初开始进入全面系统的复习。我根据手中的复习资料，透过对知识的梳理，大致从以下三个步骤进行复习的。

1、基础知识的复习。我要求学生充分利用早自习时间过课本，从单词、短语、句子、对话、课文这几个方面全面、扎实的复习。在课堂上，我们共同总结归纳重点单词、短语、句型，主要培养了学生自学和自我整理的潜力。熟悉掌握书本上的重要句型和短文，有助于阅读和写作。在这一阶段我个性注重基础知识的运用潜力的培养。有些学生单词短语都能背下来，但到了具体的做题当中，就楞住了，这就说明学生不会运用语言，学以致用，但学的东西不会用，这是教学的失败，与教学目标背道而驰。所以我在这一阶段过得很慢但比较扎实，我确保学生学一点，会一点更要会用一点，落到实处。这一阶段复习完后的练兵考试证明有所成效。

2、语法专项复习。这一阶段以学生复习为主，我“画龙点睛”，对症下药。复习资料包括冠词、名词、介词、连词、动词、各类句式等。这些资料已在第一阶段穿插复习过，再不必繁琐，学生复习完后，有什么问题解决什么问题，再针对运用时比较容易出错的问题，我会重点讲解强化训练，以防“旧病复发”。

3、题型专项训练。主要有单项选取，完型填空、阅读理解、口语交际、任务型阅读、写作。这一阶段主要是展现学生综合运用语言潜力的水平。也是加强学生综合运用语言的潜力。主要进行试题训练，在训练中发现问题分析问题解决问题，除了强化知识性的的东西外，我个性注重教学生做题技巧方法，紧扣题型，教学生如何审题，答题的方法，对试题结构加以认真研究。

我个性重视每一次的考试。每次考试结束，我要求学生针对每次的考试进行自我剖析，试卷分析，要求学生把自己错了的或不会的题摘到一个本子上――纠错本，到复习完后，让学生拿出这个本子，重新回忆、做一遍。在讲解试题时，我举一反三、由点到面，辐射相关的资料。对于出错的题，谁出错谁解决，培养了学生自救自查自评的潜力。这样学生学到的知识方得以巩固，拓展，避免旧病重发。

提高学生的写作潜力。写作一向以来是教学中应对的疑难问题，也是学生头疼的一道关。我采用了指导+训练的方法。每一星期至少写一篇作文，按照复习顺序，从初一到初三凡涉及到的话题作文，都要求写。写完后，我认真逐字逐句批改，对于共性问题，在课堂上集中解决，对于个性问题我个别谈话交流。再者，我还给学生布置一些社会性的，焦点性的议论性的写作，不断加强训练，学生的作文水平有了必须的提高，事实上，写作是语言运用潜力的体现，是基础知识掌握程度及灵活运用的验证。

三、存在的问题

由于时间紧，任务重，在学期的最后阶段，不能照顾到全体学生，对于不主动学习的学生做不到耐心，甚至关注少了，致使部分学生忽而放下，忽而学习这一不稳定状况。

五、努力方向送走这批学生，我将迎来有一批新的学生，应对新生，我将从兴趣抓起，是学生养成学好英语的习惯，培优补差工作要从开始抓起，尽量缩短学生间的差距。课堂教学中不断探索适合学生的教学方法，提高课堂效率，提高英语成绩。经过一个学期的努力，中考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。

Education background

In 1995 I entered the Nanjing University of Science &Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999 I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.

At the period of my graduate study my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth

In retrospect I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network) Supply chain network research Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

一、毕业生基本情况

我系商务英语专业XX届毕业生共20人。全部学生至实习前已完成商务英语专业教学计划规定的大一至大三上学期共五个学期的全部理论课程(包括专业基础课和专业技能课)。

二、毕业实习的目的和要求

毕业实习是高等实现专业人才培养目标的重要环节，也是在校学习的继续、深化、补充和检验。实习的目的是让学生通过各类实习接触实际和了解社会，学习生产技术和管理知识，获取本专业的实际工作技能，巩固所学理论知识，培养初步的实际工作能力和专业技能。

商务英语专业学生做好毕业实习的工作，有助于培养学生综合运用所学英语语言、国际商务知识和技能分析问题、解决问题的能力;有助于学生更全面地了解社会、了解涉外商务活动，树立起理论联系实际、实事求是的工作作风和踏踏实实的工作态度;有助于检验学生所学理论知识在实际工作中的应用范围及适用程度，巩固和扩大所学专业知识;加强理论与实践结合，培养学生实际操作能力，使学生能较快地适应工作，顺利地走上工作岗位。

