二、当好“服务员”。餐饮部的领班，除了为领导和同事们服务，更重要的是为顾客服务，提升餐饮部的接待能力.当好“协调员”。餐饮部工作分工细，环节多，一项工作的完成有赖于各部门之间的协调合作。餐饮部领班就是这个“协调员”。一是与厨房做好沟通联系，协调酒店服务与厨房之间的联系，调解进餐中各种矛盾和纠纷。二是做好与服务员的沟通联系，充分发挥一个集体，一个团队的重要因素。

三、是做好与顾客的沟通联系，认真听取顾客意见，不断改进服务工作，

四、当好“管理员”。酒店现场管理是首要工作。首先注重企业文化内涵，与其说客人到酒店是去住宿、吃饭，还不如说去寻求一种精神上的享受。所以在管理过程中注入更多的情感要素，并通过“身教”强化管理效果。我想，当好管理员，首先应管理好自己，只有这样，才会树立坚定的工作信念，形成良好的工作风格，同时，也才会更好地有利于自身的成长。作为这次竞聘的积极参与者，我渴望在竞聘中成功，是我绝不会回避失败，不管最后结果如何，我都将“堂堂正正做人，兢兢业业做事”。

高一的第一个学期就这样结束了.迎来了盼望已久的寒假。

总结这个学期的学习，我想，主要有以下几个方面：

第一，学习态度比较端正。能够做到上课认真听讲，不与同学交头接耳，不做小动作，自觉遵守课堂纪律;对老师布置的课堂作业，能够当堂完成;对不懂的问题，主动和同学商量，或者向老师请教。

第二，改进了学习方法。为了改进学习方法，我给自己订了一个学习计划：(1)做好课前预习。也就是要挤出时间，把老师还没有讲过的内容先看一遍。尤其是语文课，要先把生字认会，把课文读熟;对课文要能分清层次，说出段意，正确理解课文内容。(2)上课要积极发言。对于没有听懂的问题，要敢于举手提问。(3)每天的家庭作业，做完后先让家长检查一遍，把做错了的和不会做的，让家长讲一讲，把以前做错了的题目，经常拿出来看一看，复习复习。(4)要多读一些课外书。每天中午吃完饭，看半个小时课外书;每天晚上做完作业，只要有时间，再看几篇作文。

第三，课外学习不放松。能够利用星期天和节假日，到少年宫去学习作文、奥数、英语和书法，按时完成老师布置的作业，各门功课都取得了好的成绩。参加少儿书法大赛，还获得了特金奖。

经过自己的不懈努力，这学期的各门功课，都取得了比较好的成绩。自己被评为三好学生，还获得了“小作家”的荣誉称号。

虽然取得了比较好的成绩，但我决不骄傲，还要继续努力，争取百尺竿头，更进一步，下学期还要取得更好的成绩。

就在我写这封信的时候，突然想起以前观看电视直播纪念中国加入世贸组织十周年的高层论坛。联想集团出乎所有人意料成功收购IBM并实现了营业额几十倍的提高，占到世界市场份额的15%;来自法国的施耐德集团的CEO赵国华用中文完成了整个讲话，这些都证明中国经济在国际上有着越来越举足轻重的作用。

在这个机遇与挑战、利益与风险并存的时代，中国经济要想继续持续良好的上升，就务必拥有大批专业的人才，而上海财经大学就是我心目中培养经济类人才的“天堂”，是精英的摇篮。这所大学有强大的师资团队、丰富的教学资源、浓厚的专业氛围，培养出了一批又一批的国家栋梁人才。所以我十分期望能进入贵校学习。

下头介绍一下我自我，我来自秀丽的海滨城市山东青岛，是青岛二中的一名高三学生。青岛二中是青岛最好的省重点高中学校，在这个高手如林的学校中，我的学习成绩一向稳居前列，高中阶段到目前为止的综合总成绩名列级部的前5%。我最大的优势就是稳定、仔细，从未掉出过前10%，考试时总能沉着应对，该拿到的分绝对不失，我想这也比较贴合从事经济行业所必需的沉稳心细的特质。

在所有科目中，我比较突出的是英语和数学，主要靠这两门成绩“拿分”。在一次学校考试中英语拿到了满分，成为年级中一个小小的“传奇人物”。我在高一年级时就参加了高二年级组的全国英语潜力竞赛，获得全国三等奖;高二年级时也参加了这个竞赛年级组，与一等奖遗憾地失之交臂，获得二等奖。

我除了学业上的成绩外还用心参与各项学校活动和社会实践活动。曾以英语课代表的身份带领同学们参加学校的英语风采大赛，自编自导了小型音乐剧《Allforone》并取得了不错的成绩。我热衷于公益，高中两年用心参加了十余次大小社会公益活动，如我自我亲身组织的福彩养老院慰问活动，以及受到地方媒体报道的义卖报纸活动和“情暖孤儿”系列活动等等。另外，我还学过长达七年的小提琴，初中时获得八级证书。我母亲小时候在上海的亲戚家住了很多年，很喜爱上海。我耳濡目染，对上海充满了憧憬。我必须会适应那里的生活。如果我能有幸进入贵校，我会十分珍惜这个学习机会，加倍努力的;我坚信，在贵校教师的教导下，我必须能在学业上有所成就。
