现在我还存在着不足。我要提高自身修养，淡泊名利，保持清醒的头脑和自由的思想，不被物欲横流的社会所迷失方向。

三年的高中校园生活是我人生的一大转折点。我于xx年9月以优异的成绩考入xx中学。三年的校园生涯和社会实践生活我不断的挑战自我、充实自己，为实现人生的价值打下坚实的基矗一直都认为人应该是活到老学到老的我对知识、对本专业一丝不苟，因而在成绩上一直都得到肯定，每学年都获得三等奖学金。在不满足于学好课本知识的同时还注重了计算机应用软件和硬件的学习。

有广泛爱好的我特别擅长于排版及网页美工和多媒体的制作，就任本班组织委员的同时也加入了校学生会宣传部。对工作热情、任劳任怨，和部内成员团结一致，一年间我由部委升为部长。在任部长期间注重配合学校、学生会其它部门，出色的完成各项宣传工作，促使学校的各种运作更顺利的同时行。

本人具有热爱等祖国等的优良传统，积极向上的生活态度和广泛的兴趣爱好，对工作责任心强、勤恳踏实，有较强的组织、宣传能力，有一定的艺术细胞和创意，注重团队合作精神和集体观念。

一学期就这样的匆忙的过去了，在繁忙中，在幸福中，不断的进步着，不断的努力着。 在本学期中，我针对自己的教育教学工作的得与失，现总结如下。

一、 在备课方面

认真备课，不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生的实际，设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。每一课都做到"有备而来",每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具，课后及时对该课作出总结，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在讲授《认识时间》的时候，这课教学难度比较大。一年级儿童年龄小，不是很明白。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了教材，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。我在这方面做了精心的安排。为了令教学生动，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。并自己做了形象生动的PP,让学生能够更容易的接受。

二、在教学方面

我以课堂教学为核心，课前，认真的钻研教材，对教学内容做到心中有数。着重进行单元备课，掌握每一部分知识在单元中、在整册书中的地位、作用。和同组的老师共同探讨教材中出现的难点，共同解决课堂中出现的教学问题。在教学中，每一节课，我都应用PP制作课件或利用学校的教学网络，给学生创设各种情境，激发学生学习兴趣。

增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快;注意精讲精练，在课堂上老师讲得尽量少，学生动口动手动脑尽量多;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。现在学生普遍反映喜欢上数学课，就连以前极讨厌数学的学生都乐于上课了。

三、 培养学生的学习习惯。

在学生的学习习惯培养中，我鼓励学生独立完成作业的习惯，针对部分学生作业懒散，我通过同桌和小组之间的作业完成情况，让他们形成竞争，不做学习的懒人，对激发学习的兴趣取得了较好效果。

四、 后进生辅导方面

在对后进生的辅导中，我每天辅导两人，实行轮流制，在教学中注意降低难度、放缓坡度，让他们采用自己的方法慢速度学习。在教学中逐步培养他们的学习兴趣，提高他们的学习自信心，使学生敢于回答问题，乐于思考。并在学生中，开展互相帮助，组长带头负责的方法，组与组之间进行竞争，看哪个组进步快，不但组长得到奖励，其他组员也得到"星"的奖励。

五、提高自身学习方面

在平时的教学工作之余，我喜欢坐下来静静的思考，思考教育教学中出现的问题，思考学生的成长问题，品位着工作中的苦与乐，用自己笨拙的笔法抒写下每一天的感受，用心去体验生活与工作，感悟着其中的快乐。每一次的进步，都像给了我注射了兴奋剂，使我有了向前冲的劲头。我知道，我要用心去品味。

每一学期的结束，其实也就是每一学期的起点，在这之间，我不断的思考，思考自己怎样才能更有艺术的去教育学生，去提高自己的人生价值。知识无止境，因此，我要努力，不为别的，只为孩子们的那双清澈的眼睛，只为自己的那跳动的心。
