Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for arbitration according to SCIA’s Arbitration Rules, and the losing party shall bear all reasonable ges of the other party concerning dispute resolution, including but not limited to arbitration fees, lawyer’s fees, business trips costs, evaluatioges, investigation fees, appraisal costs, etc.);

从铺天盖地的转评来看，不少网友对女子不可思议的动手能力表示“惊呆了”，纷纷调侃其是“武当传人”、“民间高手”。在调侃背后，更让他们担心的是，供大家存取现金的ATM机为何如此容易就被拆卸?他的使用年限以及日常保养情况如何?还有网友担心，“即使拆了ATM不能获得现金，也不排除有不法之徒去效仿，如果出现大规模人为破坏，无论是对银行还是对储户，都会带来损失和不便。”也有网友提醒，徒手拆ATM机一定程度上说明了这台机器的“脆弱”，银行方面应该提高警醒，加强对设备检修和管理。

然而面对舆论的热烈反应，涉事方的回应却显得不够积极。在此事发生后，这台ATM机的主人—东莞银行方面书面回复媒体称，“因取款未果，涉事女子行为失常，进而反复拉扯、恶意破坏ATM机具，导致机具操作台模块脱落。事件并未造成ATM内现金损失。”面对舆论持续的质疑，10月23日，东莞银行办公室负责人解释称，经过现场检查，被拆的ATM机只是机身上半部分用于操作模块脱落，而内部线路完好无损且ATM里的现金并未丢失，实际情况并不是网友图片中显示的那么“恐怖”。

不过，东莞银行方面并未就这台ATM机的使用年限以及日常保养维护的相关情况给予回复。有说，“我们关心的是为什么ATM机如此脆弱，但得到的回答是，虽然被拆但是资金安全。”目前能看到关于这个问题的的答案，只有该商场一名负责人的推论—有可能是该ATM机使用时间太长，周边的塑料配件老化脱胶，从而被轻易损坏。这或多或少都暴露出银行方面在日常设备维护、安全保卫上的不足，及公众公共责任意识的欠缺。

众所周知，东莞凭借其巨额的金融存款与不良贷率，一直被誉为“广东金融绿洲”。但就是这样的金融绿洲，却出现最基本的硬件系统却如此不堪一击。为什么ATM机如此容易被拆卸，日常的维护又如何进行?脆弱的ATM机是不是普遍现象?如何保证市民的使用安全?我们期待着答案。