实习具体要求如下：

1、了解社会和实习场所的一般情况，增加对本学科专业领域的感性认识;

2、初步了解所学专业在国民经济建设中的地位、作用和发展趋势;

3、熟悉专业技术人员的工作职责和工作程序，获得组织和管理生产的初步知识;

4、实习过程中应做到“三勤”：即手勤、嘴勤、腿勤。做到不懂就问，不会就学;虚心向公司、企业或单位实习指导者学习，努力提高自己的业务水平，为正式上岗打下基础;

5、坚持撰写实习日志;

6、撰写实习报告，包括题目、实习单位介绍、实习内容、实习过程以及实习心得、体会等(不少于1500字，a4纸打印);

7、实习结束后，请实习单位根据实习学生实习表现填写鉴定表，并加盖公章。

三、毕业实习的基本内容

商务英语专业毕业实习的内容丰富，可包含以下几个方面：

1、到各英语培训、中小任英语教师

2、到公司、企业从事办公室文秘工作、办公室日常工作、客户接待、会议安排等;互联网信息查询;英文函电的草拟、发送;商务材料、函电、合同等翻译;外贸单证业务;产品介绍、推广等。

3、到商务局、经贸委从事办公室文秘、日常工作等。

4、到旅游局、旅行社从事办公室文秘、日常工作或导游工作(需持有导游资格证)。

四、毕业实习方式和时间分配

毕业实习将以统一联系校外实习单位为主;有意向单独实习的学生经教学系领导批准、教务处备案后可自行联系就业单位。

XX届商务英语专业学生自XX年3月1日至XX年5月1日进行毕业实习。XX年5月3日返校报道。XX年5月8日之前提交实习报告和实习鉴定表。

五、实习期间指导教师的职责

1、提前了解实习单位情况和学生实习要求，会同实习单位有关人员根据实际情况制定详细的实习安排，并做好实习相关准备。

2、按实习大纲和实习安排的要求，安排、落实各项实习工作，与实习单位配合及时解决实习中的问题。

3、在实习中对学生要加强指导，严格要求，组织好各种教学和参观活动，积极引导学生深入实际，检查督促学生完成各项实习任务。

一、学习课标，明确教学目标。

为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求、树立起新的育人理念，我对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了此次英语课程改革的目的、掌握了此次英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学九大原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。

二、扎实备课，理清教学思路。

备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点：

1、课前备课，做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参考书，既备教材、教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出难点，又要突破重点;既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具，为课堂教学做好服务。

2、课中备课，处理“突发事件”。课堂上的学生活泼可爱、思维敏捷，随时闪现着智慧的火花、提出无法预料的问题。这时“按部就班”显然不行，需要老师急中生智，当堂备课。在本学期的英语教学中，我经常遇到这样的问题。如开学第二节课在教学eleven、twelve、thirteen、fourteen、fifteen这几个单词时，我通过游戏引入新课教学时，突然有一学生站起来说：“老师，我们把5——10都没学，这我们怎么学啊?”我当时一愣，心理没了底。好在有几年的教学经验，我稳定了一下情绪，便和他们进行勾通，突然头脑一闪，何不把本节课的教学设计运用于5——10的教学呢，也是学习数字啊!于是，我将本节课的教学构思略加改动，又进行新课的教学。本节课学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。

3、课后备课，总结教学经验。每节课后，我都及时对该课作出总结和反思，写出教后感，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨本节课不足之处。为以后的教学工作打下基础。

三、认真上课，体现以人为本。

《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。”这便要求，英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学习英语的兴趣，提高他们语言实际运用的能力。为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点：

1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏、唱英语歌来激发学生的学习兴趣。

2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，让他们参与获取新知过程，培养他们学习英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用。在学习新知的同时，还对他们进行思想教育。

3、游戏活动，巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，通过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动，培养他们的学习兴趣，提高他们语言的运用能力。

4、收听录音，复习新知。我常在每节课结束的前5分钟，让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带。第一遍先认真听，第二遍边听边跟读。这样既复习了本节课的知识要点，又提高了同学们的听力水平和读音的准确性。

四、加强自学，不断积累知识。

由于本人在英语教学方面经验甚少，自己的知识又有限，在教学的同时，既虚心请教其他教师、学习教法，又加强自身的`业务学习、扩大视野;既用心收集有助于英语课堂教学的各种游戏资料，又常听录音纠正自己的语音语调。
